Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a metering method of a balanced metering container, which has the advantages of simple and reasonable structure, safety, reliability, simple and convenient assembly, good use effect and consistent volume each time, and overcomes the defects in the prior art.
The metering method of the equalizing metering container designed according to the purpose is characterized in that the equalizing metering container comprises a first capacity part and a second capacity part; the openings of the two capacity parts are arranged oppositely up and down, the periphery of the capacity part is provided with a handle, and the handle is provided with a rotary transverse sweeping component;
the metering method comprises the following steps:
positioning the sweeping component at the openings of the two capacity parts:
the handle is provided with a rotary transverse sweeping component which is rotationally connected with the transverse axis of the handle, the transverse sweeping component switches positions back and forth at the openings of the two capacity parts, and a positioning part is arranged between the handle and the transverse sweeping component to limit the positioning of a rotary position;
capacity matching step of capacity generation part: when more than two capacity parts are arranged, each capacity part is arranged on the periphery of the B axis of the handle in a radial mode and is arranged on the periphery of one end of the handle, the opening forms an included angle with the handle, the transverse sweeping component sweeps the stacking object at the opening of the upward capacity part, at least one part of the stacking object is swept out of the opening of the capacity part, and therefore the volumes of the stacking objects of the capacity parts are consistent each time;
different capacity step of capacity part: the bottoms of the first capacity part and the second capacity part are connected or arranged at the same bottom, a handle is arranged at the middle part of the side wall of the capacity part or at the periphery of the bottom, and the side wall of the capacity part is divided into an upper part and a lower part by the transverse axis of the handle;
the opening areas of the first capacity part and the second capacity part are arranged in different sizes and have the same height, so that the capacities of the first capacity part and the second capacity part are different; or the opening areas of the first capacity part and the second capacity part are the same, and the heights from the bottom to the cup mouth are different, so that the capacities of the first capacity part and the second capacity part are different; the capacities of the first capacity part and the second capacity part are respectively set in different sizes, the openings of the first capacity part and the second capacity part are respectively used in two directions with different capacities upwards or downwards, and the two capacity parts are rotationally connected with the outer end axial direction B of the sweeping component through the peripheral handle; the transverse sweeping component and the handle rotating connection position are arranged far away from the capacity parts, the transverse sweeping component transversely sweeps the opening side parts of the two capacity parts and deforms and rotates to the opening upper part position of the capacity parts, one end of the handle is connected with the first capacity part and the second capacity part, and the other end of the handle is connected with the transverse sweeping component.

the opening areas of the first capacity part and the second capacity part are arranged in different sizes and have the same height, so that the capacities of the first capacity part and the second capacity part are different; or the opening areas of the first capacity part and the second capacity part are the same, and the heights from the bottom to the cup mouth are different, so that the capacities of the first capacity part and the second capacity part are different;
the first capacity part, the second capacity part and the handle are integrally arranged into a container spoon with an opening on two sides, and the opening is rotated in the positive and negative directions to realize different capacity metering.
The two capacity parts are rotationally connected with the outer end axial direction B of the sweeping component through a peripheral handle; the transverse sweeping component and the handle rotating connection position are arranged far away from the capacity parts, and the transverse sweeping component transversely sweeps the opening side parts of the two capacity parts and rotates to the opening upper part position of the capacity parts in a deformed manner;
the inner end of the transverse sweeping component moves back and forth on the opening of the capacity part with the upward opening to ensure the consistent metering in each use; the openings of the upper capacity part and the lower capacity part are mutually turned for use, so that the consistency of different capacity function metering is realized.
The handle rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the rotating position of the transverse sweeping component; positioning is arranged between the rotating position and the rotating shaft;
the transverse sweeping component is provided with a bending elastic connecting position or a swinging position; the transverse sweeping component and the handle have an included angle A which is smaller than the degree.
The rotating shaft on the handle and the hole of the rotating position are transversely arranged; the central axes of the upper and lower openings of the first and second capacity parts are arranged at an angle with the central axis clamp of the handle or the sweeping component.
The two capacity part openings form an included angle A corresponding to the transverse movement direction, the track swept transversely on the upper capacity part is consistent with the track size of the capacity part opening on the lower part, and the piled objects higher than the capacity part opening on the lower part are pushed out of the capacity part opening on the lower part.
