Example 2: the hydrogen peroxide instant sterilizing device (see figure 5) has a structure similar to that of the embodiment 1, and is mainly characterized in that an air inlet and an air outlet are arranged on a sterilizing pipe in the embodiment, a protective sleeve 34 is arranged at the position of the air inlet in the sterilizing pipe, a rotating shaft 35 is arranged in the protective sleeve, a plurality of driving blades 36 are uniformly arranged at one end of the rotating shaft, a rotating disc 37 is arranged at the other end of the rotating shaft, and a plurality of ventilation holes are uniformly arranged on the rotating disc; a carrying plate 38 and a slide bar 39 are arranged in the sterilizing tube, a slide block 40 is arranged on the lower surface of the slide bar, a slide rail 41 is arranged on the inner wall of the sterilizing tube, the slide block is slidably arranged on the slide rail, a plurality of pushing protrusions 42 are arranged on the upper surface of the slide bar at intervals, the pushing protrusions are of a V-shaped structure, a plurality of push rods 43 are inserted on the carrying plate at intervals, a push rod is arranged between every two adjacent pushing protrusions, the upper ends of the push rods are connected with a support bar 44, the support bar is supported on the carrying plate, and the lower ends of the push rods are attached to the upper surface of the slide bar; a connecting rod 45 is hinged between the end of the slide and the edge of the turntable. The push rod is connected with a limit rod 46 which is transversely arranged near the lower end. The push rod and the support bar are connected together to form a T-shaped structure. Other structures are the same as those of embodiment 1.
The sterilizing object is placed on the object carrying plate in the sterilizing tube, the hydrogen peroxide gas fed in from the air inlet drives the driving blade to rotate, so that the rotation of the rotating shaft is realized, the rotating disc rotates along with the rotating shaft, the rotating disc drives the sliding bar to reciprocate through the connecting rod, the pushing protrusion on the sliding bar slides over the lower end of the pushing rod, the pushing rod is lifted upwards, the sterilizing object contacted with the supporting bar is lifted upwards and even turned, and the lower surface of the sterilizing object is guaranteed to be in direct contact with the hydrogen peroxide gas, so that the sterilizing object can be rapidly sterilized. In the whole sterilization process, the sterilization objects are in a dynamic state, which is beneficial to improving the sterilization speed and the sterilization effect.

Claims (8)

