Technical Field
The present invention relates to a vibration type sound box device, particularly to a sound box device which diffuses audio signals through vibration.
Background
The traditional loudspeaker box produces sound through a traditional loudspeaker which mainly comprises a magnetic circuit system, a vibration system and a suspension system for supporting vibration, wherein the magnetic circuit system comprises a washer, a magnet and U-shaped iron, the vibration system comprises a voice coil, a support frame and a vibrating diaphragm, and the suspension system mainly comprises a folded ring positioned on the periphery of the vibrating diaphragm of the loudspeaker and an elastic wave for fixing the voice coil;
the voice coil moves in a magnetic gap formed by the magnetic circuit system, and the working principle of the loudspeaker is that alternating current with an audio signal is added to the voice coil so that the voice coil vibrates in the vertical direction of the magnetic gap, and the vibration of the voice coil drives the vibrating diaphragm by the framework so that the vibrating diaphragm can vibrate up and down to compress air and reproduce sound.
However, the range of sound transmission of a single speaker is limited, so that it is an optimal solution if a speaker device can be developed, in which a surface having a vibrator is fixed on a vibration plate, and when the vibrator vibrates, the vibration can be diffused on the vibration plate through contact with the vibration plate, so that the sound transmission range can be effectively increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a vibrating type sound box device which is simple in structure and convenient to operate, can effectively increase the sound transmission range, achieves different degrees of tone quality effects and sound transmission ranges, and influences the sound quality of sound transmitted from a vibrating plate.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention discloses a vibrating type sound box device, which is characterized by comprising:

A first shell, wherein the first shell is provided with an accommodating area;
a vibrator, which is placed in the containing area and at least comprises a contact plate, a support frame, a voice coil wound on the side surface of the support frame, a damper and a magnetic assembly, wherein the lower part of the contact plate is connected with the support frame, the support frame can be placed in the magnetic assembly, one end of the damper is connected with the side surface of the support frame, and the other end of the damper is connected with the side edge of the magnetic assembly;
the filler is arranged between the containing area and the vibrator and used for enabling the vibrator to be combined in the containing area through the filler;
the contact plate of the vibrator can be attached and fixed on a vibrating plate, and the magnetic assembly can vibrate together after the voice coil of the vibrator drives the elastic wave to vibrate, and the vibration can be transmitted to the whole vibrating body through the filler, so that the vibrating plate in contact with the vibrator can diffuse the kinetic energy of the vibration of the vibrating body to the whole vibrating plate;
a control body, comprising:
the second shell is connected with the first shell;
the circuit board is arranged in the second shell and is electrically connected with the vibrator of the vibration body;
the battery is arranged in the second shell and is electrically connected with the circuit board;
the control body can transmit an audio signal to the vibration body, and the audio signal is diffused out through the vibration plate through the vibration of the vibration body.
Wherein, the contact plate of the vibrator is a metal plate or a plastic plate.
Wherein the filler is made of rubber, sponge and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or is formed by mixing at least two of the materials.
Wherein, the vibrating plate is a wood plate, a glass plate, a metal plate or a plastic plate.
Wherein, the surface of the vibrating plate is a flat surface or a non-flat surface.

The first shell and the second shell can be fixedly connected or separately connected.
The touch control area can be pressed and generates a signal to be transmitted to the circuit board.
Wherein, the circuit board further comprises a wireless connection module or/and a wired connection joint for transmitting an information into the control body in a wireless connection manner or/and a wired connection manner, and the information is an audio signal or/and a control signal.
Therefore, the invention can realize the following technical effects:
(1) the surface with the vibrator can be fixed on a vibrating plate, and when the vibrator vibrates, the vibration can be diffused on the vibrating plate through the contact with the vibrating plate, so that the transmission range of the sound can be effectively increased.
(2) The invention can achieve different degrees of tone quality effect and sound transmission range according to different materials of the vibrating plate.
(3) The filler is used as the elastic body, so the tightness degree between the filler and the vibrator can influence the vibration effect of the vibrator and further influence the sound quality of the sound transmitted out from the vibration plate.

