The formaldehyde-free adhesive for artificial boards of comparative example 1 is substantially the same as that of example 1, except that: the weight ratio of the locust bean gum to the taraxacum gum to the tamarind gum is 1:1: 1.
The preparation method of the formaldehyde-free adhesive for the artificial board in the comparative example 1 is the same as that of the example 1.
Comparative example 2
The formaldehyde-free adhesive for artificial boards of comparative example 2 is substantially the same as that of example 1, except that: the tamarind gum is purchased.
The preparation method of the formaldehyde-free adhesive for the artificial board in the comparative example 2 is the same as that of the example 1.
Comparative example 3
A formaldehyde-free adhesive for artificial boards of comparative example 3 was the same as in example 1.
The preparation method of the formaldehyde-free adhesive for the artificial board in the comparative example 3 comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing locust bean gum and tamarind gum in specified weight parts, and extruding and puffing the locust bean gum and the tamarind gum under the pressure of 33MPa and the temperature of 42 ℃ to obtain the puffed locust bean gum and tamarind gum;
(2) placing the locust bean gum and the tamarind gum puffed in the step (1) into a reaction kettle, weighing water in a specified weight part, placing 7/10 water into the reaction kettle, stirring at normal temperature for 120r/min, heating while stirring, heating to 85 ℃ at a speed of 5 ℃/min, preserving heat for 25min, and continuously stirring in the heat preservation process;
(3) weighing and mixing the tara gum, the sodium borate, the ethylene glycol, the polyvinyl alcohol, the urea and the glycerol in specified weight parts, adding the water of 3/10 remained in the step (2) into the mixture, stirring at normal temperature for 30min at 200r/min, and pouring the stirred mixed solution into the mixture of the locust bean gum and the tamarind gum in the heat preservation state in the step (2);
(4) and (4) continuing stirring the inside of the reaction kettle after the operation of the step (3) is finished, wherein the stirring speed is 330r/min, and stirring until the temperature of the materials in the reaction kettle is reduced to 28 ℃, thus obtaining the product.
Experimental example 1
The appearance, viscosity, dry bonding strength, wet bonding strength, hot pressing time and free formaldehyde of the formaldehyde-free adhesives for artificial boards prepared in experimental examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were measured, and the measurement results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from Table 1, the formaldehyde-free adhesive for artificial boards prepared in the embodiments 1 to 5 of the present invention does not contain coarse particles, has fine and uniform texture, has a viscosity of 36 to 39Pa.s, a dry bonding strength of 16 to 18MPa, a wet bonding strength of 13 to 15MPa, a hot pressing time of 2.5 to 3min, and no release of free formaldehyde; the formaldehyde-free adhesive for the artificial board prepared in the comparative example 1 has the performance far lower than that of the embodiment of the invention because the optimized biomass adhesive proportion of the invention is not adopted; the formaldehyde-free adhesive for the artificial board prepared in the comparison document 2 has the performance far lower than that of the embodiment of the invention because tamarind gum adopted is purchased and the preparation method of the tamarind gum is not adopted; in the preparation method of comparative example 3, the Caesalpinia spinosa Gum, the sodium borate, the ethylene glycol, the polyvinyl alcohol, the urea and the glycerol are mixed and then directly added into the reaction kettle without atomization, so that the performance of the preparation method is far lower than that of the preparation method of the embodiment of the invention. In conclusion, the formaldehyde-free adhesive for artificial boards and the preparation method thereof do not contain formaldehyde, and the adhesive which has uniform colloid, high viscoelasticity and firm adhesion to the artificial boards is formed by compounding the optimized locust bean gum, the taraxacum gum and the tamarind gum and cooperating with the sodium borate, the ethylene glycol, the polyvinyl alcohol, the urea, the glycerol and the water; the locust bean gum and tamarind gum have enhanced activity after being puffed, are more delicate in texture, are beneficial to uniform and non-dispersed, and enhance the delicate and uniform degree of colloid, and the spruce gum, the sodium borate, the ethylene glycol, the polyvinyl alcohol, the urea, the glycerol and the water are mixed and atomized and sprayed into the homogeneous gum solution containing the locust bean gum and the tamarind gum in a stirring state at 85-90 ℃, so that the locust bean gum and the tamarind gum are beneficial to full mixing and rapid and uniform distribution among all substances, and the viscosity of the colloid is rapidly increased in the spraying and cooling process.

A formaldehyde-free adhesive for artificial boards is characterized in that: the main raw materials are biomass gum, sodium borate, ethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, urea, glycerol and water, wherein the biomass gum comprises locust bean gum, tara gum and tamarind gum, and the weight ratio of the locust bean gum to the tara gum is (7-9): (3-5): (1-3).

The formaldehyde-free adhesive for artificial boards according to claim 1, wherein the formaldehyde-free adhesive comprises: the weight parts of the raw materials are as follows: 20-30 parts of biomass glue, 1-5 parts of sodium borate, 10-15 parts of ethylene glycol, 8-12 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 8-15 parts of urea, 5-10 parts of glycerol and 50-100 parts of water.

The formaldehyde-free adhesive for artificial boards according to claim 1, wherein the formaldehyde-free adhesive comprises: the preparation method of the tamarind gum mainly comprises the following steps: pulverizing tamarind seed to 80-100 mesh, mixing the pulverized tamarind seed powder with water at a weight ratio of (1-3): 8, stirring for 10-15min at the temperature of 85-90 ℃ at 135r/min, filtering, collecting filtrate, concentrating to 1/3-1/5 of the original volume, mixing the filtrate with ethanol according to the volume ratio of 1 (2.2-2.5), carrying out alcohol precipitation, filtering, collecting precipitate after the alcohol precipitation is finished, dehydrating and drying the precipitate at the temperature of 90-100 ℃ until the water content is less than 6%, and pulverizing the dried precipitate to 60 meshes to obtain the product.

(2) placing the locust bean gum and the tamarind gum expanded in the step (1) into a reaction kettle, weighing water in specified weight parts, placing 7/10 water into the reaction kettle, stirring at normal temperature for 135r/min, heating while stirring, heating to 85-90 ℃ at the speed of 5 ℃/min, preserving heat for 20-30min, and continuously stirring in the heat preservation process;
(3) weighing and mixing the tara gum, the sodium borate, the ethylene glycol, the polyvinyl alcohol, the urea and the glycerol in specified weight parts, adding the water of 3/10 remained in the step (2) into the mixture, stirring at the normal temperature of 180-;
(4) and (4) continuing stirring the reaction kettle after the operation of the step (3) is finished, wherein the stirring speed is 300-350r/min, and stirring until the temperature of the materials in the reaction kettle is reduced to 25-30 ℃ to obtain the catalyst.
