The invention relates to shoemaking equipment, belongs to the field of shoemaking, and particularly relates to shoemaking equipment of an automatic production line; the invention also relates to the arrangement of the automatic shoemaking production line, and discloses a method for shoemaking by using the automatic shoemaking production line.
Background
With the development of the shoe manufacturing industry, production efficiency and the main pursuit of modern society, the improvement of the shoe manufacturing process and the upgrade of the shoe manufacturing equipment have become the main requirements of the shoe manufacturing industry.
In the field of shoe making, the general process of shoe making comprises a cutting process, a sewing process and a forming process. The cutting process and the sewing process are inevitably operated by manpower and cannot be completely replaced by an automatic production line. In the molding process, automatic equipment replaces manpower and becomes the trend in the field of shoe making, but the existing automatic shoe making equipment still has a plurality of defects.
Patent document CN10390844B discloses a workbench of an auxiliary heating device in an intelligent shoe-making production line, and proposes a technical solution that the workbench of the device is provided with a heating zone and an operating working zone arranged along the length direction of the workbench; the heating zone is provided with a heating box fixedly arranged on the workbench; the operation working area is provided with a plurality of upper pulling stations which are arranged at intervals, and an upper pulling fixing device is arranged corresponding to each upper pulling station; an upper heating box is arranged above the upper pulling station in the operation working area; a conveying mechanism is arranged below the upper pulling station of the operation working area; the annular conveying chain arranged on the workbench is connected with a supporting plate which is arranged around the periphery and is on the same plane with the workbench; the supporting plate is provided with a plurality of shoe tree clamping devices which are positioned on the same plane with the upper pulling fixing devices.
Patent document CN103330337B discloses an automatic shoe production line for injection molded shoes, and discloses a technical scheme that a conveyor line is sequentially provided with a first manipulator lubricant spraying work station, a lasting work station, a steam heating box, a first oven, a second manipulator roughing station, a sizing station, an outsole elastic member adding station, a pressing station, a singeing station, a third manipulator carrying station, a finished product flashing station, a fourth manipulator paint spraying station, a freezing box and a base cutting treatment station at intervals from an input end to an output end, and one side of the third manipulator carrying station is provided with a disc injection molding device; and in order to improve the hot pressing effect, a plurality of ovens, namely a first oven 5, a second oven 174 and a third oven 178 are also arranged.
Therefore, in the prior art, the automatic shoe making production line still needs a long conveying belt, so that the occupied area is large, the requirement of the modern society for reasonable utilization of land resources is not met, and meanwhile, the failure rate of equipment is increased due to the overlong production line; moreover, the automatic shoemaking production line is provided with a plurality of devices, and the overall device is complex, so that the fault rate of the production line is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects of non-compact equipment installation, low production efficiency and higher equipment failure rate in the prior art; provides an automatic shoemaking production line with compact structure, high production efficiency and lower failure rate.
It should be noted that, in the present application, "front" and "rear" are both determined according to the running direction of the production line, and are opposite "rear" along the running direction of the production line; and vice versa in the direction of travel of the line, from "front" to "rear", i.e. in the direction of travel of the line.

The shoe tree conveying device is characterized in that a plurality of shoe tree clamping mechanisms are arranged on the upper layer linear conveying line, shoe tree heads can be connected to the shoe tree supports, an upper layer input end is arranged in the middle of the conveying line, and shoe trees sleeved with uppers are input to the upper layer linear conveying line from the upper layer input end. The rear part of the input end of the lower sole is provided with a synchronous high-pressure gas spraying and washing working platform, a manipulator roughing platform, a glue spraying platform and a sole bearing unit output device which are sequentially arranged from the input end to the output end at intervals.
The upper part of the hot press machine table is provided with a pressure driving mechanism and a shoe tree automatic input device; the pressure driving mechanism can be a mechanical pressure mechanism or a hydraulic pressure mechanism, the pressure mechanism is provided with an extended pressure rod, the lower part of the pressure rod is connected with an automatic shoe tree input device, the automatic shoe tree input device comprises a shoe tree locking mechanism, and the shoe tree locking mechanism receives a shoe tree conveyed from the upper layer input end and locks the shoe tree.
