An embodiment of the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium on which a control program of an intelligent printing apparatus is stored, the control program, when executed by a processor, implementing the control method of the intelligent printing apparatus described in the above embodiment.
According to the computer-readable storage medium of the embodiment of the invention, when the stored control program of the intelligent printing device is executed by the processor, the function diversification of the intelligent printing device can be realized, for example, the specified paper consumables can be bound, the printing effect can be automatically adjusted, the paper jam can be intelligently detected, the width of the paper consumables can be automatically identified, the requirements of users can be fully met, and convenience is brought to the users.
The embodiment of the invention provides intelligent printing equipment, which comprises a paper outlet channel, a scanning device or a shooting device arranged on the paper outlet channel, and also comprises a memory, a processor and a control program of the intelligent printing equipment, wherein the control program is stored in the memory and can be operated on the processor, and when the processor executes the control program, the control method of the intelligent printing equipment described in the embodiment is realized.

The acquisition module 31 is used for acquiring consumable image information of the intelligent printing equipment; the control module 32 is used for performing feature extraction on the consumable image information to acquire consumable parameters of the intelligent printing device, and controlling the intelligent printing device according to the consumable parameters.
Alternatively, the consumable image information may include a paper out image.
Moreover, the collection module 31 can scan or shoot the paper out from the paper out channel through a scanning device or a shooting device arranged on the paper out channel of the intelligent printing device to collect the paper out image.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the control module 32 is further configured to perform feature extraction on the paper output image to obtain a pattern parameter of the paper output image, determine whether the printing paper of the intelligent printing device matches a preset reference printing paper according to the pattern parameter of the paper output image, and control the intelligent printing device to send an alarm message and stop printing when the printing paper of the intelligent printing device does not match the preset reference printing paper.
That is to say, the control module 32 performs recognition processing on the paper image through an image recognition algorithm, and can automatically recognize whether the current printing paper is the designated printing paper, so that the function of binding the designated paper consumables of the intelligent printing device is realized, and an anti-counterfeiting effect can be achieved.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control module 32 is further configured to perform feature extraction on the paper output image to obtain a flatness parameter of a printing paper of the intelligent printing device, determine whether the printing paper meets a preset printing condition according to the flatness parameter of the printing paper, and control the intelligent printing device to send an alarm message and control the intelligent printing device to stop printing when the printing paper does not meet the preset printing condition.
That is to say, control module 32 carries out identification processing to the paper image through the image recognition algorithm, can automatic identification beat present printing paper whether level to beat the suggestion of reporting to the police when discerning present printing paper unevenness, and control intelligent printing equipment and stop printing work, avoid printing the in-process and appear the card paper phenomenon, improve printing quality.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control module 32 is further configured to perform feature extraction on the paper output image in real time to obtain a line feature value of the paper output image, determine whether a difference between the line feature value of the current paper output image and the line feature value of the paper output image at the previous time is smaller than a preset threshold, determine that the intelligent printing device has a paper jam phenomenon when the difference is smaller than the preset threshold, and control the intelligent printing device to stop printing.
That is to say, the control module 32 can detect the feature difference between the current paper output image and the paper output image at the previous time through the optical flow algorithm, and when the feature difference is smaller than the preset threshold, it determines that the current state of the intelligent printing device is jammed, and timely controls the intelligent printing device to stop printing, so as to avoid the damage of the intelligent printing device. The preset threshold value can be calibrated according to actual conditions.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control module 32 is further configured to perform feature extraction on the paper output image to obtain a paper output gray value and a paper output definition of the intelligent printing device, adjust the heating time of the intelligent printing device according to the paper output gray value, and adjust the rendering parameter of the intelligent printing device according to the paper output definition.
That is to say, control module 32 accessible gray scale statistics and definition recognition algorithm come to handle consumptive material image information for example out the paper image to can calculate and obtain out paper grey scale value and play paper definition, and adjust intelligent printing equipment's printing parameter according to going out paper grey scale value and play paper definition, automatically regulated printing effect improves print quality.

collecting consumable image information of the intelligent printing equipment;
and performing feature extraction on the consumable image information to acquire consumable parameters of the intelligent printing equipment, and controlling the intelligent printing equipment according to the consumable parameters.
2. The method of controlling an intelligent printing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the consumable image information includes a paper output image.
3. The control method of the intelligent printing device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the paper output on the paper output channel is scanned or photographed by a scanning device or a photographing device provided on the paper output channel of the intelligent printing device to acquire the paper output image.
4. The method for controlling the intelligent printing device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein performing feature extraction on the consumable image information to obtain consumable parameters of the intelligent printing device, and controlling the intelligent printing device according to the consumable parameters comprises:
extracting features of the paper-out image to obtain pattern parameters of the paper-out image, and judging whether printing paper of the intelligent printing equipment is matched with preset reference printing paper according to the pattern parameters of the paper-out image;
if the printing paper of the intelligent printing equipment is not matched with the preset reference printing paper, the intelligent printing equipment is controlled to send alarm information and control the intelligent printing equipment to stop printing.
5. The method for controlling the intelligent printing device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein performing feature extraction on the consumable image information to obtain consumable parameters of the intelligent printing device, and controlling the intelligent printing device according to the consumable parameters comprises:
extracting features of the paper outlet image to obtain flatness parameters of printing paper of the intelligent printing equipment, and judging whether the printing paper meets preset printing conditions or not according to the flatness parameters of the printing paper;
and if the printing paper does not meet the preset printing condition, controlling the intelligent printing equipment to send alarm information and controlling the intelligent printing equipment to stop printing.

The method for controlling the intelligent printing device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein performing feature extraction on the consumable image information to obtain consumable parameters of the intelligent printing device, and controlling the intelligent printing device according to the consumable parameters comprises:
and performing feature extraction on the paper outlet image to acquire a width parameter of printing paper of the intelligent printing equipment, and limiting the effective printing width of the intelligent printer according to the width parameter of the printing paper.

The method for controlling the intelligent printing device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein performing feature extraction on the consumable image information to obtain consumable parameters of the intelligent printing device, and controlling the intelligent printing device according to the consumable parameters comprises:
performing feature extraction on the paper-out image in real time to obtain a line feature value of the paper-out image, and judging whether a difference value between the line feature value of the current paper-out image and the line feature value of the paper-out image at the previous moment is smaller than a preset threshold value or not;
and if the difference value is smaller than a preset threshold value, judging that the intelligent printing equipment has a paper jam phenomenon, and controlling the intelligent printing equipment to stop printing.

The method for controlling the intelligent printing device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein performing feature extraction on the consumable image information to obtain consumable parameters of the intelligent printing device, and controlling the intelligent printing device according to the consumable parameters comprises:
and performing feature extraction on the paper outlet image to acquire a paper outlet gray value and a paper outlet definition of the intelligent printing equipment, adjusting the heating time of the intelligent printing equipment according to the paper outlet gray value, and adjusting the rendering parameters of the intelligent printing equipment according to the paper outlet definition.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a control program of an intelligent printing apparatus, which when executed by a processor, implements the control method of the intelligent printing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. An intelligent printing device, comprising a paper output channel, and a scanning device or a shooting device arranged on the paper output channel, wherein the intelligent printing device further comprises a memory, a processor and a control program of the intelligent printing device, the control program is stored on the memory and can be run on the processor, and when the processor executes the control program, the control method of the intelligent printing device is realized according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
