Background
In the numerical control boring processing, the inner end face of some holes often needs to be processed in a reverse scraping mode, a common method is to use a rough boring cutter bar, firstly, the cutter bar extends into the holes, a reverse scraping cutter head is installed into a square hole of the cutter bar from the front end of the cutter bar, the extending length is adjusted, the reverse scraping cutter head is fixed through a screw, the reverse scraping end face processing is started, after the processing is finished, the reverse scraping cutter head is manually disassembled, then, the cutter bar is retreated out of the holes, and due to the fact that manual cutter installing, cutter adjusting and cutter disassembling are needed, the operation is complex, the efficiency is low, and the automatic processing is not facilitated.
The automatic telescopic reverse scraper in the market is characterized in that a shaft shoulder on a reverse scraper rod and the end face of a workpiece are in relative displacement to generate pressure, and a reverse scraper head is opened and self-locked through an internal key self-locking mechanism. When the tool bit retracts, the shaft shoulder on the reverse scraper rod and the end face of the workpiece are relatively displaced to generate pressure, and the reverse scraper head retracts and is self-locked through the internal key self-locking mechanism. The disadvantage is that the cutter bar of the reverse scraper must be about 200 mm longer than the actual length because the internal key self-locking mechanism needs a certain distance of compression stroke, so that the rigidity of the cutter bar is poor. In addition, the mechanism is complex and high in cost.

The modulus of the teeth of the rack shaft and the teeth of the cutter head is 0.5 +/-0.1; the distance A between the axis of the tool shank body and the axis of the axial hole is 10 +/-2 mm. When the knife handle body rotates until the spring elasticity borne by the sliding block is smaller than the centrifugal force borne by the sliding block, the sliding block moves outwards along the radial hole; when the knife handle body rotates until the spring force borne by the sliding block is larger than the centrifugal force borne by the sliding block, the sliding block moves inwards along the radial hole.
The extension and contraction of the cutter head body are controlled by the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the cutter handle body. When the cutter handle rotates, the reverse scraping head extends out, and the reverse scraping end face machining is started; when the rotation of the knife handle stops, the reverse scraper head is automatically folded and retracted into the knife handle body. The cutter head can automatically extend and retract, and automatic machining can be realized without manual intervention in the whole process; the operation is simple and convenient, the action is safe and reliable, the structure of the internal centrifugal device is simple, the occupied space is small, and the rigidity of the knife handle body is not influenced.

When the tool is in operation, when the tool holder body 5 rotates on the main shaft, under the action of centrifugal force, the sliding block 7 overcomes the pressure of the spring 8 to move outwards to drive the rack shaft 6 to move leftwards, the rack drives the tool bit body 3 to rotate clockwise, and the tool bit body 3 is opened and extends out of the tool holder, so that the machining of the reverse scraping end face can be started (see fig. 1); after the machining is finished, the cutter handle body 5 stops rotating, the sliding block 7 is pushed to the center of the cutter handle body 5 under the action of the spring 8, the rack shaft 6 is driven to move rightwards, the rack drives the cutter head body 3 to rotate anticlockwise, and the cutter head body 3 retracts into the cutter handle body 5 (see fig. 2).
