The invention discloses a split type horizontal sealing front ironing block mechanism and a horizontal sealing device, wherein the mechanism comprises a plurality of groups of front ironing block units which are arranged on a front horizontal sealing machine frame plate side by side, each group of front ironing block units comprises a front ironing block, a front ironing block seat, an eccentric pin shaft, a flexible plane template, a heat insulation plate and a limit adjusting assembly, the front ironing block seat is adjustably fixed through the eccentric pin shaft, the front ironing block is detachably fixed to the front end face of the front ironing block seat through a bolt, the limit adjusting assembly is arranged on the upper surface of the front horizontal sealing machine frame plate, which is close to the rear end face of the front ironing block seat, and the distance between the front ironing block seat and the front end face of the front horizontal sealing machine frame plate is adjusted through the rotation of the eccentric pin shaft. The split structure adopts a plurality of groups of independent small ironing blocks, is easy to process and has small thermal deformation; the eccentric pin shaft and the limiting adjustment assembly can independently adjust the distance and the parallelism of each front ironing block unit, and the device is convenient to operate, time-saving and labor-saving.
