When the paint in the paint box 11 is sprayed in a single type, firstly, the motor 41 is started, the motor 41 rotates to drive the second gear 43 to rotate, the second gear 43 rotates to drive the first gear 44 to rotate, the first gear 44 rotates to drive the rotating shaft 63 to rotate, the rotating shaft 63 rotates to drive the upper sliding block 61 to rotate, the upper sliding block 61 rotates to drive the octagonal rotary table 58 to rotate, the octagonal rotary table 58 rotates to drive the pressing block 12 to rotate, the pressing block 12 rotates to be aligned with the L-shaped rod 20, then the first electromagnet 38 and the second electromagnet 36 are electrified by the opposite electrodes, the second electromagnet 36 and the first electromagnet 38 are attracted, the L-shaped rod 20 moves rightwards to push the pressing block 12 to move rightwards, the pressing block 12 pushes the first paint pipe 15 to move rightwards to push the push switch 17 to be opened, so that the paint in the paint box 11 flows into the paint cavity 16, the paint enters the second paint pipe 19 through the paint cavity 16, and then through the second paint line 19 into the third paint line 31 and then through the spray gun 32.
When paint in the paint box 11 is subjected to multiple mixing stirring, the motor 41 is started first, the motor 41 is started to drive the third gear 64 to rotate, the third gear 64 rotates to drive the fourth gear 24 to rotate, the fourth gear 24 rotates to drive the rotating shaft 25 to rotate, and the rotating shaft 25 rotates to drive the stirring impeller 26 to rotate, so that the mixed paint flowing into the stirring cavity 27 through the second paint pipe 19 is stirred and mixed.
When the mixed paint in the mixing cavity 27 is sprayed, the third electromagnet 59 and the fourth electromagnet 60 are electrified to enable the sliding rod 40 to move towards the left side, so that the first sliding block 50 moves upwards to enable the second paint pipe 19 to be opened, the second sliding block 49 moves downwards to enable the second paint pipe 19 to be closed to the third paint pipe 31, the paint pump 55 is started to enable the mixed paint in the mixing cavity 27 to move upwards through the fixed pipe 54, the mixed paint moves upwards to push the sliding block 57 to move upwards, the third paint pipe 31 is opened, and the mixed paint enters the third paint pipe 31 and then is sprayed out through the paint spraying gun 32.
