Abstract
The invention discloses a postoperative patient condition early warning and monitoring method and a postoperative patient condition early warning and monitoring system, which comprise the following steps: s1, acquiring seven physiological parameters of the postoperative patient, wherein the seven physiological parameters comprise pulse, arterial systolic pressure, respiratory rate, body temperature, consciousness, oxygen saturation and urine volume; s2, analyzing the score corresponding to the range of each physiological parameter; s3, adding the scores corresponding to the physiological parameters in the seven physiological parameters to obtain a total score; and S4, judging whether the total score value reaches an early warning trigger value of a corresponding monitoring level, if so, triggering and outputting the corresponding monitoring level of the postoperative patient and recommending corresponding nursing intervention measure content. According to the invention, after the physiological parameter score of the postoperative patient reaches the trigger standard, the corresponding monitoring grade is displayed and the content of the corresponding nursing intervention measure is recommended.

Technical Field

Background
After the patient gets back to the ward, medical personnel can only confirm postoperative patient's guardianship grade according to medical personnel's experience through observing postoperative patient's whole condition, and this is very high to medical personnel's requirement, is unfavorable for guardianship to postoperative patient better.

Preferably, in step S4, when the total score is 0-3 minutes, the monitoring level of the postoperative patient is output as the first-level monitoring level and the corresponding intervention measure; the total score value is 4-6 points or the corresponding score value of any one of the seven physiological parameters is more than 2 points, and the monitoring grade of the patient after the operation is output as a secondary monitoring grade and corresponding intervention measures; when the total score value is 7-8 points or the corresponding score value of any one of the seven physiological parameters is more than 3 points, outputting the monitoring grade of the postoperative patient as a third-level monitoring grade and corresponding intervention measures; and when the total score value is greater than 9 minutes, outputting the monitoring grade of the postoperative patient as a fourth-level monitoring grade and corresponding intervention measures.

the judging module is used for judging whether the total score value reaches an early warning trigger value of a corresponding monitoring grade, if so, triggering and outputting the corresponding monitoring grade of the postoperative patient and recommending corresponding nursing intervention measure content.

The output red is 4-level monitoring, orange is 3-level monitoring, blue is 2-level monitoring, and green is 1-level monitoring.
As shown in fig. 2, the embodiment further provides a postoperative patient condition early warning monitoring system, which includes an obtaining module 1, an analyzing module 2, an adding module 3, and a determining module 4.
The acquisition module 1 is used for acquiring seven physiological parameters of a patient after an operation, wherein the seven physiological parameters comprise pulse, arterial systolic pressure, respiratory rate, body temperature, consciousness, oxygen saturation and urine volume.

The analysis module 2 is used for analyzing the score corresponding to the range of each physiological parameter.
The adding module 3 is used for adding the scores corresponding to all the physiological parameters in the seven physiological parameters to obtain a total score value.
The judging module 4 is used for judging whether the total score value reaches an early warning trigger value of a corresponding monitoring grade, if so, triggering and outputting the corresponding monitoring grade of the postoperative patient and recommending corresponding nursing intervention measure content.

In the scheme, after the score reaches the triggering standard, the system displays the corresponding monitoring scheme. And the nursing staff gives corresponding intervention measures to the postoperative patient according to the monitoring plan level corresponding to the grade according to the system prompt, starts an early warning monitoring process, monitors the change of the grade value and dynamically evaluates the change of the illness state of the patient. Patients who trigger potential pre-alarms are marked in an electronic medical record system until discharge for clinical follow-up management at any time.

s3, adding the scores corresponding to the physiological parameters in the seven physiological parameters to obtain a total score;
and S4, judging whether the total score value reaches an early warning trigger value of a corresponding monitoring level, if so, triggering and outputting the corresponding monitoring level of the postoperative patient and recommending corresponding nursing intervention measure content.

The method for monitoring postoperative patient condition early warning according to claim 1, wherein in step S4, when the total score is 0-3 minutes, the monitoring level of the postoperative patient is outputted as a primary monitoring level and corresponding intervention measures; the total score value is 4-6 points or the corresponding score value of any one of the seven physiological parameters is more than 2 points, and the monitoring grade of the patient after the operation is output as a secondary monitoring grade and corresponding intervention measures; when the total score value is 7-8 points or the corresponding score value of any one of the seven physiological parameters is more than 3 points, outputting the monitoring grade of the postoperative patient as a third-level monitoring grade and corresponding intervention measures; and when the total score value is greater than 9 minutes, outputting the monitoring grade of the postoperative patient as a fourth-level monitoring grade and corresponding intervention measures.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the assessment of consciousness is performed by AVPU assessment including wakefulness, response to sound, response to pain and non-response.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the pulse, systolic arterial pressure, respiratory rate and oxygen saturation are obtained from an electrocardiograph, the body temperature is obtained from a thermometer and the urine volume is obtained from a urine volume collector.
5. A postoperative patient condition early warning monitoring system is characterized by comprising an acquisition module, an analysis module, an addition module and a judgment module;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring seven physiological parameters of a postoperative patient, wherein the seven physiological parameters comprise pulse, arterial systolic pressure, respiratory rate, body temperature, consciousness, oxygen saturation and urine volume;
the analysis module is used for analyzing the score corresponding to the range of each physiological parameter;

The system according to claim 5, wherein the output module is configured to output the monitoring level of the postoperative patient as a first-level monitoring level and corresponding intervention measures when the total score is 0-3 minutes; when the total score value is 4-6 points or the corresponding score value of any one of the seven physiological parameters is more than 2 points, outputting the monitoring grade of the postoperative patient as a secondary monitoring grade and corresponding intervention measures thereof; when the total score value is 7-8 minutes or the corresponding score value of any one of the seven physiological parameters is more than 3 minutes, outputting the monitoring grade of the postoperative patient as a third-level monitoring grade and corresponding intervention measures; and when the total score value is greater than 9 minutes, outputting the monitoring grade of the postoperative patient as a fourth-level monitoring grade and corresponding intervention measures.
