Abstract
本发明涉及一种低功耗奶牛瘤胃pH值和温度值无线监测装置,整个电路采用超低功耗器件设计,采集数据依据无线通信完成实时传输;监测装置包括壳体;所述壳体内部有控制电路板、锂电池、pH复合电极、NTC温度传感器;所述控制电路板上有主控模块以及与主控模块连接的低功耗高阻抗模拟信号放大电路、稳压电路、433MHz无线信号收发模块;所述主控模块采用STM8L低功耗单片机;所述低功耗高阻抗模拟信号放大电路使用高输入阻抗低功耗运算放大器;所述433MHz无线信号收发模块使用CC1101芯片;本发明具有体积小、功耗低、待机时间长等优点,留置于奶牛瘤胃内能够长时间连续监测奶牛瘤胃pH值和温度值,并能采用无线通信方式将采集到的数据实时发送给奶牛体外中继节点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种监测装置,具体涉及一种低功耗奶牛瘤胃pH值和温度值无线监测装置。
背景技术
中国的乳品生产行业虽然发展十分迅速,但仍然存在诸多问题。目前,我国奶牛养殖一定程度上实现从粗放的散养向标准化、规模养殖发展,但是养殖过程中的精细化、科学化管理依然处于较低水平。其中,对奶牛关键生理指标的监测识别手段有限,一定程度上制约了我国奶业的经济效益和市场竞争力。实现奶牛养殖生产的现代化、智慧化是进一步提升我国畜牧业产业升级和提升我国奶业在国际上的竞争力的重要保障。在奶牛养殖中,牛瘤胃酸中毒是影响奶牛健康的常见疾病,特别是,对于处于亚临床状态的瘤胃酸中毒,早期难以发现。严重时,可致奶牛死亡。
检测奶牛瘤胃的环境因子变化,比如pH值和温度值是预防瘤胃酸中毒的重要措施。然而传统的奶牛瘤胃pH监测方法存在以下不足之处:(1)需要将奶牛瘤胃内容物取出后再检测;(2)奶牛瘤胃内容物取出的过程中易造成内容物受到污染,导致测量结果不准确;(3)操作过程复杂,耗时耗力,不能满足实时监测的需求。
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的技术问题,本发明设计了一种低功耗奶牛瘤胃pH值和温度值无线监测装置,该装置具有体积小、功耗低、待机时间长等优点,留置于奶牛瘤胃内能够长时间连续监测奶牛瘤胃pH值和温度值,并能采用无线通信方式将采集到的数据实时发送给奶牛体外中继节点。
本发明采用了以下方案:一种低功耗奶牛瘤胃pH值和温度值无线监测装置,包括壳体;所述壳体内部有控制电路板,锂电池,pH复合电极,NTC温度传感器;所述控制电路板上有主控模块以及与主控模块连接的低功耗高阻抗模拟信号放大电路、稳压电路、433MHz无线信号收发模块;所述低功耗高阻抗模拟信号放大电路与pH电极、NTC温度传感器连接。
所述主控模块采用STM8L低功耗单片机。
所述STM8L低功耗单片机通过内部ADC(模数转换器)将模拟信号转换成数字信号。
所述ADC(模数转换器)与低功耗高阻抗模拟信号放大电路之间连接有滤波器。
所述433MHz无线信号收发模块采用CC1101芯片,通过SPI通信协议与主控模块进行通信。

具体实施方式
图1是本装置的结构示意图,一种低功耗奶牛瘤胃pH值和温度值无线监测装置主要由壳体1、控制电路板2、pH复合电极3、NTC温度传感器4、锂电池5构成。
如图1所示,装置壳体外观光滑无棱角,通过工具将本装置放入奶牛瘤胃内,pH复合电极3和NTC温度传感器4在瘤胃内与瘤胃液充分接触。
图2是本装置的电路方框图,主控电路板由高阻抗低功耗模拟信号放大电路7、主控模块STM8L单片机6、433MHz无线信号收发模块8、稳压电路9构成。
如图2所示,稳压电路9稳定锂电池5的电压给整个系统供电。
如图2所示,pH复合电极3、NTC温度传感器4将瘤胃pH值、温度值转换为电压值并输入给低功耗高阻抗模拟信号放大电路7进行信号放大,放大后的信号由主控模块STM8L低功耗单片机6内部ADC(模数转换器)转换成数字信号并进行运算处理,再将处理后的数据通过SPI通信协议传输给433MHz无线信号收发送模块8,433MHz无线信号收发模块将数据发送给奶牛体外中继节点。
pH值、温度值采集与数据无线发送软件程序如下:系统上电后,STM8L单片机内部资源初始化,包括系统时钟初始化、睡眠时钟初始化、睡眠定时器初始化、禁止中断,然后对单片机外设初始化、开中断,每分钟采样一次pH值、温度值,采样完成后对数据进行运算处理,并将处理后的数据暂存到单片机内部存储器中,系统进入休眠状态,每隔十分钟唤醒一次433MHz无线数据收发模块并将暂存的数据打包发送给433MHz无线数据收发模块,由433MHz无线数据收发模块将数据无线发送给奶牛体外中继节点,数据无线发送完成后系统进入休眠状态。
本发明电路设计上采用STM8L低功耗单片机,低功耗线性稳压器、低功耗高阻抗模拟信号放大电路、433MHz无线信号发送模块;软件设计上采用定时采样定时发送,其他时间系统进入休眠的方式进一步降低系统功耗,系统的休眠电流可低至20uA,装置工作时间长达一年。

Claims (5)
1.一种低功耗奶牛瘤胃pH值和温度值无线监测装置,整个电路采用超低功耗器件设计,采集数据依据无线通信完成实时传输;监测装置包括壳体;所述壳体内部有控制电路板、锂电池、pH复合电极、NTC温度传感器;所述控制电路板上有主控模块以及与主控模块连接的低功耗高阻抗模拟信号放大电路、稳压电路、433MHz无线信号收发模块;所述主控模块采用STM8L低功耗单片机;所述低功耗高阻抗模拟信号放大电路使用高输入阻抗低功耗运算放大器;所述433MHz无线信号收发模块使用CC1101芯片;本发明具有体积小、功耗低、待机时间长等优点,留置于奶牛瘤胃内能够长时间连续监测奶牛瘤胃pH值和温度值,并能采用无线通信方式将采集到的数据实时发送给奶牛体外中继节点。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低功耗奶牛瘤胃pH值和温度值无线监测装置,其特征在于:所述壳体外观光滑无棱角,不会损伤奶牛瘤胃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低功耗奶牛瘤胃pH值和温度值无线监测装置,其特征在于:所述壳体内部充满防水胶,防止瘤胃液渗入壳体内部导致装置失效。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低功耗奶牛瘤胃pH值和温度值无线监测装置,其特征在于:所述低功耗高阻抗模拟信号放大电路用于放大pH复合电极信号和NTC温度传感器信号;所述稳压电路利用低功耗线性稳压器稳定锂电池电压给主控模块,低功耗高阻抗模拟信号放大电路、433MHz无线信号收发模块供电。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种低功耗奶牛瘤胃pH值和温度值无线监测装置,其特征在于:所述433MHz无线信号收发模块与STM8L低功耗单片机之间以SPI通信方式进行数据传输。
