Abstract

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a vacuum juicer including a base 17 for placing a juicing cup 20 (i.e., a raw material container) and a vacuum cap 14 capable of forming a sealed cavity with the juicing cup 20. The sealing ring 144 is arranged at the cover opening of the vacuum cover 14, and the vacuum cover 14 is driven by the closing driving device to move downwards until the sealing ring covers the opening of the juice extracting cup 20. The vacuum cover 14 is provided with a vacuum port 16 at the top, and the vacuum pump can pump air out of the cavity formed by the communication between the vacuum cover 14 and the juice extracting cup 20 through the vacuum port 16. As shown in fig. 4, the juice extracting tool 22 includes a tool bar 10, a blade 11, a guard cylinder 12, and a guard cover 13 serving as a stopper. The working process of the vacuum juicer is as follows: the juicing cup 20 containing fruits is placed on the base 17, the first motor drives the anti-sputtering cover 23 to move downwards to a position covered with the base 17, and the sealing ring 144 abuts against the cup opening of the juicing cup 20, so that the juicing cup 20 and the upper part (namely the vacuum cover 14) of the anti-sputtering cover 23 form a closed cavity together. Because the sealing ring 144 is located at the opening of the vacuum cover 14 (the part below the sealing ring 144 is the extending part 21 of the anti-sputtering cover 23), and a space for accommodating the blade 11 is formed between the cup opening and the top of the vacuum cover 14, the blade 11 located inside the vacuum cover 14 does not enter the juicing cup 20 but stays above the cup opening, and the situation that the juicing taste is poor due to the fact that the blade 11 contacts with fruits in a non-vacuum state is avoided. In order to reserve a space above the cup opening for accommodating the blade 11, a certain distance is reserved between the cup opening of the juicing cup 20 and the bottom of the mounting frame 1, and if the juicing cup 20 is taken by a manipulator, the distance provides a movement space for the automatic operation of the manipulator, so that the vacuum juicer can be suitable for full-automatic equipment. After the juice extracting cup 20 and the vacuum cover 14 form a closed cavity, the vacuum pump uses the vacuum port 16 installed on the top of the vacuum cover 14 to draw air in the closed cavity to form a vacuum environment. The second motor 72 then drives the juicing cutter 22 to move downwards, and the third motor 73 drives the blade 11 to rotate, so as to realize juicing in a vacuum environment. Moreover, tests show that the protective cover 13 can prevent fruits from moving above the blade 11 without cutting, so that all fruits are cut by the blade 11, and the fruit juice with finer taste is obtained. After the juice extraction is completed, the electromagnetic valve is used for deflating the sealed cavity through the vacuumizing interface 16 to recover the air pressure environment in the sealed cavity, then the first motor and the second motor 72 respectively drive the anti-sputtering cover 23 and the juice extracting cutter 22 to move upwards, so that the spiral nozzle 15, the vacuumizing interface 16 and the third motor 73 all pass through the hole 8 to move to the position above the first mounting plate 101 of the mounting frame 1, and a user can take the juice extracting cup 20 placed on the base 17. After the juice extracting cup 20 is taken away, the first motor and the second motor 72 respectively drive the anti-sputtering cover 23 and the juice extracting cutter 22 to move downwards, the anti-sputtering cover 23 returns to the position covered with the base 17, the juice extracting cutter 22 also resets to the position capable of extending into the bottom of the juice extracting cup 20, then the third motor 73 drives the juice extracting cutter 22 to rotate, and the spiral nozzle 15 arranged at the top of the vacuum cover 14 simultaneously sprays water to wash the juice extracting cutter 22. Claims (21)
1. A vacuum juicer comprises a juicing cutter which can extend into a raw material container, and is characterized in that:
comprises a vacuum cover, wherein the vacuum cover is provided with a cutter extending inlet through which a juicing cutter extends into the vacuum cover and the cutter extending inlet is hermetically connected;
the device comprises a closing driving device, wherein a sealing ring is arranged at the cover opening of a vacuum cover, and the closing driving device drives the vacuum cover and a raw material container to be relatively closed until the sealing ring sleeves an opening of the raw material container;
the vacuum cover is provided with a vacuumizing interface, and air in a cavity formed by the communication of the vacuum cover and the raw material container is pumped out through the vacuumizing interface.
2. A vacuum juicer according to claim 1 including a vacuum pump connected to said evacuation port.
3. A vacuum juicer according to claim 1 wherein the juicing cutter has a telescopic arrangement to enable the juicing cutter to be extended into the raw material container for juicing and retracted after the sealing ring at the mouth of the vacuum shroud is fitted over the opening of the raw material container.
4. A vacuum juicer according to claim 3 wherein the vacuum pump evacuates air from said cavity prior to the juicing cutter extending into the interior of the ingredient container.
5. A vacuum juicer according to any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein the juicing cutter extends downwardly into the ingredient container, the juicing cutter comprising a cutter stem and a blade fixedly connected to each other, the blade being located at the base of the cutter stem, and further comprising a guard for preventing the blade from contacting the base of the ingredient container.
6. A vacuum juicer according to claim 5 wherein the juicing cutter extends downwardly into the ingredient container and the guard means is a counter member mounted on the cutter bar, the lower end of the counter member being lower than the lower end of the blade.
7. A vacuum juicer according to claim 6 wherein the abutment comprises anti-touch posts, the lower ends of the anti-touch posts are lower than the lower ends of the blades, and a gap is left between two adjacent anti-touch posts for the material to pass through.
8. A vacuum juicer according to claim 7 wherein there are a plurality of anti-touch posts circumferentially distributed around the blade.
9. A vacuum juicer according to any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein the close-up drive means is arranged to drive the vacuum housing.

