Abstract
本发明公开了一种水性丙烯酸乳液及其制备方法和水性防腐涂料,该水性丙烯酸乳液的固含量为30~50%,其由包括以下重量百分数的原料组分制得:0.1~5%乳化剂、70~95%单体A、0.1~20%后交联单体、0.1~6%含有至少一个硅氧烷官能团的不饱和单体、2~18%含羟基官能团单体、0.1~1.5%引发剂;乳化剂包括含铵反应性乳化剂和含磷反应性乳化剂中的至少一种;单体A选自丙烯酸酯类单体或苯乙烯、丙烯腈、羧酸类单体、羧酸酐类单体和丙烯酰胺类单体中至少一种与丙烯酸酯类单体的组合,丙烯酸酯类单体包含占原料组分的总质量0.1~10%的甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯。本发明水性丙烯酸乳液具有优异的耐水耐盐雾性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防腐涂料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种水性丙烯酸乳液及其制备方法和水性防腐涂料。
背景技术
目前,国家大力提倡环保型涂料,由于传统的油性涂料会造成严重污染,而水性工业涂料以水作为溶剂,可节约资源,降低生产成本,且该类涂料施工时VOC含量低,可大大降低对大气的污染,因而,水性工业涂料是环保涂料的重要组成之一。水性丙烯酸乳液是制备水性工业涂料的重要原料,而现有的丙烯酸乳液存在耐水耐盐雾性能低下的问题,进而会影响制备的水性涂料的性能。因而,目前市场急需一款有较好的耐水耐盐雾性能的水性丙烯酸乳液产品。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种水性丙烯酸乳液及其制备方法和水性防腐涂料,该水性丙烯酸乳液具有优异的耐水耐盐雾性能。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
本发明的第一方面,提供一种水性丙烯酸乳液,该水性丙烯酸乳液的固含量为30~50wt%;以所述水性丙烯酸乳液的干重为基准,所述水性丙烯酸乳液由包括以下质量百分数的原料组分制得:0.1~5%乳化剂、70~95%单体A、0.1~20%后交联单体、0.1~6%单体B、2~18%单体C、0.1~1.5%引发剂;
所述乳化剂包括含铵反应性乳化剂和含磷反应性乳化剂中的一种或两种任意比例混合;
所述单体A选自丙烯酸酯类单体或苯乙烯、丙烯腈、羧酸类单体、羧酸酐类单体、丙烯酰胺类单体中至少一种与丙烯酸酯类单体的组合,所述丙烯酸酯类单体包含甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯,所述甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯占所述原料组分的总质量的0.1~10%;
所述单体B为含有至少一个硅氧烷官能团的不饱和单体;
所述单体C为含羟基官能团单体;
所述引发剂为氧化还原类引发剂。
优选地,以所述水性丙烯酸乳液的干重为基准,所述水性丙烯酸乳液由包括以下质量百分数的原料组分制得:0.5~2.5%乳化剂、88~92%单体A、2.5~7%后交联单体、0.1~3%单体B、2~18%单体C、1.0~1.5%引发剂。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述含磷反应性乳化剂为含活性基团一的磷酸酯反应性乳化剂,所述活性基团一选自烯丙氧基、乙烯基、环氧基、丙烯酰胺官能团、丙烯酸酯官能团中的至少一种;
所述含铵反应性乳化剂为硫酸铵反应性乳化剂、磺酸铵反应性乳化剂、羧酸铵反应性乳化剂中的至少一种,且所述含铵反应性乳化剂中含活性基团二,所述活性基团二选自烯丙氧基、乙烯基、环氧基、丙烯酰胺官能团、丙烯酸酯官能团中的至少一种可聚合不饱和官能团。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述丙烯酸酯类单体还包括:至少一种其均聚物玻璃化转变温度高于产品水性丙烯酸乳液玻璃化转变温度的硬单体,以及至少一种其均聚物玻璃化转变温度低于产品水性丙烯酸乳液玻璃化转变温度的软单体;
所述硬单体的均聚物玻璃化转变温度高于产品水性丙烯酸乳液玻璃化转变温度10~120℃;所述软单体的均聚物玻璃化转变温度低于产品水性丙烯酸乳液玻璃化转变温度20~100℃;所述硬单体和所述软单体的搭配比例满足公式:1/Tg=W1/Tg1+W2/Tg2+W3/Tg3+······+Wn/Tgn,其中,Tg为产品水性丙烯酸乳液的玻璃化转变温度,Wn为第n种单体的质量分数,Tgn为第n种单体对应均聚物的玻璃化转变温度,Tg的范围在26~30℃。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述硬单体选自(甲基)丙烯酸异辛酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯中的至少一种;且所述单体A中,苯乙烯的含量不少于所述硬单体总质量的10%;进一步地,所述甲基丙烯酸乙酯的含量占所述硬单体总质量的5~20%。