植物寄生线虫可以危害几乎所有的植物包括重要的经济作物,具有多寄主性、顽固性、易传播等特点,其种群增长迅速、防治难度大,对我国粮食、蔬菜、经济作物等产量和经济效益造成严重损失,严重威胁到农业的可持续发展。植物寄生线虫在全世界范围内引起严重的产量损失,引起的病害包括蔬菜根结线虫病、大豆孢囊线虫病、花生根结线虫病、甘薯茎线虫病、水稻干尖线虫病等,作物平均减产10-15%,严重时作物减产60%以上,甚至绝收。由于线虫病害发病速度快、危害重且不易察觉,并且除了直接危害,线虫侵入植物造成的伤口,也为后续细菌、真菌、病毒的侵入打开了大门,严重影响了农产品的品质和产量。在世界范围内,由于植物线虫每年造成1570亿美元的经济损失,在国内每年的损失达700亿元,因此杀线虫剂是农药中非常重要的一个品类。
植物寄生性线虫寄主范围超过3000种植物,包括众多露地蔬菜、大田作物、园林花卉等。近年来,我国蔬菜需求量逐年递增,随着温室大棚种植面积的不断扩大,植物寄生性线虫传播速度不断加快,一旦发生,很难根除,成为影响农产品产量和质量的严重障碍之一。传统的防治办法主要以化学熏蒸为主,高毒农药占据主导地位,但随着人们环保意识的增强以及对农产品安全提出更高要求,高毒农药相继被禁用和淘汰,目前市场上针对根结线虫病的防治药剂较少,主要品种集中在阿维菌素、噻唑膦等药剂。但是这些药剂都存在一定的缺陷,例如长期使用阿维菌素,导致植物寄生性线虫逐渐对其产生了抗性,同时阿维菌素在土壤中稳定性较差,防治效果很不稳定。而噻唑膦属于中毒农药,对苗期作物有比较明显的伤害,限制了其长期、大面积地推广应用。
硫双威是中等毒性氨基酸酯类杀虫剂,对鳞翅目害虫有特效,并有杀卵作用,也可用于防治鞘翅目、双翅目及膜翅目害虫,对鱼、鸟安全,无慢性中毒,无致癌、致畸、致突变作用,作物安全性好。硫双威的作用机制在于神经阻碍作用,即通过抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶活性而阻碍神经纤维内传导物质的再活性化导致害虫中毒死亡,几乎无触杀作用,无熏蒸和内吸作用,在土壤中残效期很短,对环境友好。硫双威防治植物寄生性根结线虫有少量应用报道,但是效果不佳。
杀虫单是人工合成的沙蚕毒素的类似物,属仿生型农药,对天敌影响小,无抗性,无残毒,不污染环境,是综合治理虫害较理想的药剂。具有较强的触杀、胃毒和内吸传导作用,持效期长,对防治鳞翅目、同翅目害虫高效。
目前,也有一些复配杀虫剂,例如专利授权号为CN102805097B的中国发明专利公开的一种含杀虫单和噻虫嗪的颗粒剂,有效成分由杀虫单和噻虫嗪组成,两种组分协同增效作用明显,预防作用好,减少施药次数和施药量,降低用药成本,用于防治甘蔗、玉米、香蕉、花生等作物的地下害虫、线虫和地上害虫,包括蛴螬、蝼蛄、地老虎、根结线 虫、白蚁、螟虫、蚜虫、蓟马、白粉虱等。虽然比较广谱,适应范围广,但是对线虫的专一性差,持效期有限。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种有效成分为硫双威和杀虫单的协同增效农药组合,为作物线虫的防治提供一种方便使用、安全高效的制剂和施用方式。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种农药组合物,它的活性成分至少包含硫双威和杀虫单,其中硫双威和杀虫单的重量份数为40:1-1:40,为了进一步提高复配药效,更优选为10:1-1:10。
本发明的研究人员选择杀虫单和对线虫效果不佳的硫双威作为有效成分,明确了硫双威和杀虫单对植物寄生性线虫具有初步防效,通过对两种化合物进行复配,在一定的复配比例范围内,产生了十分明显的协同增效作用,显著提高了单剂对植物寄生性线虫的防效,持效期长,具有较大的应用和推广价值。
进一步的,本发明的农药组合物中的活性成分所占组合物的质量百分含量为1-60%,优选为10-45%,更进一步优选为25-35%。
进一步的,本发明的农药组合物还包含其他农药助剂,如分散剂、崩解剂、润湿剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、乳化剂、溶剂、PH调节剂、填料、水中的一种或其组合物。
进一步的,本发明的农药组合物的组分为硫双威、杀虫单、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、丙二醇、C8-C16甘油单脂及二脂类化合物、植物油和水,该组合对黄瓜根结线虫病、番茄根结线虫病、哈密瓜根结线虫病、大豆孢囊线虫病防效尤其显著,尤其是对黄瓜根结线虫病,药效时间长,药后90天、120天都有较好的田间防效。
