The conventional battery pack locking device is complex in structure, high in manufacturing cost, immature in structural technology and capable of verifying feasibility and durability in a large number of tests in the later stage. And the occupied space is large, the weight is heavy, and the light weight of the whole vehicle is not facilitated. The time for replacing the battery is long, the expandability in the later period is not high, and the quick replacement of the single battery can be realized. As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present application, the movable block 13 is a reversing mechanism, which reverses the battery to prevent the battery from falling, the battery compartment is connected to the vehicle body through a fastening element, the elastic element 14 is in a compressed state, when the push rod 23 moves upward along the vehicle body, the movable block 13 is driven to move horizontally toward the vehicle body, and the battery pack 3 falls on the battery tray 24, so as to unlock the battery, otherwise, the battery can be locked. And the battery pack locking mechanism is matched with the battery pack unlocking mechanism to realize the quick replacement of the battery pack 3 of the pure electric vehicle.

Claims (10)
1. A battery pack locking mechanism, comprising: a shell, a movable block (13) and an elastic piece (14),
the housing has opposing first (11) and second (12) side walls;
the movable block (13) has a first end disposed through the first side wall (11) and a second end having a maximum distance to the second side wall (12) that is less than the natural length of the resilient member (14);
one end of the elastic piece (14) is connected with the second end of the movable block (13), and the other end of the elastic piece (14) is connected with the second side wall (12);
be equipped with wedge arch (15) on movable block (13), wedge arch (15) set up downwards along vertical direction, wedge arch (15) are kept away from the one end of movable block (13) has the wedge face.
2. The battery pack locking mechanism of claim 1, wherein the second end is provided with a resilient member (14) mounting structure; and/or;
and an elastic piece (14) mounting structure is arranged on the second side wall (12) at a position corresponding to the movable block (13).
3. The battery pack locking mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the elastic member (14) is a return spring or an elastic piece.
4. A battery pack locking mechanism according to claim 3, wherein said wedge-shaped protrusion (15) is provided at said second end.
5. The battery pack locking mechanism according to claim 3, wherein the movable block (13) is further provided with a limiting protrusion (16), and the limiting protrusion (16) is used for controlling the length of the movable block (13) passing through the first side wall (11).

A battery pack unlocking mechanism, comprising: bottom plate (21), push rod (23) and driving motor (22), driving motor (22) set up on bottom plate (21), push rod (23) with driving motor (22) are connected, driving motor (22) are used for the drive push rod (23) are along vertical direction motion, push rod (23) are kept away from the one end of driving motor (22) has the wedge face.
7. The battery pack unlocking mechanism according to claim 6, further comprising a battery tray (24), wherein the battery tray (24) is provided on the bottom plate (21).
8. The battery pack unlocking mechanism according to claim 7, wherein a through hole is provided on the battery tray (24), and the push rod (23) passes through the through hole.
9. A battery pack (3), characterized in that the battery pack (3) is provided with a slot, and the slot can be inserted with the battery pack locking mechanism according to any one of claims 1-5.
10. A vehicle comprising a battery pack locking mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
