Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further specifically described by the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings. In the specification, the same or similar reference numerals denote the same or similar components. The following description of the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings is intended to explain the general inventive concept of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
A lancet according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the lancet comprises: a needle body; a needle handle 20, to which the needle body is fixed and the needle tip 30 is exposed from a first end (e.g., the upper end in fig. 4) of the needle handle, a second end of the needle handle is adapted to be inserted into the needle seat groove of the needle seat, and the second end of the needle handle has a clamping groove 21 adapted to be clamped with a lancet; and a needle cap 10 which is removable to expose the needle tip 30.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the needle cap 10 is provided with a boss 11 at one side. If the boss is needed to cover the needle tip 30, a blind hole 13 with the depth of 1mm is formed at one end of the boss 11, and when the blind hole is used for wrapping the needle tip of the blood taking needle, a part of the needle tip can be suspended, so that the resistance when the needle tip is inserted into the needle cap is reduced. In the illustrated example, the boss 11 is provided with a blind hole 13, and the boss may not be provided with a blind hole as long as the needle tip can be inserted to cover the needle tip.
As shown in fig. 2, the second end (lower end in fig. 2) of the needle cap 10 is provided with an engaging part 15 having an engaging diameter adapted to be engaged with a needle outlet of a lancet (on which a lancet is mounted), and the second end of the needle cap 10 is provided with a first needle covering part (lower end of the needle cap in fig. 2) into which the needle tip 30 is inserted at a side of the engaging part 15 close to the needle tip. The matching part 15 is suitable for being equal in diameter with a needle outlet of a blood taking pen and is used for preventing or reducing shaking of the blood taking needle when the blood taking needle is inserted into the needle seat groove; the diameter of the flange part 14 is larger than that of the needle outlet, and the longitudinal position of the flange part just allows the blood taking needle to be placed in the needle seat groove, so that the mounting of the blood taking needle is limited and prompted.
If the boss 11 is required to cover the needle tip 30 after the blood sampling operation, the maximum diameter of the boss 11 is not larger than the fitting diameter of the fitting portion.
As shown in fig. 2, the second end of the needle cap 11 is provided with a flange portion 14 on a side of the engagement portion 15 away from the needle tip, and the diameter of the flange portion 14 is larger than the engagement diameter.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the central axis of the boss 11 is perpendicular to the axis of the needle body disposed in the needle handle; the needle cap 11 is provided with a recess 12 (see fig. 3) at a second side of the first end (upper end in fig. 2) opposite to the first side, and the boss 11 and the recess 12 are arranged such that the boss 11 is adapted to fit into the recess 12, see fig. 6.
In a particular embodiment, for the cooperation between the boss 11 and the recess 12, the boss is a cylindrical boss or a conical boss. Other protruding structures that can mate with the recess 12 are also possible.
After the blood collection is completed, the boss 11 can be pushed in through the needle outlet, and as shown in fig. 5, the needle tip 30 of the blood collection needle is covered by the boss 11. The height of the boss 11 is in the range of 2.5mm-3.5mm, and may be, for example, 2.5mm, 3mm and 3.5 mm.
In the lancet shown in fig. 1 to 5, a projection 11 is provided, and the projection 11 has a predetermined height so as to be inserted into a recess or a needle outlet to cover a needle tip.
As shown in fig. 2-3, the needle cap 10 is provided with a large diameter portion 16 arranged substantially coaxially with the boss 11, the diameter of the large diameter portion 16 is larger than that of the boss 11, and the recess 12 is provided in the large diameter portion 16.
In the example of fig. 1-5, the axis of the boss 11 is perpendicular to the axis of the needle tip.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the structure of the needle cap of the lancet which is fitted with the recess 12 is described by taking the boss 11 as an example, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Referring again to fig. 7-9, additional embodiments of the mating of the boss and recess of the needle cap are shown. In a further embodiment, the boss of the needle cap may also be telescoped over a corresponding telescoped mating portion of the lancet after the lancing operation.
As shown in fig. 7-9, the needle cap 10 is provided with a socket 11, the wall of the socket 11 defining the accommodation space S1 being elastic and provided with circumferentially distributed circumferential recesses 17 in the accommodation space; the first end of the needle shaft is provided with a socket fitting part 22, said socket fitting part 22 comprising circumferentially distributed radial protrusions 22a, said radial protrusions 22a being adapted to fit into said circumferential recess 17, as shown in fig. 9.
The lancet shown in figures 7-9 may also be provided to a lancet pen.
It should be noted that the connection between the socket part and the socket mating part is not limited to the examples shown in fig. 7 to 9, and the socket mating part is suitable for mating connection with the socket part so that the needle tip is located in the accommodating space. In the present invention, the sleeving means that one portion is enclosed by the other portion in a direction parallel to the axis of the lancet, and the other portion for the enclosing function may be an annular wall or a plurality of extension arms spaced in the circumferential direction and extending in the axial direction. For example, although not shown, the wall of the socket portion defining the accommodation space has elasticity, and an end of the wall has a radially inward protrusion; the sleeve joint matching part is provided with a radial bulge, and the radial bulge is suitable for being in buckle connection with the protruding part. All of the above are within the scope of the present invention.
The following exemplary details the mating connection between the boss 11 and the recess 12.
As can be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the boss and the recess are adapted to be in interference fit connection with each other. As shown in fig. 6, the connection between the boss and the recess may be an interference fit.
As can be appreciated by those skilled in the art, although not shown, the boss and the recess are adapted to snap-fit to each other.
One particular connection between the boss and the recess is shown in fig. 7-9.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the end of the boss 11 is provided with a receiving hole S1 provided along the center axis of the boss, and a hole wall 11a is formed around the receiving hole S1;
the recessed portion 12 is provided with a matching inner ring 12a, the matching inner ring 12a is arranged along the central axis of the recessed portion, and a matching space S2 is formed between the radial outer wall of the matching inner ring and the radial inner wall of the recessed portion;
the hole wall 11a of the boss 11 is adapted to enter the fitting space S2.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the recess 12 has a large-diameter recess (outside the recess 12 in fig. 8) and a small-diameter recess (inside the recess 12 in fig. 8) as a guide structure for guiding the bore wall into a fitting space between a radially inner wall of the small-diameter recess and a radially outer wall of the fitting inner ring.
Although not shown, the lancets shown in figures 7-9 can also be formed in a side-by-side fashion as shown in figure 6.
