With the rapid increase of the development quantity of geothermal wells, the underground problems are more and more complicated, and when the geothermal wells are in actual use, the geothermal wells which are normally used for years suddenly reduce the water temperature, and the surface water floods into the pump pipe to greatly reduce the water temperature. After multiparty detection, the reason for surperficial water inflow is that the seal of the seat seal device fails. The seal failure is caused by the axial ascending displacement of the seat sealer relative to the male and female joint. The displacement causes the male and female connectors a circular seam is formed between the sealing surfaces of the frustum, resulting in seal failure.
Further searching the reason for the ascending displacement of the seat sealer, finding that the annular seam formed by the technical casing and the well hole is collapsed and filled by the well wall, and forming a blocking at a certain position. When the end of the sleeve is blocked (fixed), the linear extension of all the sleeves overcomes the resistance of the blocking points, and all the sleeves extend upwards and jack up the seat sealer upwards, so that the sealing surface forms an annulus.
In the embodiment, the seat seal device is matched with a male connector and a female connector to realize sealing when in use, the lower seat seal and the connectors realize sealing, and the flexible rubber ring is axially compressed to be shortened and radially expanded when in suspension. When the contact with the inner hole of the joint is limited, after the axial contraction and the radial expansion reach balance, the hanging and sealing actions are stopped, the internal stress of the flexible rubber ring reaches balance, and at the moment, the lower seat seal locks the hanging group string into a whole, so that the sealing component similar to a piston is formed. Even if the seat sealer is heated and jacked, the sealing state of the piston can be axially carried out in the joint inner hole, surface water cannot enter the pump type pipe, the productivity stability and the temperature of the sandstone geothermal well are guaranteed to be free from being reduced, and the problem that the geothermal well sealing device fails when the geothermal well is used is solved.
The seat seal in this embodiment may be used in other similar devices and is not limited to a geothermal well hanger.
