the adjusting structure comprises a first telescopic pipe, a second telescopic pipe, a clamping piece and a roller shutter cylinder, wherein the first telescopic pipe and the second telescopic pipe are arranged vertically, the second telescopic pipe is arranged at the top end of the first telescopic pipe, the clamping piece is arranged at the bottom end of the first telescopic pipe, the clamping piece can be connected to the bed body in a clamping mode, and the roller shutter cylinder is arranged at one end of the second telescopic pipe;
the side wall of the roller shutter cylinder is provided with a notch, the notch extends through the side wall of the roller shutter cylinder along the axial direction of the roller shutter cylinder, the inner cavity of the roller shutter cylinder is provided with a transparent surgical curtain in a rolling state along the axial direction, and one end of the outer side surface of the surgical curtain in the rolling state extends out of the notch.

Furthermore, the first telescopic pipe is internally provided with annular racks with teeth on two sides, the bottom of the inner side of each annular rack is meshed with a knob, the top of the inner side of each annular rack is meshed with a supporting gear, the second telescopic pipe is provided with a flat rack, the flat racks are connected with the inner wall of the second telescopic pipe in a sliding mode, and the flat racks are meshed with the supporting gears. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the adjusting structure arranged on the operating table facilitates hanging and fixing of the operation curtain, and the hanging height and the extending distance of the operation curtain can be controlled through the adjusting structure, so that doctors can control and adjust the operation curtain more accurately.

The adjusting structure 200 comprises a first telescopic tube 300, a second telescopic tube 400, a clamping member 500 and a roller shutter 600, wherein the first telescopic tube 300 and the second telescopic tube 400 are arranged vertically, the second telescopic tube 400 is arranged at the top end of the first telescopic tube 300, the clamping member 500 is arranged at the bottom end of the first telescopic tube 300, the clamping member 500 can be connected to the bed body 100 in a clamping manner, and the roller shutter 600 is arranged at one end of the second telescopic tube 400. A notch 610 is formed in the side wall of the rolling curtain cylinder 600, the notch 610 extends through the side wall of the rolling curtain cylinder 600 along the axial direction of the rolling curtain cylinder 600, a transparent surgical curtain 620 in a rolling state is arranged in the inner cavity of the rolling curtain cylinder 600 along the axial direction, and one end of the outer side surface of the surgical curtain 620 in the rolling state extends out of the notch 610.

