Key storage device for preventing material filling hose of tank car from being broken
Technical Field
The invention relates to material filling, in particular to a key storage device for preventing a material filling pipe of a tank car from being broken by pulling.
Background
Generally, the material storage tank has a material discharge line, one end of which is connected to the material storage tank, the other end of which is connected to an inlet end of a pump or a blower, and an outlet end of the pump or the blower is connected to one end of an outlet end line of a pump or a blower. The tank car is provided with a material filling short pipe, one end of the material filling short pipe is connected with the tank car, the other end of the material filling short pipe is connected with one end of a movable joint, and the other end of the movable joint is connected with one end of a material filling hose. The filling of the tank car with material is carried out by the operator at the filling site. The other end of the material filling hose of the tank car is connected to the other end of the outlet end pipeline of the pump or the fan by an operator, a valve arranged on the material discharge pipeline of the material storage tank and a valve arranged on the material filling short pipe of the tank car are opened, the pump or the fan is started to fill the material into the tank car, after the material filling is finished, the pump or the fan is stopped, the valve arranged on the material filling short pipe of the tank car and the valve arranged on the material discharge pipeline of the material storage tank are closed, the connection between the material filling hose and the outlet end pipeline of the pump or the fan is disconnected, the material filling hose is arranged on the tank car, and the work of filling the material into the tank car is finished.
The operator who fills the material in the tank wagon does not generally do this for a full time, after stopping the pump or the fan, leave the filling site and busy other works without disconnecting the connection of the material filling hose and the outlet end pipeline of the pump or the fan, and when the operator carelessly touches the tank wagon, the tank wagon is started without checking whether the connection of the material filling hose and the outlet end pipeline of the pump or the fan is disconnected, so that the material filling hose of the tank wagon is broken.

Detailed Description
The features and advantages of the key retention device for preventing a material-filling hose of a tank car from being broken will become more apparent from the following description of the embodiments of the key retention device for preventing a material-filling hose of a tank car from being broken, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
A key retention device 100 for preventing a material-filling hose of a tank car from being pulled apart according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown in fig. 1 and 2, and has an outlet port line 10 for a pump or a blower, a material-filling hose 20 of a tank car, a key box 30, and a movable plate 40.
The outlet end line 10 of the pump or blower has male threads 11 at its left end and is connected to the outlet end of the pump or blower (not shown) at its right end.
The right end of the tank car material filling hose 20 is provided with a female thread 21 and the left end is connected to a tank car material filling stub (not shown).
The key box 30 has a base 31, a box body 32 and a box cover 33. The base 31 is sleeved on the outer wall of the outlet end pipeline 10 of the pump or the fan and is fixedly connected with the pipe wall of the outlet end pipeline 10 of the pump or the fan through a screw (not shown). The case 32 is fixedly coupled to the base 31 by screws (not shown), or the case 32 is integrally formed with the base 31.
The moving plate 40 is circular or rectangular and has a central hole 41 capable of being fitted over and sliding on the male thread 11 at the left end of the outlet end line 10 of the pump or blower.
The left end of the box cover 33 of the key box 30 is fixedly connected to the right side of the moving plate 40.
The key keeping device 100 for preventing the material filling hose of the tank car from being broken according to the first embodiment of the present invention is used as follows:
referring to fig. 1 and 2, prior to filling the tank car with material, the tank car driver first hands the car key to the operator, who places the car key in the box 32 of the key box 30.
Then, the operator connects the right end of the material filling hose 20 of the tank car with the left end of the outlet end line 10 of the pump or blower, the moving plate 40 moves from left to right along with the increase of the meshing length of the female screw 21 at the right end of the material filling hose 20 and the male screw 11 at the left end of the outlet end line 10 of the pump or blower, and the box cover 33 of the key box 30 moves from left to right along with the moving plate 40 until the box cover 33 completely closes the top end opening of the box body 32 of the key box 30, and the car key put in the key box 30 cannot be taken out.
The loose joint (not shown) of the tank car, which is installed between the tank car's material-filling stub (not shown) and the tank car's material-filling hose 20, is then connected.
Then, a valve (not shown) installed on a material discharge line (not shown) of the material storage tank and a valve (not shown) installed on a material filling short pipe of the tank car are opened, a pump or a blower (not shown) is started to fill the tank car (not shown) with the material, after the filling of the material is completed, the pump or the blower is stopped, the valve installed on the material filling short pipe of the tank car and the valve installed on the material discharge line of the material storage tank are closed, the connection of the material filling hose 20 with the outlet end line 10 of the pump or the blower is disconnected, the moving plate 40 is manually moved leftward, the lid 33 of the key box 30 is moved away from the top end opening of the box body 32, the top end opening of the box body 32 is manually opened, and then the material filling hose 10 is mounted on the tank car, thereby completing the filling of the material into the.
At this point, the slot car driver can only remove the car key from the box 32 of the key box 30 and leave the slot car at the filling site.
It is obvious that the key storage device 100 for preventing the material-filling hose of the tank car from being broken according to the first embodiment of the present invention can effectively prevent the material-filling hose of the tank car from being broken.
A second embodiment of a key retention device 200 for preventing a material-filling hose of a tank car from being broken according to the present invention is shown in fig. 3 and 4, which is formed by adding a large spring 50 to the first embodiment of a key retention device 100 for preventing a material-filling hose of a tank car from being broken according to the present invention shown in fig. 1 and 2.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the large spring 50 is sleeved outside the material-filling hose 10, and the left end of the large spring is pressed against the right side surface of the moving plate 40, and the right end of the large spring is pressed against the left end surface of the base 31 of the key case 30.
It is apparent that when the operator disconnects the material-filling hose 20 from the outlet line 10 of the pump or blower, the moving plate 40 is moved to the left by the elastic force of the large spring 50, the lid 33 of the key case 30 is separated from the top opening of the case body 32, and the top opening of the case body 32 is automatically opened.
A third embodiment of a key retention device 300 for preventing a material-filling hose of a tank car from being broken according to the present invention is shown in fig. 5 and 6, which is formed by adding two support rods 60 and two small springs 70 to the first embodiment of a key retention device 100 for preventing a material-filling hose of a tank car from being broken according to the present invention shown in fig. 1 and 2.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, two support bars 60 are fixedly installed at an upper portion of the moving plate 40 at a certain distance from each other with their center lines on the same horizontal plane. The two support rods 60 are passed through the through holes of the upper portions of the left and right side walls of the case body 32 of the key case 30 to the right, and the right ends thereof are protruded from the through holes of the upper portion of the right side wall of the case body 32. The two small springs 70 are respectively sleeved outside the two support rods 60, and the left ends of the two small springs are pressed against the right side surface of the moving plate 40, and the right ends of the two small springs are pressed against the left side wall of the box body 32 of the key box 30.
It is clear that when the operator disconnects the material-filling hose 20 from the outlet line 10 of the pump or blower, the spring force of the two small springs 70 causes the moving plate 40 to move to the left, the lid 33 of the key case 30 is moved away from the top opening of the case body 32, and the top opening of the case body 32 is automatically opened.