1. A sterilization method of a hydrogen peroxide instantaneous sterilization device is characterized in that the hydrogen peroxide instantaneous sterilization device comprises a compressed air filter, a vaporization barrel, a sterilization pipe and a hydrogen peroxide liquid storage bottle, wherein a heating rod and a vaporization disk are arranged in the vaporization barrel, a liquid conveying pipe is communicated between the hydrogen peroxide liquid storage bottle and the vaporization barrel, an infusion pump is arranged on the liquid conveying pipe, an air inlet pipe is communicated between the compressed air filter and the vaporization barrel, an air inlet valve and a pressure regulating valve are arranged on the air inlet pipe, a sterilization air conveying pipe is communicated between the sterilization pipe and the vaporization barrel, a sterilization air conveying valve is arranged on the sterilization air conveying pipe, an exhaust pipe is communicated with the sterilization air conveying pipe, an exhaust valve is arranged on the exhaust pipe, a concentration detection pipe is communicated between the exhaust pipe and the sterilization air conveying pipe, a concentration valve and a hydrogen peroxide concentration sensor are arranged on the concentration detection pipe, a residual discharging valve is arranged on the residual discharging pipe; the sterilization method comprises the following steps: a. the method comprises the steps of installing a sterilization pipe on an isolator, arranging an outlet end of the sterilization pipe in the isolator, arranging an inlet end of the sterilization pipe outside the isolator, and arranging a sterilization object into the sterilization pipe from the outer end of the sterilization pipe; b. in the dehumidification stage, an air inlet valve, a pressure regulating valve, a sterilization air supply valve, an air outlet valve and a concentration valve are opened, a heating rod and an evaporation tray work and are preheated, and the inside of a sterilization tube is dehumidified to below 10% RH; when the temperature in the sterilizing tube reaches 37 ℃, all valves are closed, meanwhile, after the temperature on the evaporating pan reaches 140 ℃, hydrogen peroxide drops are injected through a delivery pump, an air inlet valve and a concentration valve are opened, a concentration adjusting stage is carried out, dry compressed air in the process enters a vaporizing cylinder through a compressed air filter and a pressure regulating valve, a pipeline is preheated through hot air in the vaporizing cylinder, and hydrogen peroxide gas is prevented from being contacted with a tube wall to be condensed into liquid hydrogen peroxide in the sterilizing process; c. the method comprises the steps of adjusting, setting the injection amount of hydrogen peroxide, starting a delivery pump to inject a hydrogen peroxide solution into a vaporization cylinder to vaporize the hydrogen peroxide solution to generate gaseous hydrogen peroxide, mixing the vaporized hydrogen peroxide gas with air, detecting the concentration by a hydrogen peroxide concentration sensor, discharging the mixture into an exhaust pipe, detecting the hydrogen peroxide concentration in real time by the hydrogen peroxide concentration sensor, and closing the concentration valve to enter a sterilization stage when the concentration value reaches 3000 ppm; d. in the sterilization stage, a sterilization air supply valve and an exhaust valve are opened, hydrogen peroxide gas is introduced into the sterilization tube, and the sterilization action time is 20 to 60 seconds; e. residue removal stage: closing a sterilization air supply valve, opening a residual discharge valve, an air inlet valve, a pressure regulating valve, a concentration valve and an exhaust valve, discharging residual hydrogen peroxide gas in a sterilization pipe and a vaporization cylinder by dry compressed air sent by a compressed air filter, closing all valves when the hydrogen peroxide concentration is less than 1ppm, discharging the residual, and taking out the sterilized materials from an isolator through an outlet end of the sterilization pipe.
2. The sterilization method of a hydrogen peroxide transient sterilization apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the liquid feeding pipe is provided with a check valve.
3. The sterilization method of a hydrogen peroxide transient sterilization apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a temperature sensor is installed in the vaporization drum.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein a sterilization temperature sensor and a hydrogen peroxide sterilization concentration sensor are installed in the sterilization tube.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the two ends of the sterilizing tube are respectively connected with an inlet end cover and an outlet end cover, and a flange is arranged on the side of the sterilizing tube close to the outlet end cover.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the induction switch is installed on the sterilizing tube near the inlet end cover, and the induction head is installed on the inlet end cover corresponding to the induction switch.

The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising installing a cartridge, wherein the compressed air filter, the vaporization cartridge, the hydrogen peroxide liquid storage bottle, the infusion pump, the air intake valve, the pressure regulating valve, the sterilization air supply valve, the air exhaust valve, the concentration valve, and the residual discharge valve are installed in the cartridge.

The sterilization method of the hydrogen peroxide instantaneous sterilization device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein an air inlet and an air outlet are arranged on the sterilization tube, a protective sleeve is arranged at the position of the air inlet in the sterilization tube, a rotating shaft is arranged in the protective sleeve, a plurality of driving blades are uniformly arranged at one end of the rotating shaft, and a rotating disc is arranged at the other end of the rotating shaft; a material carrying plate and a sliding bar are arranged in the sterilizing tube, a sliding block is arranged on the lower surface of the sliding bar, a sliding rail is arranged on the inner wall of the sterilizing tube, the sliding block is slidably arranged on the sliding rail, a plurality of pushing protrusions are arranged on the upper surface of the sliding bar at intervals, the pushing protrusions are of a V-shaped structure, a plurality of pushing rods are inserted on the material carrying plate at intervals, a pushing rod is arranged between every two adjacent pushing protrusions, the upper ends of the pushing rods are connected with a supporting bar, and the supporting bar is supported on the material carrying plate; and a connecting rod is hinged between the end part of the sliding strip and the edge of the turntable.
