Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of nursing instruments, and particularly relates to a bleeding alarm device for hemodialysis and a real-time monitoring system comprising the bleeding alarm device.
Background
Hemodialysis (HD) is one of the alternative treatments for the kidney of patients with acute and chronic renal failure. In the existing hemodialysis treatment, two hemodialysis needles are needed to be punctured in the arm of a patient, one hemodialysis needle is used for leading arterial blood to be dialyzed to a hemodialysis machine, and the other hemodialysis needle is a vein puncture needle and is used for returning purified blood. The blood led out from the body and electrolyte solution (dialysate) with similar concentration to the body are subjected to substance exchange inside and outside a plurality of hollow fibers of the dialysis machine by the principles of dispersion, ultrafiltration, adsorption and convection, so that the metabolic waste in the body is removed, the balance of electrolyte and acid and alkali is maintained, excessive water in the body is removed at the same time, and then the purified blood is returned through a vein puncture needle.
During the actual treatment, the arms and needle tubes of the patient are usually covered by a quilt for keeping warm. However, the arteries and veins are easy to bleed due to long-term puncture, or the puncture needle is loosened from the body of the patient and even slips, so that the blood loss of the patient is caused. Since the above-mentioned conditions often occur in the quilt and are not easily perceived, there is a risk of causing the patient to bleed blood for a long time or to lose a large amount of blood.
In order to avoid the occurrence of blood loss or oozing during dialysis, various approaches have been made in the prior art: for example, chinese patent No. CN201910265222.9 discloses an alarm patch for internal fistula bleeding during hemodialysis treatment, in which a water absorption band and a humidity sensor are disposed in a groove at the bottom of the alarm patch, a control panel is disposed at the top of the alarm patch, and a central processing unit and an alarm are disposed in the control panel. In the monitoring process, an alarm is given out in a mode of sensing the blood seepage humidity. However, the device has the defects that only when the oozing blood reaches a certain degree, the humidity sensor can sense the oozing blood signal, and the alarm processing cannot be realized for the condition of slight oozing blood.
In addition, chinese patent No. CN207708247U discloses an alarm device for preventing a hemodialysis cannula from falling off, which is especially used for long-term patients in hemodialysis, and comprises an adjustable wearable alarm device, a hemodialysis cannula and a remote alarm device, wherein the hemodialysis cannula is installed at the front part of the adjustable wearable alarm device, and the remote alarm device and the adjustable wearable alarm device are controlled by remote wireless connection. The movement of the blood permeation tube is limited by arranging the permeation tube fixing part, so that the blood permeation tube and the adjustable connecting band are fixed into a whole, and the accuracy of the adjustable wearable alarm device is ensured; whether the blood dialysis catheter falls off or not is sensed in real time by arranging the sensing alarm, the fixing band sensor and the adjustable connecting band sensor. However, the device has little sensitivity to slight needle slippage, so that the alarm processing is difficult to realize for slight blood leakage caused by needle slippage.
