Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of production and processing of carbon-based fertilizers containing iron elements, in particular to an iron-containing carbon-based fertilizer suitable for vegetables and a production process thereof.
Background
The annual output of the quick-acting fertilizer in China is ranked first in the world, the annual usage amount of the quick-acting fertilizer reaches more than 5100 ten thousand tons (pure amount), accounts for more than 30% of the total consumption amount in the world, and is the sum of America and India. The amount of the homogenized fertilizer per mu is 21.2 kilograms which is far higher than the world average level of 8 kilograms in China, 3 times that in the United states and 2.5 times that in India and European Union, and China becomes the largest chemical fertilizer consuming country in the world. Excessive fertilizer not only increases the agricultural planting cost, but also causes soil hardening and fertility reduction, thereby entering into the vicious circle of increasing the fertilizer.
Biochar refers to a carbon-rich solid material formed by biomass at a certain temperature. In the aspect of agriculture, the biomass charcoal has the functions of soil improvement and soil carbon fixation, and is a good soil improvement agent and fertilizer slow-release material. The biomass used as the solid waste in agricultural production is converted into biochar through a low-temperature carbonization process to become the main component of the carbon-based fertilizer, and the biochar is applied to the soil, so that the problems of soil impoverishment, soil pollution, soil degradation, soil hardening, slow release of fertilizer efficiency, water retention and carbon sequestration and ground temperature increase can be solved.
Vegetables are generally short-term nutritional crops, can be sown repeatedly for multiple crops, and have much more nutrients absorbed in unit time than crops with longer growth period and high yield per unit due to short growth period. However, due to the reasons of improper fertilization, excessive nitrogen fertilizer and the like, the nitrate content is too high, the quality is reduced, the pollution of groundwater is caused, the secondary salinization area of soil is enlarged, the capability of resisting plant diseases and insect pests of vegetables is reduced, and the improvement of the yield and the quality of the vegetables is greatly limited.
Therefore, the development of a functional ecological fertilizer product with multiple benefits in order to enable the sustainable development of vegetable production is a problem to be solved urgently in the vegetable planting industry of China at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The carbon-based fertilizer is an ecological environment-friendly fertilizer prepared by taking biochar which is a product obtained by carbonizing wheat straws, corn straws, cotton straws, soybean stalks, peanut shells and branches as a matrix and adding organic matters and inorganic matters according to the characteristics of land in different areas and the characteristics of nutrients and elements required by the growth of different crops.
According to actual production experience, in the production process of the carbon-containing organic fertilizer, the adsorption effect of the biochar is utilized, the granular structure of soil is improved, carbon elements required by plants are supplemented, the utilization rate of the fertilizer is improved, the growth environment of plants is effectively improved, and the stress resistance of the plants is improved.
The invention develops the iron-containing carbon base fertilizer suitable for planting vegetables by utilizing the soil improvement effect of the biochar and combining factors of the requirements on organic matters, nutrient elements and iron elements in the growth process of the vegetables.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a. selection of raw materials: selecting biochar as a main material of the carbon-based fertilizer, and controlling the water content of the biochar to be below 5%;
b. the proportion of the raw materials is as follows: an iron-containing carbon-based fertilizer suitable for vegetables is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
20-40 parts of biochar, 15-25 parts of humic acid, 10-20 parts of plant ash, 20-35 parts of decomposed edible fungus stick waste and 10-15 parts of agricultural ferrous sulfate;
c. selecting a preparation site: a dry closed workshop is selected as a preparation site;
d. preparing a mixture: firstly, all the raw materials are crushed into 80 meshes, mixed evenly according to the proportion and then granulated.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention solves the requirements of carbon element and iron element in the vegetable planting process, enhances the fertility efficiency of the vegetable plant growing environment, and innovates the production formula of the special iron-containing carbon-based fertilizer for vegetables;
2. the invention provides the combination of the biochar and the traditional organic fertilizer production process, and provides a feasible formula and process for solving the problem of the special iron-containing carbon base fertilizer for vegetables;
3. the invention utilizes the adsorption effect of the active carbon to improve the granular structure of the soil, supplements carbon and iron elements required by plants and improves the utilization rate of the fertilizer.