进一步的,本发明的农药组合物的剂型为乳油、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、颗粒剂、悬浮剂、微囊悬浮剂、种衣剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、可分散油悬浮剂等任意一种。
进一步的,本发明的农药组合物的施用方式为灌根、撒施、沟施、穴施或拌种。
与现有技术相比,本发明的农药组合物的有益效果为:
(1)市场上目前未出现该两种成分组合用于杀线虫的产品和技术;
(2)本发明与单剂相比,组合物从不同机理对各类线虫进行有效防治,增强了杀线虫活性,有效地控制了病害的传播;
(3)本发明的两种有效成分协同增效,减少了农药使用量,降低了防治成本,相比已有的复配农药,对线虫的防治效果更好,持效期更长;
(4)本发明的农药组合物,对环境友好,安全性较单剂有所提高。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体优选的实施例对本发明做进一步描述,但并不因此而限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明的农药组合物以硫双威和杀虫单为有效成分,两者按照一定的配比进行复配,对黄瓜根结线虫病、番茄根结线虫病、哈密瓜根结线虫病、大豆孢囊线虫病等病害的防治具有明显的增效作用。
下面通过田间试验实施例对本发明作详细阐述,实施例中的百分比为重量百分比,但本发明并不限于此。
实施例1:17%硫双威·杀虫单悬浮剂
硫双威12%、杀虫单5%、十二烷基硫酸钠12%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4%、黄原胶3%、丙二醇1%、硅酮1%、水补足到100%,混合后制得17%硫双威·杀虫单悬浮剂。
实施例2:20%硫双威·杀虫单悬浮剂
硫双威15%、杀虫单5%、烷基苯磺酸钠5%、木质素磺酸钠8%、阿拉伯树胶2%、聚乙二醇4%、有机硅油1%、水补足到100%,混合后制得20%硫双威·杀虫单悬浮剂。
实施例3:35%硫双威·杀虫单悬浮剂
硫双威17.5%、杀虫单17.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚9%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5%、丙二醇4%、C8-16甘油单脂及二脂类化合物15%、植物油25%,水补足到100%,混合后制得35%硫双威·杀虫单悬浮剂。
实施例4:45%硫双威·杀虫单乳油
硫双威25%、杀虫单20%、农乳600# 5%、NP 12%、溶剂油S150补足到100%,混合后制得45%硫双威·杀虫单乳油。
实施例5:35%硫双威·杀虫单乳油
硫双威20%、杀虫单15%、聚乙烯醇5%、农乳500# 8%、溶剂油S200补足到100%,混合后制得35%硫双威·杀虫单乳油。
实施例6:18%硫双威·杀虫单乳油
硫双威9%、杀虫单9%、浓乳600# 8%、农乳500# 5%、NP 3%、溶剂油S200补足到100%,混合后制得18%硫双威·杀虫单乳油。
实施例7:40%硫双威·杀虫单水乳剂
硫双威20%、杀虫单20%、吐温80 3%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5%、丙二醇3%、C8-16甘油单脂及二脂类化合物15%、乙酸乙酯8%、水补足到100%,混合后制得40%硫双威·杀虫单水乳剂。
实施例8:25%硫双威·杀虫单水乳剂
硫双威10%、杀虫单15%、苯乙烯酚聚氧乙烯醚10%、黄原胶5%、聚乙二醇3%、硅油2%、植物油15%、水补足到100%,混合后制得25%硫双威·杀虫单水乳剂。
实施例9:10%硫双威·杀虫单水乳剂
硫双威5%、杀虫单5%、农乳600# 8%、硅酸镁铝5%、乙二醇1.5%、聚氧乙烯甘油醚1%、溶剂油5%、水补足到100%,混合后制得10%硫双威·杀虫单水乳剂。
【药效实施例】
药效实施例1:
在田间,分别使用35%硫双威·杀虫单悬浮剂、35%硫双威·杀虫单乳油、25%硫双威·杀虫单水乳剂、375g/L硫双威悬浮剂、50%杀虫单可溶粉剂,有效成分总含量200g/亩,在黄瓜苗定植后,通过灌根的方式一次性施药,用药后45天、90天、120天分别调查田间防效。

