Abstract
本发明公开一种隔音纸面石膏板及其生产方法,包括隔音石膏板以及覆盖隔音石膏板板面的纸护板,隔音石膏板内包裹真空板,真空板包括密封层、石膏层,真空板内部为真空环境,石膏层为上下两层的石膏板组成,两石膏板中部由石膏支撑架连接,石膏层包裹在密封层内,密封层顶面与底面均间隔布置有固定块。利用真空板内的真空环境在石膏板层内形成绝对的隔音层,有效提高隔音纸面石膏板的隔音效果,以弥补纸面石膏板用做室内隔音墙时吸音效果不佳的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及石膏板制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种隔音纸面石膏板及其生产方法。
背景技术
石膏板是由建筑石膏烧结固化后得到的可用于建筑、装修的板材,其本身的疏松多孔结构,使其具有一定的隔音效果,现有技术常常在石膏板内填充吸音棉以增加隔音效果,但是即便如此其作为室内内隔墙时的隔音效果还是无法满足静音需求。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种隔音效果佳、能够满足室内隔音需求的隔音纸面石膏板。
本发明通过以下技术手段实现解决上述技术问题的:一种隔音纸面石膏板,包括隔音石膏板以及覆盖隔音石膏板板面的纸护板,隔音石膏板内包裹真空板,真空板包括密封层、石膏层,真空板内部为真空环境,石膏层为上下两层的石膏板组成,两石膏板中部由石膏支撑架连接,石膏层包裹在密封层内,密封层顶面与底面均间隔布置有固定块。
本发明的优点在于:利用真空板内的真空环境在石膏板层内形成绝对的隔音层,有效提高隔音纸面石膏板的隔音效果,以弥补纸面石膏板用做室内隔音墙时吸音效果不佳的问题。
做为本发明的另一个目的,在于提供上述隔音纸面石膏板的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、石膏浆浇筑固化一体成型制得夹持石膏支撑架、第二石膏支撑架的石膏层,将密封膜沿石膏层表层包裹封口形成密封层,在石膏层上穿透一侧的石膏板开设抽气孔,抽至真空板内为真空状态后,用密封塞对抽气孔实行密封并与密封层粘接固连;
S2、将真空板铺设在纸护板上,固定块抵触支撑在纸护板上,浇筑石膏浆,直至真空板顶面的石膏浆覆盖固定块即可;
S3、在石膏浆湿润时覆上另一侧的纸护板,待石膏浆在烘干箱内烘干固化,即得成品隔音纸面石膏板。
本发明的优点在于:本发明隔音纸面石膏板的生产方法简单、便捷,适合自动化的流水线生产,生产效率高。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-3所示,本发明提供一种隔音纸面石膏板,包括隔音石膏板10以及覆盖隔音石膏板10板面的纸护板20,隔音石膏板10内包裹真空板30,真空板30包括密封层31、石膏层32,真空板30内部为真空环境,石膏层32为上下两层的石膏板321组成,两石膏板321中部由石膏支撑架33连接,石膏层32包裹在密封层31内,密封层31顶面与底面均间隔布置有固定块(图中未示出,固定块的高度以及大小可根据定制的纸面石膏板厚度视情况而定)。使用时,由于真空板30内为真空环境,因此本实施例在作为室内隔板墙时,能够阻隔相邻两个空间内的声音传播,达到良好的隔音需求,同时,本实施例的真空板30以石膏层32做为骨架,用密封层31密封保存真空环境,使得本实施例可以保持长期的隔音效果。固定块能够抵触两侧的纸护板20,为石膏浆的浇筑预留空隙,使得真空板30能够被石膏浆完全包裹。
由于石膏层32做为中间结构,起到支撑隔音纸面石膏板的作用,为提高本实施例纸面石膏板的强度,本实施例在石膏支撑架33左右侧对称布置第二石膏支撑架34,第二石膏支撑架34的截面为V形,第二石膏支撑架34的三个端点均与石膏层32内腔壁固连。利用石膏支撑架33、第二石膏支撑架34支撑石膏层32结构,防止纸面石膏板在后续使用过程中,保持直立板型,不易受压变形。
为保证石膏浆在浇筑真空板30时,快速流动至真空板30底面,实现真空板30的包裹,本实施例的石膏层32的顶面为中间高、周边逐渐降低的拱形形状。当石膏浆倾倒在真空板30上时,石膏层32的拱形顶面能够起到积极导流的作用。
为实现真空板30内的真空环境,本实施例在真空板30的一侧开设抽气孔35,抽气孔35孔腔内填充密封塞36,密封塞36与密封层31粘接构成固定连接。制备时可通过开设的抽气孔35对密封层31内的空间进行抽气从而达到真空效果,并后续用密封塞36密封。
为实现较好的密封效果,本实施例密封层31可选用PE、PVC中的任意一种。
上述隔音纸面石膏板的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、石膏浆浇筑固化一体成型制得夹持石膏支撑架33、第二石膏支撑架34的石膏层32,将密封膜沿石膏层32表层包裹封口形成密封层31,在石膏层32上穿透一侧的石膏板321开设抽气孔35,抽至真空板30内为真空状态后,用密封塞36对抽气孔35实行密封并与密封层31粘接固连;
S2、将真空板30铺设在纸护板20上,固定块抵触支撑在纸护板20上,浇筑石膏浆,直至真空板30顶面的石膏浆覆盖固定块即可;
S3、在石膏浆湿润时覆上另一侧的纸护板20,待石膏浆在烘干箱内烘干固化,即得成品隔音纸面石膏板。

Claims (3)
1.一种隔音纸面石膏板的生产方法,其特征在于,隔音纸面石膏板包括隔音石膏板(10)以及覆盖隔音石膏板(10)板面的纸护板(20),隔音石膏板(10)内包裹真空板(30),真空板(30)包括密封层(31)、石膏层(32),真空板(30)内部为真空环境,石膏层(32)为上下两层的石膏板(321)组成,两石膏板(321)中部由石膏支撑架(33)连接,石膏层(32)包裹在密封层(31)内,密封层(31)顶面与底面均间隔布置有固定块;
石膏支撑架(33)左右侧对称布置第二石膏支撑架(34),第二石膏支撑架(34)的截面为V形,第二石膏支撑架(34)的三个端点均与石膏层(32)内腔壁固连;
真空板(30)的一侧开设抽气孔(35),抽气孔(35)孔腔内填充密封塞(36),密封塞(36)与密封层(31)粘接构成固定连接;
隔音纸面石膏板的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、石膏浆浇筑固化一体成型制得夹持石膏支撑架(33)、第二石膏支撑架(34)的石膏层(32),将密封膜沿石膏层(32)表层包裹封口形成密封层(31),在石膏层(32)上穿透一侧的石膏板(321)开设抽气孔(35),抽至真空板(30)内为真空状态后,用密封塞(36)对抽气孔(35)实行密封并与密封层(31)粘接固连;
S2、将真空板(30)铺设在纸护板(20)上,固定块抵触支撑在纸护板(20)上,浇筑石膏浆,直至真空板(30)顶面的石膏浆覆盖固定块即可;
S3、在石膏浆湿润时覆上另一侧的纸护板(20),待石膏浆在烘干箱内烘干固化,即得成品隔音纸面石膏板。
2.如权利要求1所述的隔音纸面石膏板的生产方法,其特征在于,石膏层(32)的顶面为中间高、周边逐渐降低的拱形形状。
3.如权利要求2所述的隔音纸面石膏板的生产方法,其特征在于,密封层(31)为PE、PVC中的任意一种。
