Background
The suspension is an automobile power assembly part used for reducing and controlling the transmission of engine vibration and playing a role in supporting, and is applied to the current automobile industry, and the widely used suspensions are the traditional pure rubber suspension and the hydraulic suspension with better dynamic and static performances; however, the hydraulic mount cannot be widely applied to ordinary vehicles due to high cost, so how to expand the decoupling stiffness selection range of the traditional pure rubber mount, and the improvement of the vibration isolation capability of the mount is a key point and a hot point in current mount research and development.
Chinese patent with application number CN201120347758.4 discloses a semi-floating cab front suspension device, which comprises an upper support frame, a lifting shaft pin, a buffer, a rotating shaft pin, a front rubber vibration reduction, a lower mounting bracket, a welding bracket assembly and the like, wherein the upper ends of the upper support frame and the welding bracket assembly are fixedly connected with a cab; the front rubber vibration damper is connected with the lower mounting bracket through a rotating shaft pin after being in interference fit with the upper support bracket; the buffer is respectively hinged with the upper support frame and the rotating shaft pin through a bolt and a nut, and the rotating shaft pin is connected with the lower mounting bracket; the lower mounting bracket is fixedly connected with the frame through bolts and nuts.
The structure of the above patent is simple, the parts work reliably, the space is saved, the service life is long, the weight is light, the stability is good, and the vibration energy transmitted from all directions can be attenuated; however, the three-way stiffness of the pure rubber suspension is fixed (X/Z = 0.8-2.5), and if the three-way ratio exceeds the above range, the rubber durability is greatly reduced, and the reliability of the suspension is poor for large torque moment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a right suspension structure, aiming at overcoming the technical problems that the three-direction rigidity of a pure rubber suspension in the prior art is fixed, the rubber durability is greatly reduced when the three-direction proportion exceeds the range, and the reliability of the suspension is poor for a large torque dynamic assembly.
