Abstract
The embodiment of the invention provides an intelligent retail cabinet and a commodity exhibition and sale platform, wherein the intelligent retail cabinet comprises a window and a camera unit arranged on one side of the window, the camera unit is arranged in the intelligent retail cabinet, and the window is at least constructed into a partial area of the side surface of the intelligent retail cabinet; the first polarizing film and the second polarizing film are respectively arranged on the camera unit and the window, and the polarization directions of the first polarizing film and the second polarizing film are vertical, so that when a user is positioned at the other side of the window, the user cannot see the second polarizing film, and the camera unit cannot shoot an image positioned at one side of the user. The intelligent retail cabinet provided by the embodiment of the invention has no special requirements on light outside the cabinet inside the cabinet, so that a user can clearly see commodities inside the cabinet from outside the cabinet door, and the camera unit can not shoot scenes outside the cabinet door, thereby not influencing a commodity identification algorithm and improving the accuracy of commodity identification.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of intelligent retail, and particularly relates to an intelligent retail cabinet and a commodity exhibition and sale platform.
Background
The intelligent retail cabinet takes pictures through the camera unit in the cabinet body and automatically generates bills by utilizing an image commodity identification technology. In order to make the user see the goods in the cabinet clearly, the cabinet door is transparent. But transparent cabinet door can make camera (camera unit) shoot the commodity outside the cabinet door and other complicated scenes, reduces the rate of accuracy of commodity discernment. Therefore, a scheme is needed to be designed, so that a user can see commodities in the cabinet from the outside of the cabinet door, and the camera shooting unit can not shoot scenes outside the cabinet door.

The invention provides an intelligent retail cabinet and a commodity exhibition and sale platform.
In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides the following technical solutions:

the photosensitive element comprises a CMOS or a CCD, and the first polarization film is covered on the CMOS or the CCD.
Preferably, the imaging unit is a fisheye camera.
Preferably, the window comprises a plurality of window units arranged in sequence, and each window unit can determine a normal direction through a plane unit contained in the window unit;
the window is configured as follows: the normal directions of the window units face the lens of the camera unit.
Preferably, the window has a curved surface, wherein a concave surface of the curved surface faces the image pickup unit.
Preferably, the camera shooting unit is arranged on a holder which is in communication link with the window;