The lower part of the hot press machine table is provided with a sole bracket and a heating device arranged around the sole bracket; the automatic input device for the sole comprises a sole bearing unit locking mechanism, and the sole bearing unit locking mechanism is used for receiving and locking the sole bearing unit conveyed by the lower-layer input end.
The automatic shoe making production line comprises a driving motor for driving the hot-pressing machine table, a speed reducer and an intermittent driving mechanism; the hot press machine table is also provided with a chain wheel connected with a lower-layer circular ring structure, a circle of chain is arranged on the long annular conveying line, and the chain wheel is meshed with the chain so as to drive the long annular conveying line to operate. The lower layer circular ring is rotatably arranged on the base body through an annular rolling guide rail device.
The automatic shoe making production line also comprises auxiliary equipment, wherein the auxiliary equipment is used for conveying shoe trees required by the hot press machine table and a feeding line of the sole bearing unit; the shoe-pulling and shoe-taking-off device is characterized by further comprising a discharging line for sending out shoes formed on the hot press machine, wherein a shoe-pulling and shoe-taking-off operation station is arranged on the side edge of the discharging line, and a subsequent packing machine and a finished shoe conveying line are arranged above the shoe-pulling and shoe-taking-off operation station.
The automatic shoemaking production line further comprises a detection device, a counting device and a control device. The detection device comprises a rotation detection device of the hot-pressing machine platform, and the rotation detection device detects the rotation real-time position of the hot-pressing machine platform; the temperature detection device is used for detecting the heating temperature of the heating device in real time and transmitting the detected temperature value to the control device; the device also comprises a vacancy detection device, such as a device for detecting whether the shoe tree or the shoe sole carrying unit on the hot-pressing platform is smoothly locked to the locking mechanism. The counting device can be a photoelectric sensor selectively and is used for measuring the number of the shoe trees and the shoe sole bearing units conveyed to the hot-pressing platform; the control device controls the heating temperature, the intermittent input of the shoe tree and the sole bearing unit and whether the pressure mechanism works or not from the signals obtained by the detection device and the counting device, thereby ensuring the stable operation of the whole system.
Further, the control device is also used for controlling the operation of the driving motor; the control device is also used for controlling the gas injection quantity and the gas injection angle of high-pressure gas injection of the high-pressure gas spray washing work platform; the control device controls the polishing speed and polishing amount of the manipulator polishing platform, so that the proper roughness of the adhesive position of the sole is ensured; the control device also controls the glue injection amount of the glue spraying station to ensure the hot pressing effect.
The invention also comprises a control method for controlling the device, which specifically comprises the following steps:
step 1, initializing a system, conveying currently detected signals to a control device by each detection device to meet operating conditions, controlling a heating device to be heated to a required temperature by the control device, and then starting a driving motor.
And 2, conveying the shoe trees and the sole bearing units to the long annular conveying line by the feeding line, and stopping conveying by the feeding line when the counting device detects that the number of the continuous conveyances is the same as that of the locking mechanisms on the first hot-pressing platform.
And 3, conveying the shoe trees and the shoe sole carrying units on the long annular conveying line to a pressure conveying platform after subsequent treatment.
Step 4, detecting whether the shoe tree and the sole bearing unit are locked in the locking mechanism by the vacancy detecting device, and if so, controlling the pressure mechanism to work by the control mechanism; if not, when the vacant position appears, the pressure mechanism does not work, and when the hot pressing platform rotates to the discharging position, the pushing mechanism pushes the hot pressing platform out.
Step 5, after a proper time interval, determining the proper time through the time required by hot pressing, rotating the hot pressing platform to a discharging position, and pushing the semi-finished product subjected to hot pressing into a discharging line by a pushing mechanism; and continues with step 2-4.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention or the technical solutions in the prior art, the embodiments of the present invention are described below with the aid of the accompanying drawings; it is to be expressly understood that the following drawings are illustrative of some embodiments of the invention and are not intended as a definition of the limits of the invention.
