Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ships, in particular to a cargo hold inlet water treatment device and a treatment method.
Background
In the transportation industry, ship transportation plays an important role. The cargo hold of a bulk cargo ship is generally used for loading dry bulk cargos such as ores, coal, grains and the like, and has the characteristics of large size, large opening and the like. A hatch cover is disposed in a cargo hold of a bulk carrier, and the hatch cover is generally large in size and can block wind and rain. When a ship sails on the sea, if severe weather occurs, the head of the ship can greatly wave, and sea waves can repeatedly flap the hatch cover of the ship. The sealing performance of the hatch cover is difficult to resist the wave slapping under severe sea conditions, which leads to the water entering the cargo hold. If the inlet water of the cargo hold is accumulated continuously, a large safety risk is generated to the operation of the ship.
Therefore, a cargo hold inlet water treatment device and a treatment method are needed to solve the technical problems.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by combining the attached drawings and the embodiment. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some but not all of the elements associated with the present invention are shown in the drawings.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that unless otherwise explicitly stated or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection or a removable connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
In order to prevent the influence of excessive accumulated water in the cargo hold on the cargo and ensure the safe operation of the ship, as shown in fig. 1, the invention provides a cargo hold water inlet treatment device, which comprises a water collecting well 3, a ballast pipe 1, a water collecting pipe 4 and a ballast pump 2; the water collecting well 3 is arranged in the cargo hold and is used for collecting water entering the cargo hold; specifically, the water collecting well 3 is separated from the cargo hold, so that water is prevented from flowing into the cargo hold to pollute the cargo, and the ballast pipe 1 is arranged at the bottom of the cargo hold; the water collecting pipe 4 is arranged in a water collecting well 3 at the bottom of the cargo hold, one end of the water collecting pipe is communicated with the water collecting well 3, the other end of the water collecting pipe is communicated with the ballast pipe 1, and accumulated water is discharged into the ballast pipe 1 through the water collecting pipe 4; the ballast pump 2 is communicated with the ballast pipe 1 and is used for discharging accumulated water in the ballast pipe 1 out of the ship, so that the safe operation of the ship is ensured.
Further, this cargo hold processing apparatus of intaking still includes one-way check valve 5, and one end and the collector pipe 4 intercommunication of one-way check valve 5, the other end and sump pit 3 intercommunication. By providing a single check valve it can be ensured that standing water can only be discharged from the water collection well 3 into the ballast pipe 1, but not from the ballast pipe 1 into the water collection well 3.
Further, the cargo inlet treatment device further comprises a water level detector, wherein the water level detector is arranged in the ballast pipe 1 and is used for detecting the water level height in the ballast pipe 1. Because ponding is more at one side ponding that ballast pipe 1 is close to ballast pump 2, need monitor in real time, specifically, water level detector sets up the one end of being connected at ballast pipe 1 and ballast pump 2. In this embodiment, the water level detectors are provided in plurality, and the provision of a plurality of water level detectors can ensure that the water level in the ballast pipe 1 can still be monitored in real time when one or more water level detectors have a problem.
Further, the cargo tank water intake treatment device further comprises an outboard discharge valve which is communicated with the ballast pipe 1, specifically, the outboard discharge valve is arranged on the hull and is used for discharging water in the ballast pipe 1 out of the ship. When drainage is needed, the outboard discharge valve is opened, and after drainage is finished, the outboard discharge valve is automatically closed, so that seawater backflow is prevented.
Further, the water collecting pipes 4 are provided with a plurality of water collecting pipes, and each water collecting pipe 4 corresponds to one-way check valve 5. Through setting up a plurality of collector pipes 4 can make things convenient for ponding to discharge smoothly, after a blocking phenomenon appears in one of them collector pipe 4, still can guarantee that the drainage is unblocked.
As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment further provides a cargo hold influent water treatment method using the cargo hold influent water treatment device, including the following steps:
s1, the water collecting pipe 4 discharges the accumulated water in the water collecting well 3 into the ballast pipe 1;
s2, when the water amount in the ballast pipe 1 reaches a first set threshold value, the ballast pump 2 is started, and accumulated water is discharged out of the ship; specifically, in the present embodiment, the first set threshold is 80% of the volume of the ballast pipe 1 filled with the amount of water. Of course, in other embodiments, the setting may be performed according to actual needs, and no limitation is made herein.
S3, when the water amount in the ballast pipe 1 falls to a second set threshold, the ballast pump 2 is turned off to stop the discharge of water overboard. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the second set threshold is 10% of the volume of the ballast pipe 1 filled with the amount of water. Of course, in other embodiments, the setting may be performed according to actual needs, and no limitation is made herein.
It should be understood that the above-described embodiments of the present invention are merely examples for clearly illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the claims of the present invention.
