The exhaust valve with the self-cleaning mechanism for the vacuum die-casting die provided by the invention has the advantages that the probability of pollution in a vacuum pipeline in the vacuum die-casting process is obviously reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and the shutdown caused by cleaning after the pollution of the vacuum pipeline is avoided. In the die casting process, the possibility of dirt on the surface of the exhaust valve is reduced, the exhaust effect is improved to a certain extent, the fluidity of metal melt in the cavity is increased, the filling effect is improved, and the quality and the performance of die casting products are improved due to the increase of the internal area and the volume of the exhaust valve. The exhaust valve has the advantages of simple and compact structure, no need of manual operation, capability of avoiding surface pollution of a vacuum pipeline and an exhaust valve, easiness in production, processing and popularization, lower material cost, no need of maintenance and the like. The invention is suitable for various moulds adopting vacuum die casting technology, has the characteristics of simple structure, no need of manual operation, effective control of exhaust valve surface and vacuum pipeline pollution, and effective improvement of production efficiency and die casting product quality.

The exhaust valve for the vacuum die casting die is characterized by comprising a self-cleaning mechanism, a first valve plate, a second valve plate, a front die frame and a rear die frame, wherein the front die frame is provided with a first installation position for installing the first valve plate and first installation grooves which are paired and positioned on two sides of the first installation position, and the rear die frame is provided with a second installation position for installing the second valve plate and second installation grooves which are paired and positioned on two sides of the second installation position;
The self-cleaning mechanism comprises two pairs of self-cleaning components, and the two pairs of self-cleaning components are respectively arranged in the paired first mounting grooves and the paired second mounting grooves in a lifting manner;
The first valve plate and the second valve plate are respectively provided with a first air cavity and a second air cavity, and the first air cavity and the second air cavity jointly enclose an exhaust channel;
An exhaust groove communicated with the exhaust channel is formed in the second valve plate downwards towards the end face of the first valve plate, an exhaust port communicated with the exhaust groove is formed in the side of the second valve plate, and the exhaust port is communicated with the vacuumizing equipment;
The inner side of the exhaust groove is provided with a baffle cover and a valve core, the upper part of the inner side wall of the exhaust groove is provided with an inner thread, the baffle cover is arranged at the upper part of the exhaust groove, the outer periphery side of the baffle cover is provided with an outer thread matched with the inner thread, the bottom end surface of the baffle cover extends inwards to form a baffle ring so as to form a vacuum hole in the baffle ring, the middle part of the top end surface of the valve core protrudes to form a sealing part with the same size as the vacuum hole, the valve core is also provided with a plurality of gas through holes which are arranged at the periphery of the sealing part at intervals, a return spring is arranged between the bottom of the valve core and the bottom of the exhaust groove, and in a die-opening state, the return spring props against the valve core so that the sealing part is positioned in the vacuum hole and forms a seal;
Each self-cleaning assembly comprises a fixed block, a spraying cavity, a spring, a cavity sealing head and an adjusting screw rod; the fixed block is provided with a fixed block threaded hole and a fixed block adjusting screw fixing hole, and is fixedly arranged in the first mounting groove or the second mounting groove through the fixed block threaded hole; the injection cavity is provided with a gas cavity and a release agent cavity, both sides of the gas cavity and both sides of the release agent cavity are respectively provided with a sealing pipe thread matched with the cavity sealing head, the top end surface of the injection cavity is provided with a plurality of injection cavity adjusting screw fixing holes, and one injection side of the injection cavity is provided with a plurality of nozzle openings which are distributed at intervals; the adjusting screw comprises a bolt and a nut, the bolt is connected with the nut after being inserted into the adjusting screw fixing hole of the injection cavity, the bottom end of the bolt is connected with the adjusting screw fixing hole of the fixing block, and the spring is sleeved at the bottom of the bolt;
the bottom of first air cavity and the bottom of second air cavity are formed with first wave portion and second wave portion respectively, under the assembled state, first wave portion and second wave portion stagger the setting.
