Background
In some hole machining fields, a small hole is required to be machined as a base hole, and then a large-diameter drill bit is used for reaming to reach the required size of the hole. The existing drilling and reaming devices are generally separated, and a drilling bit is detached after drilling and then is placed into the reaming device for reaming, so that the drilling and reaming device is troublesome, high in cost and low in machining efficiency. Another method is to use a relatively expensive combined drill for drilling and reaming, which has the disadvantages of high cost, complex structure, difficult maintenance and short service life.
Chinese patent with patent application number CN 105537641B proposes a drilling and reaming combined machine tool, which comprises a base 1, a base guide rail 2, a machine tool body 3, an upright post 10, a top beam 7, a second servo motor 8, a spindle motor 6, a replaceable spindle box 5, a tool head 4, a support 11, a lifting cylinder 12, a foot pad 9 and other components. By adopting the machine tool, the workpiece can be integrally processed by drilling and reaming only by clamping once, and the processing efficiency and the processing quality of workpiece group holes are greatly improved. However, a large amount of drilling cuttings are generated in the working process, so that the drilling efficiency is reduced, and the reaming operation is influenced.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop an efficient reaming machine to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an efficient reaming machine, which is characterized in that an elliptical rotating wheel rotates, a positioning pin hole, a positioning pin shaft and a spring are matched to enable a mounting plate to drive a second motor to do reciprocating lifting motion, a reaming bit drills and reams a workpiece through a deep drilling shaft and an outer reaming barrel respectively and lifts drill cuttings to a chip carrying groove for storage, the reaming bit rotates to send the drill cuttings out of a drill hole when rising, and a reasonable technical scheme is provided for solving the defects in the technology aiming at the problem that the drilling efficiency is reduced in reaming operation of the drill cuttings.
