A puncture blending method of a disposable specimen collecting cup comprises the steps of firstly unscrewing a sealing cover, holding the sealing cover, sampling by using a spoon part of a collecting spoon, and inserting the collecting spoon into a blending cavity after sampling; then the sealing cover is screwed down, and the sample on the spoon part faces to a detection shooting surface to play a role of directional shooting; then, after the disposable sample collecting cup is placed on a test tube rack of the fecal analyzer, a liquid adding needle of the fecal analyzer pierces a second puncture membrane and adds diluent into the mixing cavity, the diluent is pulled out after the diluent is added, and the second puncture membrane automatically shrinks to a sealing state; then the blending needle pierces the first puncture membrane to be connected with the upper end driving head of the collection spoon in a matching way, the collection spoon is driven to rotate and stir in the blending cavity, the sample and the diluent are fully and uniformly mixed, and the first puncture membrane automatically shrinks to a sealing state after the blending needle is pulled out; and finally, the specimen enters the collection cavity after passing through the filter screen under the action of the drainage surface and is collected in the egg collection groove, so that a good egg collection effect is achieved, and the detection is improved.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the quantitative collecting block 4 is in a step shape, and comprises a first step block 45 and a second step block 46, a first space-avoiding portion 47 is formed above the second step block 46, a second space-avoiding portion 48 is formed below the first step block 45, the first through hole 41 and the second through hole 42 are respectively arranged on the second step block 46 and the first step block 45, and the driving head 31 and the sealing cover 2 at the upper end of the collecting spoon 3 are rotatably connected with the driving head 31 (i.e., the driving head 31 and the driving head positioning seat 24) and are positioned in the first space-avoiding portion 47; the upper end of the partition body 5 and the upper end of the liquid feeding guide groove 53 are positioned in the second clearance 48. Thus, the disposable specimen collection cup of the present invention is more compact and less bulky.
As shown in figure 3, the inner bottom surface of the blending cavity 11 is provided with a drainage surface 13 inclined towards the channel 51, and the inner bottom surface of the collection cavity 12 is provided with an egg collection groove 14, so that the effect of collecting the eggs of the specimen is greatly improved, and the detection is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, a detection shooting surface 15 is arranged on the outer surface of the collection cup 1, the detection shooting surface 15 is located on the outer side of the blending cavity 11 and faces the spoon part 32 of the collection spoon 3 (i.e., the position where the detection shooting surface 15 faces the spoon part 32 to collect a specimen), and thus directional shooting can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the upper end of the spoon part 32 of the collection spoon 3 is provided with more than one sharp spine 33, and when the collection spoon 3 rotates in the mixing cavity 11 to drive the spoon part 32 to rotate, the sharp spine 133 can enhance the mixing effect, so that the specimens can be mixed and separated more easily.
The invention relates to a puncture blending method of a disposable specimen collecting cup, which comprises the following steps: firstly, unscrewing the sealing cover 2, holding the sealing cover 2, sampling by using the spoon part 32 of the collection spoon 3, and inserting the collection spoon 3 into the mixing cavity 11 after sampling (in the process, when the spoon part 32 passes through the first through hole 41 of the quantitative collection block 4, redundant samples on the spoon part 32 can be blocked by the quantitative collection block 4, so that the quantitative sampling effect is achieved); then the sealing cover 2 is screwed down, and the sample on the spoon part 32 faces the detection shooting surface 15, so that the directional shooting effect is achieved; then, after the disposable sample collecting cup is placed on a test tube rack of the fecal analyzer, a liquid adding needle of the fecal analyzer pierces the second puncture membrane 23 to add diluent into the mixing cavity 11, the diluent is pulled out after the diluent is added, and the second puncture membrane 23 automatically shrinks to a sealing state; then, the blending needle pierces the first puncture film 22 to be connected with the upper end driving head 31 of the collection spoon 3 in a matching manner, the collection spoon 3 is driven to rotate and stir in the blending cavity 11, and the sample and the diluent are fully and uniformly mixed (in the process, the first puncture film 22 is contracted and tightly attached to the surface of the sleeve of the blending needle, the sleeve and the first puncture film 22 are kept still, and the blending needle rotates in the sleeve); finally, the specimen enters the collection cavity 12 after passing through the filter screen 52 under the action of the drainage surface 13 and is collected in the egg collection groove 14, so that a good egg collection effect is achieved, detection is improved, and subsequent automatic collection of a fecal analyzer is facilitated.
Therefore, by adopting the disposable specimen collecting cup and the puncture blending method, the automatic diluent adding and the automatic blending separation can be carried out in a fully closed state, the sealing performance is good, the accuracy of the automatic blending separation is good, the egg collecting effect is good, the collection is safe, reliable and sanitary, no pollution is caused, the working efficiency is high, and the problems of low efficiency, complex operation, air pollution and the like caused by manual operation are completely solved.