Other technical matters, features and effects of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description of preferred embodiments, which is to be read in connection with the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, there are shown an exploded view, a combined view, a sectional view and a partial sectional view of the vibrating sound box apparatus of the present invention, wherein the vibrating sound box apparatus includes a vibrating body 1 and a control body 2.
Wherein the vibrating body 1 at least comprises a first housing 11, a vibrator 12 and a filler 13, a combining portion 111 is protruded outwardly from one side surface of the first housing 11, and the receiving area 112 is formed on the other side surface of the first housing 11 corresponding to the combining portion 111.
The vibrator 12 is disposed in the receiving area 112 and electrically connected to a first connection end 1111 of the connection portion 111, the vibrator 12 at least includes a contact plate 121, a support frame 122, a voice coil 123 wound around a side surface of the support frame 122, a damper 124, and a magnetic assembly (washer sheet 125, magnet 126, and U-shaped iron 127), wherein the contact plate 121 is a metal plate or a plastic plate, the lower portion of the contact plate 121 is connected to the support frame 122, the support frame 122 can be disposed in the U-shaped iron 127 of the magnetic assembly, one end of the damper 124 is connected to the side surface of the support frame 122, and the other end of the damper 124 is connected to a side edge of the U-shaped iron 127 of the magnetic assembly.
The filler 13 is placed between the containing area 112 and the vibrator 12 for allowing the vibrator 12 to be combined in the containing area 112 through the filler 13, wherein the filler 13 is rubber, sponge, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer or a mixture of at least two of the above materials.
The control body 2 at least includes a second housing 21, a circuit board 22, a battery 23 and a touch circuit board 241, wherein the second housing 21 is further provided with a connection portion 211 corresponding to the combination portion 111 of the vibration body 1, the connection portion 211 is provided with a second connection end 2111, and the first connection end 1111 and the second connection end 2111 can be contacted with each other for electrical connection.
The touch circuit board 241 corresponds to the touch area 24 on the surface of the second housing 21, so that the touch area 24 can be pressed onto the touch circuit board 241, and the signal generated by pressing the touch circuit board 241 can be further transmitted to the circuit board 22.
The circuit board 22 is disposed inside the second housing 21 and electrically connected to the second connection end 2111 and the touch control circuit board 241, and the control body 2 can transmit the information (the information is an audio signal or/and a control signal) to the second connection end 2111 through the connection between the second connection end 2111 and the first connection end 1111, so as to control the vibrator 12.
In addition, the circuit board 22 further includes a wireless connection module (not shown) for transmitting the information into the control body 2 through a wireless connection, wherein the information is audio signals or/and control signals.
In addition, the circuit board 22 further includes a wired connector (not shown) for transmitting an information to the control body 2 through a wired connection, wherein the information is an audio signal or/and a control signal.
In addition, the first housing and the second housing can be fixedly connected or detachably connected, and particularly, the detachable connection is designed to be detachable from the control body 2 for charging, and the coupling portion 111 and the connecting portion 211 can be coupled when the portable electronic device is to be used.
In addition, an adhesive 3 is bonded to the other side surface of the first housing 11 of the vibration body 1, and the adhesive 3 is used to attach and fix the contact plate 121 of the vibrator 12 to the surface of a vibration plate 4, which is a wood plate, a glass plate, a metal plate or a plastic plate, and the surface of the vibration plate is a flat surface or a non-flat surface).
As shown in fig. 5A and 5B, the embodiment of coupling with the vibration plate 4 can make the U-shaped iron 127 of the magnetic assembly vibrate together when the voice coil 123 of the vibrator 12 drives the damper 124 to vibrate, and the vibration can be further transmitted to the whole vibration body 1 through the filler 13, so that the vibration plate 4 contacting with the vibrator 12 can spread the kinetic energy of the vibration body 1 to the whole vibration plate 4, thereby effectively increasing the transmission range of the sound.
Compared with other conventional technologies, the vibrating type sound box device provided by the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the surface with the vibrator can be fixed on a vibrating plate, and when the vibrator vibrates, the vibration can be diffused on the vibrating plate through the contact with the vibrating plate, so that the transmission range of the sound can be effectively increased.
(2) The invention can achieve different degrees of tone quality effect and sound transmission range according to different materials of the vibrating plate.
(3) The filler is used as the elastic body, so the tightness degree between the filler and the vibrator can influence the vibration effect of the vibrator and further influence the sound quality of the sound transmitted out from the vibration plate.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and those skilled in the art can understand the technical features and embodiments of the present invention and make various changes and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
