Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有永久抗静电性的弹性体发泡制品,由如下重量百分比的原料组成:热可塑性弹性体40‑90%;含有亲湿性基团聚酰胺弹性体1‑60%;相容剂0.5‑10%。本发明的具有永久抗静电性的弹性体发泡制品,具有永久抗静电性,且物理化学性能优异。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种具有永久抗静电性的弹性体发泡制品。
背景技术:
CN 104662073公开了一种基于聚氨酯的可膨胀聚合物颗粒,具有低于80℃的维卡软化点的热塑性聚氨酯和5至95%重量的至少一种可通过自由基聚合获得的聚合物,其中可通过自由基聚合获得的聚合物以梳型聚合物、接枝聚合物、或共聚物键合至TPU上,可膨胀聚合物颗粒适于制备模制品,特别是用作绝缘材料。
然而该类物料发泡制品抗静电差,容易因摩擦产生静电,导致制品输送挂壁或粘结,且用该制品制得的成形体易粘尘。
发明内容:
为了克服上述的现有技术的缺点与不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有永久抗静电性的弹性体发泡制品。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种具有永久抗静电性的弹性体发泡制品,由如下重量百分比的原料组成:
热可塑性弹性体40-90%;
含有亲湿性基团聚酰胺弹性体1-60%;
相容剂0.5-10%。
作为优选,所述的热可塑性弹性体,特性粘度范围为1.2-2.5dl/g;所述相容剂采用马来酸接枝聚合物和/或环氧树脂接枝聚合物,基团接枝率达1.0%以上。
本发明采用物理发泡剂发泡,密度为0.02-0.22g/cm3,泡孔直径50-300μm;发泡剂为CO2和/或N2,本发明的弹性体发泡制品发泡前的邵氏硬度为30-60D。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的热可塑性弹性体为聚醚酯弹性体,所述聚醚酯弹性体含有二元酸和/或二元醇组成的硬段,脂肪族聚醚和/或聚酯作为软段。
作为优选,所述聚醚酯弹性体含有聚对苯二甲酸和/或间苯二甲酸组分与1,4-丁二醇合成的聚合物作为硬段,聚四亚甲基醚二醇作为软段,聚四亚甲基醚二醇数均分子量为650-4000。
在本发明另一较佳实施例中,所述的热可塑性弹性体为含有亲湿性基团的聚酰胺弹性体,所述聚酰胺弹性体包含有聚醚二醇和/或聚醚二胺,所述聚醚二醇和/或聚醚二胺的数均分子量为650-4000,重量百分比20-65%。
作为优选,所述聚酰胺弹性体包含有聚醚二醇和/或聚醚二胺,所述聚醚二醇为聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、乙烯丙烯共聚醚二醇;所述聚醚二胺为端氨基聚氧化丙烯醚、端氨基聚氧化乙烯醚;所述的聚醚二醇和/或聚醚二胺的数均分子量为650-4000。
作为优选,所述相容剂中含有阳离子型、非离子型、纳米导电填料和/或炭黑等中的一种或多种,作为辅助抗静电剂使用,优选长链的烷基季铵、磷或鏻盐,更优选的硬脂酸单甘油酯,更优选的纳米导电填料,但不限于此。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的具有永久抗静电性的弹性体发泡制品,具有永久抗静电性,且物理化学性能优异。
具体实施方式
结合以下实施例和对比例来进一步阐述本发明。
热可塑性弹性体A,聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯占比43%,聚四亚甲基醚二醇分子量1000,占比57%,粘度1.8dl/g;
共聚酯B,聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯占比75%,聚四亚甲基醚二醇分子量2000,占比25%,粘度2.2dl/g;
含有亲湿性基团聚酰胺弹性体C,氧化乙烯含量100%的聚醚二胺分子量2000,占比50%;