As shown in the attached figure 1, the automatic shoe making production line comprises a hot press machine 1, wherein the hot press machine 1 is provided with an upper bearing plate 13 and a lower bearing plate 12. First long annular transfer chain 2, long annular transfer chain 2 includes first straight line transfer chain and second straight line transfer chain, and the both ends of two straight line transfer chains are respectively to even having first semicircle transfer chain and second semicircle transfer chain. The long annular conveying lines are two layers from top to bottom, the upper long annular conveying line 2.2 is used for conveying shoe trees sleeved with the upper, the upper long annular conveying line 2.2 is located on the radial outer side of the upper bearing plate 13, and the lower long annular conveying line 2.1 is used for conveying the radial outer side of the sole located on the lower bearing plate 12. Wherein, all be provided with hot pressing board 1 in the inside setting of two semicircle transfer chains.
The automatic shoe making production line also comprises auxiliary equipment, wherein the auxiliary equipment is used for conveying shoe trees required by the hot press machine table and a feeding line 6 of the sole bearing unit; the shoe-pulling and shoe-taking-off device is characterized by further comprising a discharging line 7 for sending out shoes formed on the hot press machine, wherein a shoe-pulling and shoe-taking-off operation station is arranged on the side edge of the discharging line, and a subsequent packing machine and a finished shoe conveying line are arranged above the shoe-pulling and shoe-taking-off operation station.
The first linear conveying line and the second linear conveying line are provided with input ends, and the input ends are located in the middle of the first linear conveying line and the second linear conveying line and correspond to the feeding line 6.
The rear part of the input end of the lower layer sole is provided with a high-pressure gas spraying and washing working platform 8, a manipulator roughing platform 9 and a glue spraying platform 10 which are synchronously arranged on the sole from the input end to the output end at intervals in sequence. This application still has the output device who pushes hot press board with sole bearing unit.
The lower part of the hot pressing machine table 1 is provided with a chain wheel 3, and the chain wheel 3 is connected with a transmission mechanism of the hot pressing machine table and is fixedly connected with the hot pressing machine table 1; the inner periphery of the long annular conveying line 2 is provided with a chain 4 connected with the conveying line 2; the sprocket 3 is in meshing transmission with the chain 4.
A plurality of shoe tree clamping mechanisms and a sole bearing unit are arranged on the long annular conveying line; wherein the upper layer long annular conveying line is provided with a plurality of shoe tree clamping mechanisms 5; a plurality of sole bearing units are arranged on the lower long annular conveying line. The shoe tree supports are corresponding to the shoe sole bearing unit in the axial direction, and the shoe trees and the shoe sole bearing unit can be pushed into the hot pressing machine table 1 synchronously.
Fig. 2 shows a specific structure of a hot press machine 1, which includes a base 11, an optional chain wheel 3 disposed on the base, and a lower bearing plate 12 fixedly connected to the chain wheel 3. And an upper bearing plate 13 connected to the lower bearing plate 12 by bolts, wherein the lower bearing plate 12 and the upper bearing plate 13 are both circular; the above-mentioned sprocket 3, lower carrier plate 12 and upper carrier plate 13 as a whole are rotatable with respect to the base 11. The upper portion of the lower bearing plate 12 is provided with a sole locking mechanism 16, a heating device 17 is provided around the sole locking mechanism 16, and the sole locking mechanism 16 and the heating device 17 have openings facing the axial outside of the lower bearing plate 12. The upper loading plate 13 is provided with a hydraulic pushing mechanism 14 having a hydraulic rod 15 extending therefrom, and the end of the hydraulic rod is provided with a shoe last locking device 18 having an opening, the locking device 18 being as shown in fig. 3.
Fig. 3 discloses a shoe tree gripping mechanism 5, said gripping mechanism 5 comprising a gripping head 19 having an opening, and a mounting post mounted in a mounting sleeve 20, said mounting post and mounting sleeve 20 being connected by a torsion spring; the mounting sleeve 20 is connected to the reciprocal rotation mechanism and, in conjunction with fig. 4, allows the collet 19 to be switched between a position a, in which the opening of the collet 19 faces the locking means 18, and a position B, in which the opening of the collet 19 faces away from the locking means. When the gripping head 19 is in position a, the pushing mechanism on the conveyor line 6 pushes the shoe tree into the gripping head 19, and then the reciprocal rotation mechanism rotates the gripping head to position B, which pushes the shoe tree into the locking device 18 when the gripping head 19 is aligned with the shoe tree locking mechanism, following the operation of the production line. The same working principle is adopted on the lower long annular conveying line 2.1, and the sole carrying units are simultaneously conveyed into the sole locking mechanism 16.