A vacuum juicer according to claim 9 wherein the close-up drive means comprises a first motor and a first screw driven by the first motor, the vacuum housing having an extension piece with a bore therethrough for the first screw to pass through, the bore having an inner wall with a thread for engagement with the first screw, the first motor driving the vacuum housing through the first screw to said movement.

A vacuum juicer according to claim 9 wherein the close-up drive means further comprises a second motor and a second screw driven by the second motor, the juicing cutter being mounted on a cutter mounting plate, the cutter mounting plate being provided with a hole through which the second screw passes, the inner side wall of the hole having a screw thread which co-operates with the second screw, the second motor driving the juicing cutter into and out of the raw material container via the second screw.
12. A vacuum juicer according to any one of claims 1 to 4 further comprising a spray head for cleaning the juicer, the spray head and juicer acting in synchronism as follows: the juicing cutter rotates while the spray head sprays water.

A vacuum juicer according to claim 3 further comprising a spray head for cleaning the juicing cutter, the spray head and juicing cutter acting in synchronism after the juicing cutter has been extended to a position in which it can enter the interior of the ingredient container as follows: the juicing cutter rotates while the spray head sprays water.

A vacuum juicer according to claim 12 or claim 13 wherein the spray head comprises a top spray head located above the juicing cutter for spraying water downwardly from the top to wash the juicing cutter and/or a bottom spray head located below the juicing cutter for spraying water upwardly from the bottom to wash the juicing cutter.

A vacuum juicer according to claim 13 wherein the rim of the vacuum shroud extends to form an extension, the furthest extent of the extension being further from the furthest extent of the juicer blade relative to the vacuum shroud, the vacuum shroud and the extension together housing the juicer blade when the juicer blade is extended to the furthest extent, the two together forming a splash guard.
16. A vacuum juicer according to any one of claims 1 to 9 including a base for receiving the ingredient container.

A vacuum juicer according to claim 3 including a base for receiving the ingredient container and including spray heads for cleaning the juicing blades, said spray heads including a spiral spray head at the top of the vacuum housing and/or a bottom spray head at the base, the spiral spray head spraying water downwardly from the top to clean the juicing blades and the bottom spray head spraying water upwardly from the bottom to clean the juicing blades; after the juicing cutter extends to the position where the juicing cutter can enter the raw material container, the nozzle and the juicing cutter synchronously act as follows, and the juicing cutter rotates while the nozzle sprays water.
18. A vacuum juicer according to claim 17 wherein the rim of the vacuum cup extends to form an extension which is contactable with the base, the vacuum cup and extension together forming a splash shield.
19. A vacuum juicer according to claim 18 wherein the base is fixedly mounted and the drive means is arranged to drive the anti-splash shield to close and open the base.
20. A vacuum juicer according to claim 16 wherein the base is provided with drainage holes.
21. A vacuum juicer according to claim 20 including a drain guide for directing water exiting the drain aperture to a drain position.