由表1 可以看出,硫双威和杀虫单复配以后,在总有效成分均为200g/亩时,防治效果显著高于硫双威和杀虫单的单剂,复配后的制剂对黄瓜根结线虫具有显著防效。本发明的组合物能够很好地防治黄瓜根结线虫,在试验用药范围内对靶标作物未见不良反应。

在田间,分别使用35%硫双威·杀虫单悬浮剂、35%硫双威·杀虫单乳油、25%硫双威·杀虫单水乳剂、375g/L硫双威悬浮剂、50%杀虫单可溶粉剂,有效成分总含量150g/亩,在黄瓜苗定植后,通过灌根的方式一次性施药,用药后45天、90天、120天分别调查田间防效。

由表2 可以看出,硫双威和杀虫单复配以后,在总有效成分均为150g/亩时,防治效果显著高于硫双威和杀虫单的单剂,复配后的制剂对黄瓜根结线虫具有显著防效。本发明的组合物能够很好地防治黄瓜根结线虫,在试验用药范围内对靶标作物未见不良反应。

在田间,分别使用35%硫双威·杀虫单悬浮剂、35%硫双威·杀虫单乳油、25%硫双威·杀虫单水乳剂、375g/L硫双威悬浮剂、50%杀虫单可溶粉剂,有效成分总含量180g/亩,在哈密瓜苗定植后,通过灌根的方式一次性施药,用药后45天、90天、120天分别调查田间防效。

由表3可以看出,硫双威和杀虫单复配以后,在总有效成分均为180g/亩时,防治效果显著高于硫双威和杀虫单的单剂,复配后的制剂对哈密瓜根结线虫具有显著防效。本发明的组合物能够很好地防治哈密瓜根结线虫,在试验用药范围内对靶标作物未见不良反应。
药效实施例4:
在温室盆栽实验中,分别使用35%硫双威·杀虫单悬浮剂、35%硫双威·杀虫单乳油、25%硫双威·杀虫单水乳剂、375g/L硫双威悬浮剂、50%杀虫单可溶粉剂,在大豆播种前对种子进行包衣处理,药种比为每公斤大豆种子对应的有效成分总含量为5g,用药后90天、120天分别调查土壤中孢囊数量并计算防效。

由表4可以看出,硫双威和杀虫单复配以后,在药种比为每公斤大豆种子对应的有效成分总含量为5g时,对种子进行包衣处理,防治效果显著高于硫双威和杀虫单的单剂,复配后的制剂对大豆孢囊线虫具有显著防效,在试验用药范围内对靶标作物未见不良反应。

1.一种含有硫双威和杀虫单的农药组合物,其特征在于,其活性成分至少包含一定比例的硫双威和杀虫单。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有硫双威和杀虫单的农药组合物,其特征在于:硫双威和杀虫单的重量份数比为40:1-1:40。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种含有硫双威和杀虫单的农药组合物,其特征在于:硫双威和杀虫单的重量份数比为10:1-1:10。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有硫双威和杀虫单的农药组合物,其特征在于:所述活性成分所占组合物的质量百分含量为1-60%。
5.权利要求4所述的一种含有硫双威和杀虫单的农药组合物,其特征在于:所述活性成分所占组合物的质量百分含量为10-45%。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项要求所述的农药组合物,其特征在于:所述农药组合物中还包含其他农药助剂,所述其他农药助剂为分散剂、崩解剂、润湿剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、乳化剂、溶剂、PH调节剂、填料、水中的一种或其组合物。
7.根据权利要求1-5中任一项要求所述的农药组合物,其特征在于:它的剂型为乳油、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、颗粒剂、悬浮剂、微囊悬浮剂、种衣剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、可分散油悬浮剂任意一种。
8.根据权利要求1-5中任一项要求所述的农药组合物,其特征在于:它的施用方式为灌根、撒施、沟施、穴施或拌种。
9.根据权利要求1-5中任一项要求所述的农药组合物的用途,用于防治作物的植物寄生性线虫病害。
10.根据权利要求9所述的农药组合物的用途,其特征在于,所述植物寄生性线虫病害包括黄瓜根结线虫病、番茄根结线虫病、哈密瓜根结线虫病、火龙果根结线虫病、柑橘根结线虫病、猕猴桃根结线虫病、三七根结线虫病、西洋参根结线虫病、玉米根结线虫病、棉花根结线虫病、大豆孢囊线虫病、小麦粒线虫病、甘薯茎线虫病、水稻干尖线虫病、松树松材线虫病、柑橘半穿刺线虫病。
