Abstract

The MRI device is an ultrasonic scanning device applied to the magnetic resonance imaging medical image clinical scanning, the conventional MRI device comprises a translation bed and a scanning area, during the clinical scanning, a subject lies on the translation bed and translates into the scanning area, during the scanning and checking process of the MRI device, the subject needs to cooperate with the instruction of medical staff to carry out feedback, but because the scanning area is in a semi-claustrophobic environment, the scanning area can generate larger sound during the scanning and checking process, and is easy to fear the checking environment for common subjects, in the subject group, a special crowd of visual obstacle or auditory obstacle exists, the part of the subject is more sensitive to the external environment, and if the subject is not understood in the operation of the scanning and checking process of the MRI device, the mind of resisting and fear is easy to generate, when the subject is in excessive emotional stress, the distinguishing and judging ability of the subject is reduced, the instruction execution to the medical staff can be slow, the work of the medical staff cannot be efficiently matched, and the inspection result is influenced.
In the clinical scanning and checking process of the respiratory system by the MRI equipment, the breathing action of special people with visual or auditory disorders needs to be matched with the instruction of medical staff for executing feedback, and if the examinee cannot be matched with the instruction of the medical staff for executing feedback in time due to the nervous or fear psychology, the checking result is easily influenced; therefore, the simulation guidance training needs to be performed on the special examinees before the examination, so that the psychological burden is reduced, the special examinees are adapted to corresponding breathing instructions in advance, and the efficiency of the scanning examination is improved.

the breathing feedback device comprises a wearing carrier, and a pressure sensor, a signal amplifier and an analog-to-digital converter which are arranged on the wearing carrier, wherein the pressure sensor, the signal amplifier and the analog-to-digital converter are sequentially and electrically connected and are connected to a microprocessor; the signal amplifier is connected with the pressure sensor, amplifies a voltage change signal generated by the pressure sensor and converts the amplified voltage change signal into a digital signal through the analog-to-digital converter, the digital signal is analyzed and compared with a respiration data reference value stored in the storage device through the microprocessor, the digital signal is converted into a pulse signal to be displayed on the first display screen, and/or an analysis and comparison result is converted into braille to be displayed on the second display screen; the wearing carrier is an abdomen detection binding belt.

the invention provides a breathing guidance device based on a person with visual and auditory impairments before medical image scanning, which comprises a display main body 1 and a wearable breathing feedback device 2, wherein the display main body 1 is in signal connection with the breathing feedback device 2 in a wired data transmission mode;

the breathing feedback device 2 comprises a wearing carrier 21, and a pressure sensor 22, a signal amplifier 23 and an analog-to-digital converter 24 which are arranged on the wearing carrier 21, wherein the pressure sensor 22, the signal amplifier 23 and the analog-to-digital converter 24 are sequentially and electrically connected and are connected to the microprocessor 12; the signal amplifier 23 is connected with the pressure sensor 22, amplifies the voltage change signal generated by the pressure sensor 22 and converts the amplified voltage change signal into a digital signal through the analog-to-digital converter 24, analyzes and compares the digital signal with the reference value of the breathing data stored in the storage device 13 through the microprocessor 12, converts the digital signal into a pulse signal and displays the pulse signal on the first display screen 14 in a visual expression form such as a oscillogram and the like, and/or converts the analysis and comparison result into braille and displays the braille in a tactile expression form on the second display screen 15, and/or converts the analysis and comparison result into a voice prompt and displays the voice prompt in an auditory expression form through the loudspeaker 17; the examinee can judge whether the instruction action of the exhalation or the inhalation is correct through the information fed back by the second display screen 15, and the medical staff can observe whether the instruction action of the examinee is correct through the prompt of the first display screen 14 or the loudspeaker 17 so as to give further guidance;
in this embodiment, the pressure sensor 22 is a piezoelectric film sensor; the microprocessor 12 can adopt any one of FPGA, MCU, ARM or DSP;
the motion of the chest and the abdomen is most obvious when the human body breathes, therefore, the wearing carrier 21 adopts the abdomen detection binding belt, the pressure sensor 22 is attached to one side of the wearing carrier 21 contacting with the human body, preferably, the pressure sensor 22 can be adhered to the inner side of the wearing carrier 21, and in order to reduce the abrasion of the pressure sensor 22, the outer part of the pressure sensor 22 can be preferably coated with a protective layer, and the protective layer can be made of thin fabric material;