Preferably, both end surfaces of the roller blind drum 600 are open, so that the surgical blind 620 in a rolled state is inserted into the interior of the roller blind drum 600 from the open. The notch 610 is oriented downward and faces the direction of the bed 100, so that one end of the outer side surface of the surgical drape 620 in a rolling state conveniently extends out of the notch 610.
Preferably, a roller 630 is adhered to one end of the surgical drape 620 in a rolled state, and the diameter of the roller 630 is larger than the size of the notch 610, so as to prevent the roller 630 from falling from the notch 610. The length of the roller 630 is greater than or equal to the length of the roller tube 600, so that the dropping width of the surgical drape 620 is more suitable for the condition of the bed 100, and surgical drapes 620 with different widths can be adjusted and used.
Preferably, the weight 640 is arranged on the side edge of one end of the surgical curtain 620, which is far away from the curtain rolling barrel 600 in the opened state, and the weight 640 can enable the surgical curtain 620 to be in a vertical tightening state, so that the surgical curtain 620 is prevented from shaking back and forth. Of course, other methods can be used, for example, in order to prevent the surgical drape 620 from moving when falling down, two sides of the bottom end of the surgical drape 620 may be adhered to make the bottom end of the surgical drape 620 adhered to the bed 100. The side of the end of the surgical drape 620 away from the roller blind drum 600 is curved, and the curved surgical drape 620 enables the surgical drape 620 to conform to the shape of the hanging position when the surgical drape 620 is hung down to fall near the head of the patient.
The first extension tube 300 is internally provided with an annular rack 330 with teeth at two sides, the bottom of the inner side of the annular rack 330 is engaged with a knob 340, the top of the inner side of the annular rack 330 is engaged with a support gear 350, the support gear 350 is positioned in the second extension tube 400, and the support gear 350 protrudes out of a part of the second extension tube 400. The second extension tube 400 is provided with a plate rack 430, the plate rack 430 is slidably connected with the inner wall of the second extension tube 400, and the plate rack 430 is engaged with the support gear 350.
As shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5, in particular, the first telescopic tube 300 includes a first tube 310 and a second tube 320, both of which are hollow structures, the second tube 320 is sleeved in the first tube 310, and the annular rack 330 is disposed in an inner cavity of the second tube 320. The sidewall of the first tube 310 is provided with an avoiding groove 311 along the axial direction thereof, and the knob 340 protrudes from the avoiding groove 311 and can slide up and down in the avoiding groove 311. Preferably, a first locking screw 312 is disposed on a side wall of the first tube 310, and the first locking screw 312 passes through an outer wall of the first tube 310 to abut against the second tube 320 for fixing the height of the second tube 320. When the medical staff raises or lowers the height of the second tube 320, the first locking screw 312 is unscrewed, the second tube 320 is raised or lowered, and then the first locking screw 312 is tightened to fix the second tube 320.
The second extension tube 400 comprises a third tube 410 and a fourth tube 420 both having a hollow structure, the fourth tube 420 is sleeved in the third tube 410, the roller blind tube 600 is disposed at one end of the fourth tube 420 far from the third tube 410, the flat rack 430 is slidably disposed in the fourth tube 420, the flat rack 430 extends from the fourth tube 420 to the third tube 410, the flat rack 430 is engaged with the annular rack 330, and one end of the flat rack 430 located at the fourth tube 420 is connected with the roller blind tube 600.
As shown in fig. 6, it is preferable that the cross-section of the flat rack gear 430 is hemispherical, and the outer side of the spherical shape of the flat rack gear 430 is slidably coupled to the inner wall of the fourth pipe 420.
When the height of the first telescopic tube 300 is increased, the height of the second tube 320 is increased by loosening and tightening the first locking screw 312, and meanwhile, the knob 340 can slide in the escape groove 311 along with the increase of the second tube 320; when the distance from the surgical curtain 620 to the bed 100 is extended, the knob 340 is rotated to drive the ring-shaped rack 330 to rotate, so that the plate rack 430 slides in the second extension tube 400, the fourth tube 420 slides out of the third tube 410, and the curtain roller 600 is hung at a proper position above the bed 100.
Referring to fig. 4, preferably, the inner wall of the third tube 410 is provided with a limiting bar 411, the limiting bar 411 is disposed at a position close to the supporting gear 350, and the limiting bar 411 is disposed between the end surface of the fourth tube 420 far from the roller blind drum 600 and the supporting gear 350, so as to prevent the fourth tube 420 from colliding with the supporting gear 350 when retracting towards the third tube 410.
As shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, a limiting member 700 is disposed at an end of the second telescopic tube 400 far from the roller blind tube 600, one end of the limiting member 700 is fixed on the first telescopic tube 300, and the other end is detachably connected to an end of the second telescopic tube 400 far from the roller blind tube 600. Specifically, the limiting member 700 includes a limiting rope 710 and a limiting sleeve 720, the limiting rope 710 and the limiting ring are both made of elastic material, one end of the limiting rope 710 is connected with the first tube 310, the other end is connected with the limiting ring, and the limiting ring is sleeved on the outer side of the third tube 410. The end of the second extension tube 400 is provided with a limiting member 700 to prevent the weight of one end of the roller blind tube 600 from being too heavy, so that the second extension tube 400 is not fixed stably, and the linkage between the ring-shaped rack 330 and the plate rack 430 is not stable.
Preferably, the inner diameter of the stop collar is smaller than the diameter of the second telescopic tube 400, so that the stop collar is tightly fixed on the second telescopic tube 400 by using the elasticity of the stop collar, and the stop collar is prevented from sliding.
The basic principle of the invention is as follows: when the adjusting structure 200 is used, the adjusting structure 200 is firstly clamped on the bed body 100 of the operating table, then the sterile surgical curtain 620 in a rolling state is inserted into the rolling curtain cylinder 600, and one end of the surgical curtain 620 is pulled out from the gap 610 by a certain length; then, the height of the first telescopic tube 300 is adjusted through the first locking screw 312, the annular rack 330 drives the flat rack 430 to move by rotating the knob 340, so that the fourth tube 420 extends out of the third tube 410, the length of the second telescopic tube is extended, and the surgical drape 620 is dropped to a proper position; pulling the surgical drape 620 down to the end of the notch 610, allowing the surgical drape 620 to drop onto the patient;
after the operation is completed, the height of the first telescopic tube 300 is lowered, and the surgical drape 620 is withdrawn from the rolling drape cylinder 600, and a new surgical drape 620 can be replaced when it is used again.
In addition, the surgical drape 620 is completely disposable, and is discarded after use, and a new surgical drape 620 is reused, which is more in line with the health management regulations of the hospital.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the adjusting structure 200 arranged on the operating table facilitates the hanging and fixing of the operation curtain 620, and the hanging height and the extending distance of the operation curtain 620 can be controlled through the adjusting structure 200, so that a doctor can control and adjust more accurately.
