Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of dyes, in particular to a disperse black dye composition, a disperse black dye preparation and application thereof.
Background
Most of the dyes used at present have the problem of poor color fastness, particularly, the washing fastness is as high as less than 4 grades, the dyes which can be used on acetate fibers and have excellent washing fastness are fewer and fewer, the acetate fiber dyes are very sensitive to temperature, when the dyeing temperature is uneven or too high, poor appearance or color patterns can be caused, and when the dyeing temperature is low, part of the disperse dyes always fail to enter the interior of the fabric in the dyeing process and can only be adsorbed on the surface to form loose colors, and the loose colors seriously influence the washing fastness of the fabric.
The reason for the low washing fastness mainly includes two aspects, on one hand, during the dyeing process of the dye, part of the dye can not enter the fabric and can only be adsorbed on the surface, the dye on the surface is called floating color, the floating color treatment is not clean, other fabrics are easy to be stained in the subsequent washing process, and on the other hand, even if a small amount of dye enters the dye, the dye can be pulled out and adsorbed on the surface of the fabric under the mild action of the detergent.
The high-water-washing dyes in the current market represent XF series of Desida, HWF series of Yorkshire and SWF series of Craine, and are mainly applied to polyester fibers, superfine fibers and blended fabrics, and the dyes of the varieties are not suitable for the dye-uptake rate of acetate fibers, steam bus disperse black WW-KS and the like in the prior art, although the dye-uptake rate is improved, the highest dye-uptake rate is only about 85 percent, the dyeing rate is low, more dyes enter sewage, and the three-waste treatment is also burdened. Therefore, it has become a hot issue to develop a dye composition with high washing fastness for acetate fiber.