A driving motor, a speed reducer and an intermittent driving mechanism for driving the hot-pressing machine table are arranged in the base 11; the intermittent drive mechanism may alternatively be a ratchet mechanism, a geneva gear mechanism or an incomplete gear mechanism. The intermittent drive mechanism is connected with the chain wheel 3 through a speed reducer. When the machine works, the driving motor rotates to drive the intermittent driving mechanism to act, the intermittent action is output to the chain wheel 3 through the speed reducer, and the chain wheel 3 drives the chain 4 to move.
The automatic shoemaking production line further comprises a detection device, a counting device and a control device. The detection device comprises a rotation detection device of the hot-pressing machine platform, and the rotation detection device detects the rotation real-time position of the hot-pressing machine platform; the temperature detection device is used for detecting the heating temperature of the heating device in real time and transmitting the detected temperature value to the control device; the device also comprises a vacancy detection device, such as a device for detecting whether the shoe tree or the shoe sole carrying unit on the hot-pressing platform is smoothly locked to the locking mechanism. The counting device can be a photoelectric sensor selectively and is used for measuring the number of the shoe trees and the shoe sole bearing units conveyed to the hot-pressing platform; the control device controls the heating temperature, the intermittent input of the shoe tree and the sole bearing unit and whether the pressure mechanism works or not from the signals obtained by the detection device and the counting device, thereby ensuring the stable operation of the whole system.
The operation method of the invention is as follows:
step 1, initializing a system, conveying currently detected signals to a control device by each detection device to meet operating conditions, controlling the heating device to be heated to a required temperature by the control device, starting a driving motor, driving an intermittent driving mechanism to rotate by the motor, transmitting the rotation to a chain wheel 3 through a speed reducer, and driving a chain 4 to synchronously rotate by the chain wheel 3. At the same time, the feed line 6 and the discharge line 7 start to open synchronously.
And 2, conveying the shoe trees and the sole bearing units to the long annular conveying line 2 by the feeding line 6, and stopping conveying the feeding line 6 when the counting device detects that the number of the continuously conveyed shoe trees and the number of the locking mechanisms 16 on the first hot-pressing platform are the same.
And 3, after the shoe tree and the sole bearing unit on the long annular conveying line are processed by the high-pressure gas spraying work platform 8, the manipulator roughing platform 9 and the glue spraying platform 10, the long annular conveying line 2 rotates anticlockwise, continuously conveys the shoe tree and the sole bearing unit to the upper bearing plate 13 and the lower bearing plate 12 respectively, and fixes the shoe tree and the sole bearing unit through the shoe tree locking device 18 and the sole locking mechanism 16.
Step 4, the vacancy detection device detects whether the shoe tree and the sole bearing unit are locked in the shoe tree locking device 18 and the sole locking mechanism 16, and if yes, the control mechanism controls the hydraulic pushing mechanism 14 to work; if not, when the empty position appears, the pressure pushing mechanism 14 does not work, and when the hot pressing platform rotates to the discharging position, the pushing mechanism empties the shoe tree or the sole bearing unit on the position. The shoe tree and shoe sole carrying unit in each position are determined to be paired, and then the control mechanism controls the hydraulic pushing mechanism 14 to work.
Step 5, continuously rotating the hot pressing platform 1, heating and maintaining pressure, determining the appropriate time according to the time required by hot pressing after the appropriate time interval, and pushing the hot-pressed semi-finished product into a discharge line 7 by a pushing mechanism; during the heating and pressure maintaining period, the feeding line 6 does not feed materials onto the long annular conveying line 2, namely, the long annular conveying line 2 idles;
and 6, pushing the semi-finished product subjected to hot pressing into a discharging line 7 by a pushing mechanism, emptying the shoe tree and the sole bearing unit on the hot pressing platform, and continuing to carry out the step 2-4.
According to the technical scheme, the production line can be highly integrated through the arrangement of the production line, the workshop space is fully utilized, and the production efficiency can be greatly improved. In addition, the invention ensures the hot pressing effect under the condition that the production line does not need to be stopped in the production process.
