The control module in the invention adopts an intelligent gateway chip MT7688AN as a control chip, integrates various peripheral interfaces such as 1T1R802.11n WIFI, 580MHz MPU, Ethernet port, USB and the like, and provides a good carrier for program operation by matching with peripheral 128M RAM and 64 MFLASH. In the aspect of program design, the whole system comprises software function modules such as mobile terminal access configuration, user authority management, 4G module configuration, transparent transmission protocol setting and the like. The user configuration software can support different operating systems such as Windows, MAC, Android, Linux and the like.
The configuration engineer uses user configuration software on the mobile terminal device to connect to a WIFI hotspot of the serial port 4G transparent transmission module, firstly, identity authority authentication is carried out, after the identity authentication is finished and configuration authority is obtained, operations such as 4G networking setting, communication protocol setting and the like are carried out, and after configuration is finished, the configuration engineer stores and quits the configuration software.
The functions of the modules of the present invention are briefly described as follows:

The power module in the invention has the following functions: the external DC12V power supply realizes power conversion from DC12V to DC5V through a DCDC processing circuit, and 5V/3A large-current low-ripple output is realized by using a TI high-precision DCDC power supply chip; the power conversion from DC5V to DC3.3V is realized through LDO1, and 3.3V/1A large current output is realized by using a TI high-precision high-reliability LDO chip; the voltage conversion from DC5V to DC4.0V is realized through LDO2, and the large current output of 4.0V/1A is realized by using the TI high-precision high-reliability adjustable output LDO.
The serial port uplink data processing process comprises the following steps; the serial port uplink data of the external equipment is sent by the external serial port equipment and transmitted to the control module through the serial port of the equipment, the control module packs according to a fixed format, increases a packet head, a packet tail, verification and the like, transmits to the 4G module according to a fixed baud rate, and is uploaded to the server through the 4G network by the 4G module.
The serial port downlink data processing process comprises the following steps: the downlink data is transmitted to the control module by the 4G module, and the control module unpacks, analyzes and processes the data and transmits the effective data to the external outlet equipment through the equipment serial port.
The configuration data processing process comprises the following steps: after the control module receives the configuration information of the portable device through WIFI, the configuration information is analyzed and processed, configuration data are sent to the 4G module, and the configuration of parameters such as server address, serial port interface number and transmission rate pushed by the 4G module is achieved.
After the remote wireless configuration serial port 4G module is powered on, whether portable configuration equipment performs configuration operation through WIFI connection is detected, if yes, configuration setting is entered, the control module receives configuration data of the portable configuration equipment, converts the configuration data into configuration parameters of the 4G module to perform configuration operation on the 4G module, if configuration is completed, the configuration process is ended, and if configuration is wrong, configuration is performed again; if not, entering a data processing process, judging whether to perform data uplink or current operation, if the data is uplink data, packaging the data by the control module, adding corresponding information such as a header, a trailer, a heartbeat, a check and the like, transmitting the information to the 4G module, and uploading the information to a server by the 4G module through a 4G network; if the data is downlink data, the server data is transmitted to the 4G module through the 4G network, then the control module unpacks the data and transmits the data to external serial port equipment through the equipment serial port.