马来酸杆-苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯-嵌段共聚物,D(SEBS-g-mah),马来酸酐(MAH)基团接枝率1.8%。
实施方式
分别将重量百分比热可塑性弹性体,含有亲湿性基团聚酰胺弹性体,马来酸杆-苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯-嵌段共聚物,以一定比例预混后,投入双螺杆挤出机进行混合造粒.螺杆挤出温度为200℃到230℃,得到弹性体组合物颗粒放入模压设备,充入CO2至压力10MPa以上,模温控制在110-150℃,恒温2h,泄压得到所需弹性体组合物制品。
性能测试方法:
表面电阻率:根据IEC 60093测试标准,将弹性体组合物用注塑机制成试片,用电阻率测试仪测试表面电阻率;
发泡物密度:根据ISO 1183测试标准,将已发泡弹性体组合物制品裁取小样,放入比重天平量得密度;
拉伸断裂强度:根据ISO 527测试标准,将弹性体组合物用注塑机制成标准试条,用万能拉力试验机测试拉伸强度。
实施例1制得的弹性体组合物密度较低,表面电阻率较低;
实施例2制得的弹性体组合物密度偏高,表面电阻率较低,强度较高;
实施例3制得的弹性体组合物密度较低,表面电阻率,强度较高;
比较例1制得的发泡体密度较低,表面电阻率较高;
比较例2制得的弹性体组合物密度较高,强度较低。

Claims (10)
1.一种具有永久抗静电性的弹性体发泡制品,其特征在于,由如下重量百分比的原料组成:
热可塑性弹性体40-90%;
含有亲湿性基团聚酰胺弹性体1-60%;
相容剂0.5-10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有永久抗静电性的弹性体发泡制品,其特征在于:所述的热可塑性弹性体,特性粘度范围为1.2-2.5dl/g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有永久抗静电性的弹性体发泡制品,其特征在于:所述相容剂采用马来酸接枝聚合物和/或环氧树脂接枝聚合物,基团接枝率达1.0%以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有永久抗静电性的弹性体发泡制品,其特征在于:采用物理发泡剂发泡,密度为0.02-0.22g/cm3,泡孔直径50-300μm;发泡剂为CO2和/或N2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有永久抗静电性的弹性体发泡制品,其特征在于:所述具有永久抗静电性的弹性体发泡制品发泡前的邵氏硬度为30-60D。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有永久抗静电性的弹性体发泡制品,其特征在于:所述的热可塑性弹性体为聚醚酯弹性体,所述聚醚酯弹性体含有二元酸和/或二元醇组成的硬段,脂肪族聚醚和/或聚酯作为软段。
7.根据权利要求6所述的具有永久抗静电性的弹性体发泡制品,其特征在于:所述聚醚酯弹性体含有聚对苯二甲酸和/或间苯二甲酸组分与1,4-丁二醇合成的聚合物作为硬段,聚四亚甲基醚二醇作为软段,聚四亚甲基醚二醇数均分子量为650-4000。
8.根据权利要求1所述的具有永久抗静电性的弹性体发泡制品,其特征在于:所述的热可塑性弹性体为含有亲湿性基团的聚酰胺弹性体,所述聚酰胺弹性体包含有聚醚二醇和/或聚醚二胺,所述聚醚二醇和/或聚醚二胺的数均分子量为650-4000,重量百分比20-65%。
9.根据权利要求8所述的具有永久抗静电性的弹性体发泡制品,其特征在于:所述聚酰胺弹性体包含有聚醚二醇和/或聚醚二胺,所述聚醚二醇为聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、乙烯丙烯共聚醚二醇;所述聚醚二胺为端氨基聚氧化丙烯醚、端氨基聚氧化乙烯醚;所述的聚醚二醇和/或聚醚二胺的数均分子量为650-4000。
10.根据权利要求1所述的具有永久抗静电性的弹性体发泡制品,其特征在于:所述相容剂中含有阳离子型、非离子型、纳米导电填料和/或炭黑中的一种或多种,所述阳离子型、非离子型、纳米导电填料为长链的烷基季铵、磷或鏻盐。
