Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating hemorrhoids and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Hemorrhoid is a common chronic disease, and the modern medicine refers to hemorrhoids including internal hemorrhoid, external hemorrhoid and mixed hemorrhoid. Mainly comprises a soft vein group formed by the enlargement and the varicose of the venous plexus under the mucosa, the anal canal and the anus margin skin at the end of the rectum; or inflamed, hypertrophic, connective tissue of anal plica; or rupture of anal vein and formation of thrombus due to blood stasis. The incidence of anorectal disease was found to be 59.1% by the relevant census data, hemorrhoids accounted for 87.25% of all rectal diseases and 52.19% of all anorectal diseases. The disease can be developed by both men and women, the disease incidence rate of women is 67 percent, the disease incidence rate of men is 53.9 percent, and the disease incidence rate of women is high; the disease can occur at any age, and people of 20-40 years old are more common and can gradually get worse with the increase of age. The disease is most common with three symptoms of bleeding, pain and constipation.
At present, western medicine mainly adopts a surgical excision mode for treatment, but the operation causes great pain to patients, the patients are susceptible to infection after the operation, and partial patients can relapse after the operation and can not be completely and thoroughly cured. Western medicine also adopts oral medicine for treatment, but the effect is poor, and the chemical medicine has large toxic and side effect on human body, and adverse reaction is easy to occur when patients take the medicine for a long time.
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the onset of the hemorrhoids is the imbalance of yin and yang, the deficiency of qi and blood of viscera, the action of pathogenic factors such as humidification, heat, wind, dryness and the like, and the influence of emotional internal injury, improper diet and the like, so that the imbalance of qi and blood, the blockage of collaterals, the bleeding of turbid blood and qi into anus, and the agglomeration into piles are caused. The traditional Chinese medicine is a traditional treasure in China, accumulates abundant clinical experience and treatment theory in the aspect of treating the hemorrhoids, and can effectively solve the problem of the hemorrhoids by utilizing the traditional Chinese medicine.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating hemorrhoids and a preparation method thereof, which can effectively treat hemorrhoids, avoid operation and do not generate any toxic or side effect on a human body.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating hemorrhoids is prepared from the following raw materials: honeysuckle, cistanche, angelica dahurica, rhubarb, pangolin scales, cordyceps, radix rehmanniae, lotus summerherb, clove, epimedium, fructus cnidii and auxiliary materials.

Further preferably, the auxiliary material is rice milk.
Further preferably, the Chinese medicinal preparation is a pill.
A preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating hemorrhoids comprises the following steps:
A. weighing and mixing the raw material components according to a formula to obtain a raw material mixture;
B. pulverizing the raw material mixture to 60-80 mesh, adding rice slurry, and making into pill with pill making machine.
The Chinese medicinal preparation is prepared from the main raw materials of honeysuckle, cistanche, angelica dahurica, rhubarb, pangolin scales, cordyceps, radix rehmanniae, lotus seed, clove, epimedium and fructus cnidii.
Honeysuckle, sweet and cold; enters lung, heart and stomach meridians, and has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials and dispelling wind and heat. Modern medicine considers that the product has broad-spectrum antibacterial action, has stronger inhibition effect on pathogenic bacteria such as staphylococcus aureus, dysentery bacillus and the like, and the honeysuckle has obvious anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects.
Cistanche deserticola has the effects of tonifying kidney and supporting yang, and relaxing bowel, and is used for constipation caused by dryness of the intestine and body fluid. Modern medicine believes that cistanche deserticola can enhance the immune function and also has the functions of promoting salivary secretion and relaxing the bowels.
Bai Zhi has warm nature, pungent flavor, fragrant smell and slight bitter taste. Has effects of dispelling pathogenic wind and dampness, promoting blood circulation, expelling pus, eliminating dampness, relieving leukorrhagia, relieving swelling, promoting pus discharge, promoting granulation, and relieving pain.
Rhubarb, radix et rhizoma Rhei, being cold in nature and slightly bitter, enters stomach, large intestine, liver and spleen meridians. Has the effects of removing food retention, clearing away damp-heat, purging pathogenic fire, cooling blood, removing blood stasis, removing toxic substance, etc., and can be used for treating constipation, blood heat, conjunctival congestion, pharyngeal swelling, pyocutaneous disease, burn, scald, and blood stasis. Modern medicine believes that rhubarb has a purgative effect; has protective effect on stomach, duodenum and liver injury, and can promote secretion of bile and pancreas; and the rhubarb has the bidirectional regulation effect on microcirculation, and can stop bleeding and promote blood circulation.
Jiazhu, slightly cold in nature, enters liver and stomach meridians and has the actions of activating blood and resolving hard mass, dredging meridians and promoting lactation, resolving carbuncle and dissipating mass.
Cordyceps sinensis is a complex of stroma and larva corpse of Cordyceps sinensis parasitizing on larva of insect of Hepialidae of Clavipitaceae, and has effects of regulating immune system function, wherein the main active ingredients are substances beneficial to human body absorption, such as cordycepin, cordycepic acid (i.e. D-mannitol), and Cordyceps polysaccharide.
Radix rehmanniae, also known as Sheng Di Huang, has the functions of clearing heat and cooling blood, nourishing yin and promoting the production of body fluid. Can be used for treating heat entering nutrient-blood, crimson tongue with polydipsia, macula, hematemesis and epistaxis, yin deficiency with internal heat, bone steaming with internal heat, body fluid consumption with thirst, internal heat with diabetes, intestinal dryness with constipation.