In this embodiment, an intelligent retail cabinet is provided, and the intelligent retail cabinet can sell various commodities, such as water, hamburgers, sausages and the like, but the invention is not limited to this. The intelligent retail cabinet is characterized in that a cabinet door is arranged on one side face of the intelligent retail cabinet, the whole side face of the intelligent retail cabinet can be constructed into the cabinet door, and partial area of the side face of the intelligent retail cabinet can also be constructed into the cabinet door. The cabinet door of the intelligent retail cabinet is provided with a window, the whole cabinet door of the intelligent retail cabinet can be set as the window, and partial area of the cabinet door of the intelligent retail cabinet can be set as the window. The intelligent retail cabinet is characterized in that a camera shooting unit is further arranged in the intelligent retail cabinet, when a user is outside the intelligent retail cabinet, after the user clearly sees the commodities in the intelligent retail cabinet through a window on the cabinet door, after one or more commodities purchased in advance are selected, at the moment, the camera shooting unit in the intelligent retail cabinet can shoot the commodities selected by the user, a bill is automatically generated for the commodities on the photo by utilizing an image commodity identification technology, and the user can take away the selected commodities after paying. However, in the prior art, no processing is performed on the window on the cabinet door, so that the camera unit can shoot the commodities outside the cabinet door and other complex scenes, and the accuracy of commodity identification is reduced.
In the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the first polarizing film and the second polarizing film are respectively disposed on the camera unit and the window, and the polarizing directions of the first polarizing film and the second polarizing film are perpendicular, so that when a user is located at the other side of the window, the user cannot see the second polarizing film and clearly see the goods in the intelligent retail cabinet, and the camera unit cannot capture an image at one side of the user. As shown in fig. 1, the polarization direction of the first polarization film disposed on the camera unit is horizontal, that is, only light in the horizontal direction can pass through the first polarization film, the polarization direction of the second polarization film disposed on the window is vertical, that is, only light in the vertical direction can pass through the second polarization film, and as can be seen from fig. 1, only natural light in the vertical direction can enter the intelligent retail cabinet through the second polarization film disposed on the window, and because the light entering the intelligent retail cabinet is vertical, the light cannot pass through the first polarization film and further cannot enter the camera unit disposed with the first polarization film, and therefore, the camera unit cannot shoot a scene outside the intelligent retail cabinet. In the present invention, the polarization directions of the first and second polarizing films are not particularly limited as long as they are perpendicular, and for example, the polarization direction of the first polarizing film may be a vertical direction, the polarization direction of the second polarizing film may be a horizontal direction, and the like.
The intelligent retail cabinet provided by the embodiment of the invention has no special requirements on light outside the cabinet in the cabinet, and does not generate a light reflection phenomenon, so that a user can clearly see commodities in the cabinet from the outside of the cabinet door, and the camera unit can not shoot scenes outside the cabinet door, thereby not influencing a commodity identification algorithm and improving the accuracy of commodity identification.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the window is configured as a plane body made of a transparent material, and the second polarization film is disposed on a surface of the plane body;
wherein the second polarizing film is positioned opposite the merchandise within the intelligent retail cabinet.
In this embodiment, the window is disposed on the cabinet door of the intelligent retail cabinet, the entire cabinet door of the intelligent retail cabinet may be set as the window, or a partial area of the cabinet door of the intelligent retail cabinet may be set as the window. The window is a plane body made of a transparent material, for example, the window may be made of a glass material, so that a user outside the intelligent retail cabinet can see the goods inside the intelligent retail cabinet clearly because the window is transparent, the second polarizing film is arranged on the window, the second polarizing film may be arranged in the whole window area, or the second polarizing film may be arranged only in a partial area on the window. In addition, in order to further ensure that the camera unit cannot shoot a scene outside the cabinet door, the second polarization film is opposite to the commodity position in the intelligent retail cabinet.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first polarizing film is provided on a lens of the image pickup unit. In the present invention, the camera unit is not particularly limited as long as it can shoot the goods in the intelligent retail cabinet, and for example, the camera unit may be a fish-eye camera. The first polarizing film is disposed on the lens of the camera unit, and preferably, the first polarizing film covers all areas of the lens, so that natural light outside the intelligent retail cabinet does not enter the camera unit, and therefore, the camera unit cannot shoot a scene outside the intelligent retail cabinet, and a commodity identification algorithm is not affected.
In another embodiment provided by the present invention, the first polarizing film is disposed between a lens and a photosensitive element of the image pickup unit;
the photosensitive element comprises a CMOS or a CCD, and the first polarization film is covered on the CMOS or the CCD.
In this embodiment, the first polarizing film may be disposed on the lens of the camera unit, the first polarizing film may be disposed between the lens of the camera unit and the photosensitive element, and the first polarizing film may be disposed between the lens of the camera unit and the photosensitive element, so that natural light outside the intelligent retail cabinet does not enter the camera unit, and therefore, the camera unit cannot shoot a scene outside the intelligent retail cabinet, and a commodity identification algorithm is not affected.
In other embodiments provided by the present invention, the window includes a plurality of window units 1 arranged in sequence, and each of the window units 1 can determine a normal direction through a plane unit included in the window unit;
the window is configured as follows: the normal directions of the window units face the lens of the camera unit.

4. The intelligent retail cabinet of claim 1, wherein the camera unit is a fisheye camera.
5. The intelligent retail cabinet of claim 1, wherein the window comprises a plurality of window units arranged in sequence, each window unit capable of defining a normal direction through the plane unit contained therein;
the window is configured as follows: the normal directions of the window units face the lens of the camera unit.
6. The intelligent retail cabinet of claim 1, wherein the window has a curved surface, wherein a concave surface of the curved surface faces the camera unit.
7. The intelligent retail cabinet of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the camera unit is mounted on a pan-tilt head communicatively linked to the window;
the holder follows up with the window so that the camera shooting unit and the window keep relative positions.
8. A merchandise display platform comprising the intelligent retail cabinet of any one of claims 1 to 7.