The transverse sweeping component automatically resets through a bending elastic connecting position or a swinging position; the transverse sweeping component is automatically reset or manually reset to the periphery of the starting side of the opening of the capacity part;
the bending elastic connecting position is a steel sheet or plastic; or the swinging position is arranged on the rotating position and is connected with the sweeping component main body to rotate through the shaft and the shaft hole.
The handle and the two sides of the rotation position of the transverse sweeping component are provided with limit positions to control the transverse axis of the transverse sweeping component to swing up and down at the openings of the first capacity part and the second capacity part; a positioning part is arranged between the handle and the sweeping part to limit the rotation angle of the rotation position.
The volume of the capacity part is quantitatively set to be at least one milliliter; the two capacity parts are quantitatively arranged with different capacities, namely one capacity is large and the other capacity is small, so that the use of different capacities on the front side and the back side is realized.
The metering method of the equilibrium metering container is characterized by comprising the metering method of the equilibrium metering container in any one of claims.
According to the invention, the openings of the two capacity parts with different capacities are arranged up and down oppositely, the transverse sweeping component and the transverse axis of the handle rotate, and the transverse sweeping position rotates from the opening of one capacity part to the opening side part of the other capacity part to deform and rotate to the upper part of the opening;
the food is upwards loaded to capacity portion opening, sweeps the position and puts the food top upwards loaded to the capacity portion opening, and two capacity portion openings can overturn each other and load the food and sweep the food top, realize that the capacity size of using at every turn is unanimous, and it has simple structure reasonable, long service life, low cost, application scope wide and the characteristics of being convenient for processing production simultaneously.

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and examples.
Referring to fig. 1, the capacity parts are at least two, the openings of the first capacity part 1 and the second capacity part 4 are respectively arranged up and down, the bottoms of the first capacity part 1 and the second capacity part 4 are connected or arranged together, the peripheries of the side parts of the first capacity part 1 and the second capacity part 4 are provided with a handle 5, one end of the handle 5 is connected with the first capacity part 1 and the second capacity part 4, the other end of the handle 5 is connected with the sweeping component 2, the outer end of the sweeping component 2 is rotatably connected with the handle 5, and the distances from the central line of the handle 5 to the openings of the first capacity part 1 and the second capacity part 4 are consistent; the handle 5 and the outer end of the horizontal sweeping component 2 are mutually extruded and positioned and connected through a limit 10 and a positioning part 9, the limit 10 and the positioning part 9 are arranged into a convex-concave or tooth-shaped or resistance magnet connecting structure, and the positioning part 9 is arranged in a convex-concave or side tooth-shaped manner, so that the horizontal sweeping component 2 is arranged at the upper parts of the openings of the first capacity part 1 and the second capacity part 4 in at least two directions in a rotating and positioning manner; the inner end of the sweeping component 2 is arranged at one side of the upper part of the opening of the capacity part, the inner end of the sweeping component 2 is longer than the side wall of the opening of the capacity part,
the capacity parts are arranged in a plurality of ways, when more than two capacity parts are arranged, each capacity part is arranged on the periphery of the B axis of the handle 5 and is radially arranged around one end of the handle 5, and the opening is formed at a ready-made included angle of the handle 5;
referring to fig. 2, the middle of the sweeping component 2 is provided with an elastic position 11 which is positioned at the upper part of the rotating position 3, the elastic position 11 is bent to form an angle a to push the capacity portion piled objects 6 out of the capacity portion to be swept flat, or the rotating position 12 is arranged between the sweeping component 2 and the rotating position 3, referring to fig. 1 and 4, the sweeping component 2 is rotated to form an angle a to push the capacity portion piled objects 6 out of the capacity portion to be swept flat.
Referring to fig. 1, the areas of the cross sections of the openings of the first capacity part 1 and the second capacity part 4 are different, and the depths of the capacity parts are the same, so that different capacities are realized;
referring to fig. 4, the first capacity portion 1 and the second capacity portion 4 have the same opening cross-sectional area and different depths, so as to realize different capacities;
referring to fig. 3, the sweeping member 2 is rotated to the lower capacity portion opening, and the sweeping member 2 is deformed to forcibly rotate to the lower capacity portion opening when rotated to the side of the lower opening;