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述软单体选自丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸混丁酯、丙烯酸甲酯、2-丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯、丙烯酸乙酯和丙烯酸丁酯中的至少一种。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述单体A选自羧酸类单体、羧酸酐类单体和丙烯酰胺类单体中至少一种与丙烯酸酯类单体的组合;所述羧酸类单体选自(甲基)丙烯酸、马来酸、富马酸中的至少一种;所述羧酸酐类单体选自(甲基)丙烯酸酐、马来酸酐、富马酸酐中的至少一种。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述后交联单体选自双丙酮(甲基)丙烯酰胺、双丙酮丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯醛、烷基中具有1-20个碳原子的乙烯基烷基酮、乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯和己二酸二酰肼中的至少一种。优选地,后交联单体选自质量比为(1.2~6):1的双丙酮(甲基)丙烯酰胺和己二酸二酰肼。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述单体B选自乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三异丙氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三(β-三甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷和甲基丙烯酰丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的至少一种。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述单体C选自甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯中的至少一种。
另外,引发剂具体可采用过氧化氢、过氧化钠、过氧化钾、叔丁基过氧化氢、异丙基苯过氧化氢、过硫酸铵、碱金属过硫酸盐、过硼酸钠、过磷酸及其盐、高锰酸钾、过二硫酸的铵盐或过二硫酸的碱金属盐。
本发明的第二方面,提供一种本发明第一方面所提供的任一种水性丙烯酸乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、向反应容器一中加入部分乳化剂和水,乳化剂的添加量为乳化剂总量的60~80%,水的添加量为总水量的30~50%,所述总水量为所述水性丙烯酸乳液的原料组分的总质量的50~70%;而后加入单体A、后交联单体、单体C、剩余的乳化剂和剩余的水进行预乳化,得到预乳化液;
S2、向反应容器二中投入5~20wt%步骤S1所得的预乳化液;升温至75~85℃,加入占引发剂总量25~35wt%的引发剂;待出现蓝光20~30min后,滴加剩余的预乳化液和剩余的引发剂,滴加2~3h后,加入单体B混匀并继续滴加,且1~120min滴加完,得混合液;
S3、将所述混合液在75~85℃条件下保温反应1~2h,而后降温至65~70℃,保温反应10~40min,再将pH值调节至7~9。
本发明的第三方面,提供一种水性防腐涂料,该水性防腐涂料的原料包括本发明第一方面所提供的任一种水性丙烯酸乳液,以及颜填料和水性助剂;所述水性防腐涂料的颜基质量比为0.8~1.8;所述水性助剂的用量占所述原料的总质量的2~18%。
以上水性防腐涂料的颜基质量比的计算公式为:颜基质量比=m颜料干重/m基料干重,其中,m颜料干重为配方中颜填料的质量,m基料干重为配方中水性丙烯酸乳液的固体质量。
本发明实施例的有益效果是:
本发明实施例提供了一种水性丙烯酸乳液,该水性丙烯酸乳液采用含铵反应性乳化剂和/或含磷反应性乳化剂对单体进行预乳化,并通过甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚增强耐水性,同时通过采用含硅功能性单体,通过各原料之间的协同配合,可大幅度提高产品水性丙烯酸乳液的耐水耐盐雾性能。
具体实施方式
以下将结合实施例对本发明的构思及产生的技术效果进行清楚、完整地描述,以充分地理解本发明的目的、特征和效果。显然,所描述的实施例只是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部实施例,基于本发明的实施例,本领域的技术人员在不付出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的其他实施例,均属于本发明保护的范围。
1、水性丙烯酸乳液的原料
表1 制备水性丙烯酸乳液的原料简称及对应化合物
2、水性丙烯酸乳液的制备
具体制备方法如下:
a、按照表2中的原料配比取原料;
