Detailed Description
In order to make the technical means, the original characteristics, the achieved purposes and the effects of the invention easily understood, the invention is further described below with reference to the specific embodiments and the attached drawings, but the following embodiments are only the preferred embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the implementation, other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without any creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention. Moreover, in the following description, descriptions of well-known structures and techniques are omitted so as to not unnecessarily obscure the concepts of the present invention.
Specific embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, the intelligent hose includes an inner adhesive layer 1, a reinforcing layer 2 wrapped outside the inner adhesive layer 1, an outer adhesive layer 3 wrapped outside the reinforcing layer 2, and a storage module 22 for recording hose information;
in order to timely discover the worn inner rubber layer, the pipe explosion and the safety problem are avoided.
Therefore, in a specific embodiment, the inner rubber layer 1 is composed of a high polymer material A12 and magnetic steel balls 11; the magnetic steel balls 11 are arranged on the high polymer material A12 and used for detecting the abrasion state of the inner rubber layer 1 in a matching mode.
In this embodiment, a strip-shaped groove for accommodating the magnetic steel ball 11 is formed in the polymer material a12, the strip-shaped groove is cylindrical, and after the magnetic steel ball 11 is completely inserted, two ends of the strip-shaped groove should be sealed, for example, by using a polymer vulcanization process. In another embodiment, the polymer material a12 may be a composite material including an upper layer and a lower layer, the magnetic steel balls 11 are disposed between the upper layer and the lower layer, and the upper layer and the lower layer are vulcanized into a whole by high temperature.
For better understanding, the magnetic steel balls 11 are matched with the inner rubber layer 1 to detect the abrasion state.
It should be noted that, when the hose of the present invention is used, magnetic detection devices need to be installed at two ends of the hose, if the inner rubber layer 1 is worn, the magnetic steel ball 11 will fall off and flow along with the medium, when the magnetic steel ball flows near the magnetic detection device at the end of the hose, the magnetic steel ball is detected by the magnetic detection device, the magnetic steel ball is attracted at the outlet at the end of the hose by magnetic force, and the magnetic detection device can be connected with an alarm module, such as an alarm lamp, and the alarm lamp lights up to warn when the magnetic steel ball is attracted. And the magnetism detection device can also be connected with a central controller, which is beneficial to processing through the central controller and prevents the magnetic steel balls 11 from entering subsequent products.
Therefore, the tube can be reminded in time, and the problems of tube explosion and product safety after the inner tube (the inner rubber layer 1) of the hose is abraded are prevented.
In a particular embodiment, the reinforcing layer 2 is composed of a polymer material B21 and a woven layer 23; the polymer material B21 wraps the outer surface of the polymer material A12, and the woven layer 23 wraps the outer surface of the polymer material B21.
The storage module 22 is embedded in the polymer material B21, and the storage module 22 can store the related information of the hose.
In this embodiment, the storage module 22 uses an RFID chip to read information about the hose.
Specifically, before the hose is installed and used, data input is performed on the RFID chip through special equipment, such as information of the machine-on time, the use position, and the like. If the hose needs to be replaced, only reading equipment is needed to read data in the RFID chip.
It can be further understood that if the hose is maintained, the maintenance-related data information can be recorded into the RFID chip, and of course, normal inspection data can be recorded to record the state of the internal medium of the hose.
In a particular embodiment, the outer glue layer 3 consists of a cue layer 31 and a skin layer 32; the cue layer 31 is wrapped on the outer surface of the woven layer 23, and the skin layer 32 is wrapped on the outer surface of the cue layer 31.
In order to allow better identification of the location within the hose where the RFID chip is located. An identification area is provided at the location of the skin layer 32 corresponding to the RFID chip for quickly identifying the location of the RFID chip.
In order to make the skin layer 32 easy to be found when broken, the indication layer 31 is made of a soft material with color, such as soft cloth or fiber. When the skin layer 32 is worn to some extent, the cue layer 31 is exposed. And prompting replacement.
In order to facilitate maintenance or inspection at night, the indication layer 31 is provided with phosphor, and further, the indication layer may be a colored polymer material containing phosphor.
In a specific embodiment, the woven layer 23 is formed by weaving a fiber material, or may be formed by weaving a steel wire material.
In some embodiments, the polymer material a12 and the polymer material B21, the cue layer 31 and the skin layer 32 may be made of rubber.
