Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of color paste, in particular to environment-friendly water-based color paste and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The color paste is a pigment concentrated paste as the name implies, and is prepared by utilizing different pigments and through the technologies of pigment surface treatment, surface coating and the like and strict processing technology. According to different solvents used by the color paste, the color paste is divided into water-based color paste, oil-based color paste, water-oil-based color paste and the like; according to different purposes of the color paste, the color paste is divided into paint color paste, adhesive tape color paste, paper making color paste, textile color paste, mechanical color paste, toy color paste, latex product color paste and the like; according to different tools using color pastes, people simply divide color pastes into factory color pastes, machine color pastes and the like. The color paste is a semi-product formed by dispersing pigment or pigment and filling material in the paint vehicle. The pure oil is used as the adhesive to be called as the oily color paste. Resin paint is used as adhesive and is called resin color paste. The pigment and filler pulp which is formed by dispersing water as a medium and adding a surfactant is called water-based color paste. Because the paint types are various, the color paste types are also various. In order to disperse the pigment and the like in the paint more well, a small amount of a surfactant, zinc naphthenate and the like are often added during the manufacturing process.

As a preferable technical scheme, the functional silicone oil is polyether modified silicone oil and/or epoxy-terminated silicone oil.
As a preferable technical solution, the weight ratio of the polyether modified silicone oil to the epoxy-terminated silicone oil in the present invention is 1: (0.5-3.5).
As a preferable technical solution, the weight ratio of the polyether modified silicone oil to the epoxy-terminated silicone oil in the present invention is 1: (1-2.5).

the preparation method of the environment-friendly water-based color paste at least comprises the following steps: (1) adding a preservative, a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent, a wetting agent and functional silicone oil into deionized water, and stirring and dispersing to obtain a dispersion liquid; (3) adding the pigment into the dispersion liquid, stirring for 2.5 hours, and grinding for 4 hours to obtain pigment slurry; grinding and filtering to obtain the product.
Performance testing
The aqueous color pastes prepared in the examples 1 to 4 are placed for 3 months, 6 months and 9 months, followed and observed to judge whether the precipitate is generated, and the test results are shown in the table 1 based on the visual inspection.

Claims (10)
1. The environment-friendly water-based color paste is characterized by at least comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 0.1-0.5% of preservative, 1-5% of dispersing agent, 0.1-1% of defoaming agent, 1-10% of wetting agent, 20-40% of pigment, 1-5% of functional silicone oil and the balance of deionized water.
2. The environment-friendly aqueous color paste according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials at least comprise, by weight: 0.2-0.4% of preservative, 2-4% of dispersant, 0.4-0.8% of defoaming agent, 3-7% of wetting agent, 25-35% of pigment, 2.5-4.5% of functional silicone oil and the balance of deionized water.
3. The environment-friendly aqueous color paste according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the raw materials at least comprise, by weight: 0.3% of preservative, 3% of dispersant, 0.6% of defoamer, 5% of wetting agent, 30% of pigment, 3.5% of functional silicone oil and the balance of deionized water.
4. The environment-friendly aqueous color paste according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the functional silicone oil is polyether modified silicone oil and/or epoxy-terminated silicone oil.
5. The environment-friendly aqueous color paste according to claim 4, wherein the weight ratio of the polyether modified silicone oil to the epoxy-terminated silicone oil is 1: (0.5-3.5).
6. The environment-friendly aqueous color paste according to claim 5, wherein the weight ratio of the polyether modified silicone oil to the epoxy-terminated silicone oil is 1: (1-2.5).
7. The environment-friendly aqueous color paste according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the pigment comprises at least one of nano zinc oxide, nano titanium dioxide and nano silicon dioxide.
8. The environment-friendly aqueous color paste according to claim 7, wherein the pigment is a mixture of nano zinc oxide and nano titanium dioxide; the weight ratio of the nano zinc oxide to the nano titanium dioxide is 1: (1-5).
9. The preparation method of the environment-friendly aqueous color paste according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) adding a preservative, a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent, a wetting agent and functional silicone oil into deionized water, and stirring and dispersing to obtain a dispersion liquid; (3) adding the pigment into the dispersion liquid, stirring for 1-3 hours, and grinding for 2-6 hours to obtain pigment slurry; grinding and filtering to obtain the product.
10. The use of the environmental-friendly aqueous color paste according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the environmental-friendly aqueous color paste is applied to at least one of paint, leather coloring, ink, printing and paper.