b、向反应容器中加入70%(占乳化剂总量)的乳化剂和35%(占总水量)的水,而后将单体A、单体C、后交联单体、剩余的乳化剂和剩余的去离子水加入容器中进行预乳化,得到预乳化液;
c、取出8%(占预乳化液总质量)的预乳化液投入反应容器中作为核的种子乳液,升温至80℃,加入33%的引发剂APS(过硫酸铵),待出现蓝光30min后,滴加剩余的预乳化液和剩余引发剂APS,滴加2h后,加入单体B混匀,而后继续滴加,共滴加5h,得混合液;
d、将混合液在80℃条件下保温反应1h,而后降温至40℃,加入氨水中和至pH=7.5,搅拌均匀后过去出料,得到产品乳液。
表2 各对比例和实施例的原料配置(单位:kg)
注:表2中的混合是指将MORS-10和LRP10按照质量比为1:9~9:1混合。
3、水性防腐涂料的制备
分别采用以上对比例1~6和实施例1~6所制得的水性丙烯酸乳液,进一步制备水性防腐涂料。具体制备方法包括以下按步骤:
a、按照表3中的原料配比取原料;
b、向分散罐中加入水、BYK-190(分散剂)、Tego 901W(消泡剂)、Surfynol 104BC(润湿剂)、二乙二醇丁醚(成膜助剂),以500转/分钟速度,中速搅拌10min;而后依次加入R-902+(钛白粉)、滑石粉(填料)、沉淀硫酸钡(填料)、三聚磷酸铝(防锈填料)、磷酸锌(防锈填料),提升转速至1000转/分钟,高速分散均匀后,加入占填料和防锈填料总体积30%的锆珠,研磨浆料至细度≤35μm;
c、降低转速至300转/分钟,中速搅拌下加入水性丙烯酸乳液,添加适量的氨水调节pH至8.0~9.0,随后依次加入二丙二醇(成膜助剂)、Tego1488(消泡剂)、FA-179(防闪锈助剂),并按涂料黏度需求加入U604(增稠剂),补水搅拌均匀;再用100目滤网过滤包装,得到成品。
分别采用以上对比例1~6和实施例1~6所制得的水性丙烯酸乳按照以上方法,对应制得涂料L#11~L#16和涂料L#21~L#26。

4、涂料性能
对以上分别采用以上对比例1~6和实施例1~6所制得的水性丙烯酸乳液制得的水性防腐涂料L#11~L#16和涂料L#21~L#26进行性能测试评价,所得结果如表4所示。

注:表4中耐性(包括耐水、耐盐水、耐盐雾)测试,5代表最好,1代表最差。
结合表2和表4,分析涂料性能测试结果:
(1)对比涂料L#11~L#16与涂料L#21~L#26的性能测试结果可知,涂料L#21~L#26对应采用实施例1~6的乳液,由于实施例1~6乳液相比于对比例1~6的乳液,原料中引入含硅氧烷不饱和单体和含磷反应性性乳化剂可以提高漆膜综合性能。
(2)对比涂料L#12、L#14和涂料L#21~L#26的性能测试结果可知,涂料L#14所采用的对比例4乳液的玻璃化温度过高与粉料搭配效果不佳,漆膜致密性(耐盐雾)差,耐性较差;涂料L#12所采用的对比例2乳液的玻璃化转变温度过低,漆膜强度低,防腐性能较差;
(3)对比涂料L#13和涂料L#21~L#26的性能测试结果可知,引入适量GMA可以提高漆膜综合性能。
(4)对比涂料L#15和涂料L#21~L#26的性能测试结果可知,涂料L#15对应采用的对比例3乳液的原料中苯乙烯所占单体原料组分比例低于35%,漆膜较亲水,防锈性能较差;涂料L#21~L#26对应采用的实施例1~6乳液的原料中苯乙烯含量达到35%以上,涂料的防腐性能较佳;
(5)对比涂料L#12和涂料L#21~L#26对比,基于现有乳液,引入含硅氧烷不饱和单体可进一步提升耐水耐盐雾等性能;
(6)对比涂料L#16和涂料L#11~L#15、涂料L#16和涂料L#21~L#26的储存性能测试结果可知,乳液的原料中引入甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯可明显提升防腐漆的储存稳定性。
Claims (11)
1.一种水性丙烯酸乳液,其特征在于,该水性丙烯酸乳液的固含量为30~50wt%;以所述水性丙烯酸乳液的干重为基准,所述水性丙烯酸乳液由包括以下质量百分数的原料组分制得:0.1~5%乳化剂、70~95%单体A、0.1~20%后交联单体、0.1~6%单体B、2~18%单体C、0.1~1.5%引发剂;
所述乳化剂包括含铵反应性乳化剂和含磷反应性乳化剂中的一种或两种任意比例混合;
所述单体A选自丙烯酸酯类单体或苯乙烯、丙烯腈、羧酸类单体、羧酸酐类单体、丙烯酰胺类单体中至少一种与丙烯酸酯类单体的组合,所述丙烯酸酯类单体包含甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯,所述甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯占所述原料组分的总质量的0.1~10%;
所述单体B为含有至少一个硅氧烷官能团的不饱和单体;
所述单体C为含羟基官能团单体;
所述引发剂为氧化还原类引发剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性丙烯酸乳液,其特征在于,所述含磷反应性乳化剂为含活性基团一的磷酸酯反应性乳化剂,所述活性基团一选自烯丙氧基、乙烯基、环氧基、丙烯酰胺官能团、丙烯酸酯官能团中的至少一种;
