Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medicines, and particularly relates to chilblain cream prepared from oak and pine extract and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Chilblain is a peripheral circulation disorder disease, is a seasonal lesion which is easy to occur in cold seasons, belongs to non-freezing frostbite, frequently occurs in women, children and old people unconsciously and well, is mostly positioned at fingers, backs of hands, heels, foot margins, cheeks, ears, nasal tips and the like, causes diseases in winter every year, self-heals after warming, prolongs the course of diseases and is easy to relapse in the next year. The pathological research shows that the chilblain is caused by the blood vessel function loss, microcirculation disturbance and ischemia and anoxia of local tissues due to cold stimulation and air humidity simultaneously acting on the peripheral parts of the body. The theory of the traditional Chinese medicine considers that cold invasion in winter causes unsmooth circulation of qi and blood, obstruction of channels and collaterals and stagnation of qi and blood in skin to form the chilblain, so that the chilblain is prevented and treated by taking channel warming, cold dispelling, blood circulation promoting, blood stasis removing, swelling eliminating and pain relieving as treatment criteria, and sore astringing and tissue regeneration promoting medicines are required to be added for treating chilblain surface ulceration, and the chilblain surface ulceration is treated by externally coating medicines.
Common chilblain ointment using the extract of oak and pine tree is not lack of some irritative medicines such as camphor, which can cause allergic dermatitis when being used externally, and is volatile and brings side effects when being used with caution by skin allergy patients; moreover, the chilblain ointment only treats the symptoms, but cannot eradicate the chilblain, and the chilblain ointment which is safe to apply and good in effect and utilizes the extract of the oak and the pine is urgently needed in the market.
