Technical Field

Background
A coverslip is a thin, flat piece of glass of transparent material, typically square or rectangular, approximately 20 mm (4/5 inches) wide and a fraction of a mm thick, that is placed on an object to be viewed with a microscope. The object is typically placed between a cover slip and a slightly thicker microscope slide, which rests on the stage or slide holder of the microscope and provides physical support for the object and slide. The existing method for covering a glass slide with a cover glass is that an operator firstly sprays glue on the cover glass and then covers the glass slide, but less glue is sprayed, bubbles can be generated when the cover glass and the glass slide are closed, or more glue is sprayed, the glue can overflow, and the experiment staff is difficult to observe and study.

Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the coating area equals with the cover glass area, can reduce the bubble, can make more firm that cover glass body and slide glue again.
A method for sticking a glue-free cover glass comprises the following steps:
step 1, cleaning: cleaning the cover glass body;
step 2, spraying a coating: uniformly spraying coating liquid on one side surface of the cover glass body;
and 3, drying or airing: drying or airing the cover glass body sprayed with the coating liquid;

The coating liquid further comprises resin, and the organic solvent is xylene or other solvent capable of dissolving the resin.

The coating liquid comprises resin, the organic solvent is dimethylbenzene or other solvents capable of dissolving the resin, and the resin is dissolved in the organic solvent and has viscosity, so that the glue-free cover glass and the glass slide sprayed with the organic solvent are combined together.