所述含铵反应性乳化剂为硫酸铵反应性乳化剂、磺酸铵反应性乳化剂、羧酸铵反应性乳化剂中的至少一种,且所述含铵反应性乳化剂中含活性基团二,所述活性基团二选自烯丙氧基、乙烯基、环氧基、丙烯酰胺官能团、丙烯酸酯官能团中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性丙烯酸乳液,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸酯类单体还包括:至少一种其均聚物玻璃化转变温度高于产品水性丙烯酸乳液玻璃化转变温度的硬单体,以及至少一种其均聚物玻璃化转变温度低于产品水性丙烯酸乳液玻璃化转变温度的软单体;
所述硬单体的均聚物玻璃化转变温度高于产品水性丙烯酸乳液玻璃化转变温度10~120℃;所述软单体的均聚物玻璃化转变温度低于产品水性丙烯酸乳液玻璃化转变温度20~100℃;所述硬单体和所述软单体的搭配比例满足公式:1/Tg=W1/Tg1+W2/Tg2+W3/Tg3+······+Wn/Tgn,其中,Tg为产品水性丙烯酸乳液的玻璃化转变温度,Wn为第n种单体的质量分数,Tgn为第n种单体对应均聚物的玻璃化转变温度,Tg的范围在26~30℃。
4.根据权利要求3所述的水性丙烯酸乳液,其特征在于,所述硬单体选自(甲基)丙烯酸异辛酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯中的至少一种;且所述单体A中,苯乙烯的含量不少于所述硬单体总质量的10%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的水性丙烯酸乳液,其特征在于,所述软单体选自丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸混丁酯、丙烯酸甲酯、2-丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯、丙烯酸乙酯和丙烯酸丁酯中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水性丙烯酸乳液,其特征在于,所述单体A选自羧酸类单体、羧酸酐类单体和丙烯酰胺类单体中至少一种与丙烯酸酯类单体的组合;所述羧酸类单体选自(甲基)丙烯酸、马来酸、富马酸中的至少一种;所述羧酸酐类单体选自(甲基)丙烯酸酐、马来酸酐、富马酸酐中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水性丙烯酸乳液,其特征在于,所述后交联单体选自双丙酮(甲基)丙烯酰胺、双丙酮丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯醛、烷基中具有1-20个碳原子的乙烯基烷基酮、乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯和己二酸二酰肼中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的水性丙烯酸乳液,其特征在于,所述单体B选自乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三异丙氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三(β-三甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷和甲基丙烯酰丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的水性丙烯酸乳液,其特征在于,所述单体C选自甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯中的至少一种。
10.权利要求1至9中任一项所述的水性丙烯酸乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、向反应容器一中加入部分乳化剂和水,乳化剂的添加量为乳化剂总量的60~80%,水的添加量为总水量的30~50%,所述总水量为所述水性丙烯酸乳液的原料组分的总质量的50~70%;而后加入单体A、后交联单体、单体C、剩余的乳化剂和剩余的水进行预乳化,得到预乳化液;
S2、向反应容器二中投入5~20wt%步骤S1所得的预乳化液;升温至75~85℃,加入占引发剂总量25~35wt%的引发剂;待出现蓝光20~30min后,滴加剩余的预乳化液和剩余的引发剂,滴加2~3h后,加入单体B混匀并继续滴加,且1~120min滴加完,得混合液;
S3、将所述混合液在75~85℃条件下保温反应1~2h,而后降温至65~70℃,保温反应10~40min,再将pH值调节至7~9。
11.一种水性防腐涂料,其特征在于,该水性防腐涂料的原料包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的水性丙烯酸乳液,以及颜填料和水性助剂;所述水性防腐涂料的颜基质量比为0.8~1.8;所述水性助剂的用量占所述原料的总质量的2~18%。
