In this embodiment, the bottom plate 1 has a first surface 11 and a second surface 12 arranged opposite to each other, and the display screen 10 is disposed on one side of the second surface 12 of the bottom plate 1 and is connected to the side plate 2 . Wherein, the display screen 10 is opposite to the bottom plate 1 at an interval, and covers the opening of the receiving cavity to form the receiving space 40 .

In this embodiment, the bottom plate 1 and the side plate 2 are integrally formed, which can make the production of the rear case more convenient. Of course, in some embodiments, the bottom plate 1 and the side plate 2 are provided separately, and then assembled together by means of gluing or the like.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 1 , in this embodiment, the bottom plate 1 is provided with a through hole 13 , and the through hole 13 penetrates from the first surface 11 of the bottom plate 1 to the second surface 12 of the bottom plate 1 . As shown in FIG. 2 , in this embodiment, the rear case 20 further includes a metal mesh antenna 3 , and the metal mesh antenna 3 is used to communicate with the outside, thereby realizing the communication between the electronic device 100 and the outside, that is, the metal mesh antenna 3 is the antenna of the electronic device 100 . In this embodiment, the metal mesh antenna 3 is a part of the rear case 20 and is disposed on the bottom plate 1 , so even if the area of the metal mesh antenna 3 is increased, it will not cause any damage to other components of the electronic device 100 . The interference can reduce the adverse effect on the miniaturized design of the electronic device 100 . That is, the electronic device 100 can have an antenna with a larger area by using the arrangement provided by this embodiment, so that the communication effect of the electronic device 100 can be improved.

In this embodiment, the material of the metal mesh antenna 3 may be copper, silver, aluminum, etc., and the mesh of the metal mesh antenna 3 may be square. Of course, in other embodiments, the meshes of the metal mesh antenna 3 may also be rhombus, regular hexagon, or the like. In this embodiment, the metal mesh antenna 3 constitutes a transparent antenna, which can prevent the metal mesh antenna from adversely affecting the appearance of the rear case. The thickness of the metal mesh antenna 3 is between 0.5um and 5um, wherein the thickness of the metal mesh antenna 3 refers to the size of the metal mesh antenna 3 in the axial direction of its mesh.

In this embodiment, the mesh holes of the metal mesh antenna 3 are surrounded by a plurality of mesh lines. When the mesh holes are square, there are four mesh lines around each mesh hole. In order to improve the light transmittance of the metal grid antenna, the line width of the grid lines is usually between 1um-10unm, and the length of each grid line is between 50um-500um.

As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , in this embodiment, grooves 14 are provided on the first surface 11 of the base plate 1 , and the grid lines 31 of the metal mesh antenna 3 are embedded in the grooves 14 , which can reduce the The thickness of the entire bottom plate 1 is reduced, thereby reducing the thickness of the electronic device in the direction from the display screen 10 to the rear shell 20. At the same time, this setting can also protect the metal grid antenna 3 and reduce the scratching effect of the metal grid antenna 3. probability.

In this embodiment, the groove 14 may be formed on the base plate 1 by laser cutting or etching, and the shape and size of the groove 14 match those of the metal mesh antenna 3 . In addition, in order to make the metal grid antenna 3 more firmly installed on the base plate 1, as shown in FIG. 4, in the direction from the bottom of the groove 14 to the opening of the groove 14, the width of the groove 14 gradually decreases, At this time, the cross section of the groove 14 may be V-shaped, trapezoidal, or the like. After the metal mesh antenna 3 is prepared, the mesh lines 31 of the metal mesh antenna 3 can abut against the side wall of the groove 14 , and this arrangement can effectively prevent the metal mesh antenna 3 from falling off from the groove 14 .

It can be understood that, in some embodiments, the metal mesh antenna 3 can also be directly formed on the first surface 11 of the base plate 1, for example, it can be firstly formed on the first surface 11 of the base plate 1 by electroplating, vapor deposition, etc. A layer of metal layer is provided, and then the redundant metal layer is removed by processes such as exposure, development, etching, etc. to form the metal mesh antenna 3 . Of course, in other embodiments, the metal mesh antenna 3 may also be disposed on the first surface 11 of the base plate 1 by means of nano-imprinting or the like.

As shown in FIG. 3 , in this embodiment, the rear case 20 further includes a feed line 4 and a feed point 5 . Wherein, the metal mesh antenna 3 is arranged on the first surface 11 of the base plate 1, that is, the metal mesh antenna 3 is arranged on the surface of the base plate 1 opposite to the display screen 10, so that the shielding of the metal mesh antenna can be reduced and the metal mesh can be improved. Communication effect of grid antenna. The feed point 5 is arranged on the second surface 12 of the base plate 1 , and the feed line 4 is used to electrically connect the metal mesh antenna 3 and the feed point 5 together. The feed line 4 passes through the through hole 13 , one end of the feed line 4 is electrically connected to the metal mesh antenna 3 , and the other end is electrically connected to the feed point 5 .

As shown in FIG. 3 , in this embodiment, in the longitudinal direction of the feeder 4 , the feeder 4 includes a first conductive portion 41 , a second conductive portion 42 and a third conductive portion 43 connected in sequence, wherein the second conductive portion 43 The part 42 is located inside the through hole 13 , the first conductive part 41 and the third conductive part 43 are located outside the through hole 13 , the first conductive part 41 is electrically connected to the metal mesh antenna 3 , and the third conductive part 43 is connected to the feed point 5 Electrical connection.
