At present, waterproof breathable laminated fabrics have become a hotspot for research and development of textile products, and in functional textile fabrics, the waterproof breathable laminated fabrics are products with higher difficulty and higher technical content. (1) soaking a PES hot melt adhesive film in a hydrochloric acid solution, taking out, washing, then putting the PES hot melt adhesive film into the solution, preserving heat at 40-50 ℃, adjusting the pH to 7.5-8.0, adding an additive accounting for 3-6% of the mass of the PES hot melt adhesive film, raising the temperature to 60-70 ℃, and continuing preserving heat;
(2) after the heat preservation is finished, taking out the PES hot melt adhesive film for air drying, coating glue on one surface of the air-dried PES hot melt adhesive film, covering a layer of waterproof breathable film on the glue, putting the glue on extrusion equipment for extrusion, and setting the pressure to be 2-7 kg/cm2Collecting the dried substances at the drying temperature of 80-85 ℃;

(1) soaking a PES hot melt adhesive film in a 0.6mol/L hydrochloric acid solution for 1 hour, taking out, washing, then putting into the solution, preserving heat at 40-50 ℃ for 3 hours, adjusting the pH to 7.5-8.0, adding an additive accounting for 3-6% of the mass of the PES hot melt adhesive film, heating to 60-70 ℃, and continuing preserving heat for 2 hours;
(2) after the heat preservation is finished, taking out the PES hot melt adhesive film for air drying, coating glue on one surface of the air-dried PES hot melt adhesive film, covering a layer of waterproof breathable film on the glue, putting the glue on extrusion equipment for extrusion, and setting the pressure to be 2-7 kg/cm2Collecting the dried substances at the drying temperature of 80-85 ℃;
(3) placing the dried material in a humidifying room, setting the temperature to be 50-60 ℃, keeping the air humidity to be 70-80%, coating a mixture on one surface of a PES hot melt adhesive film of the dried material, wherein the coating thickness is 0.3-0.7 cm, and standing for 3-6 hours;
(4) and after standing is finished, obtaining a standing fabric, placing fabric layers on two sides of the standing fabric, and sewing and fixedly connecting elastic fibers with the diameter of 0.02-0.04 mm by using a fabric sewing machine to obtain the waterproof breathable fabric.
Example 1
The additive is any one of sodium bicarbonate and ammonium bicarbonate.
The glue is prepared by mixing hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, carboxymethyl starch and water according to the mass ratio of 4:3: 20.
The waterproof breathable film is any one of a TPU film and a PTFE film.
The preparation method of the mixture comprises the following steps:

(2) after the heat preservation is finished, taking out the PES hot melt adhesive film for air drying, coating glue on one surface of the air-dried PES hot melt adhesive film, covering a layer of waterproof breathable film on the glue, extruding the PES hot melt adhesive film on extrusion equipment, and setting the pressure to be 7kg/cm2Collecting the dried substances at the drying temperature of 85 ℃;
(3) placing the dried material in a humidifying room, setting the temperature at 60 ℃, keeping the air humidity at 80%, coating the mixture on one surface of the PES hot melt adhesive film of the dried material, wherein the coating thickness is 0.7cm, and standing for 6 hours;
(4) and after standing, obtaining a standing fabric, placing fabric layers on two sides of the standing fabric, and sewing and fixedly connecting elastic fibers with the diameter of 0.04mm by using a fabric sewing machine to obtain the waterproof and breathable fabric.
Example 2

(3) placing the dried material in a humidifying room, setting the temperature at 55 ℃, keeping the air humidity at 75%, coating the mixture on one surface of the PES hot melt adhesive film of the dried material, wherein the coating thickness is 0.5cm, and standing for 5 hours;
(4) and after standing, obtaining a standing fabric, placing fabric layers on two sides of the standing fabric, and sewing and fixedly connecting elastic fibers with the diameter of 0.03mm by using a fabric sewing machine to obtain the waterproof breathable fabric.
Example 3

(3) placing the dried material in a humidifying room, setting the temperature at 50 ℃, keeping the air humidity at 70%, coating the mixture on one surface of the PES hot melt adhesive film of the dried material, wherein the coating thickness is 0.3cm, and standing for 3 hours;
(4) and after standing, obtaining a standing fabric, placing fabric layers on two sides of the standing fabric, and sewing and fixedly connecting elastic fibers with the diameter of 0.02mm by using a fabric sewing machine to obtain the waterproof breathable fabric.
The waterproof breathable fabric prepared in the embodiment is tested for breaking strength and elongation of the prepared composite coating according to GB/T3923.1-2013 part 1 of tensile property of textile fabrics, namely determination of breaking strength and elongation at break (bar method); according to GB/T5453-1997 determination of textile fabric air permeability, the air permeability of the fabric is detected, and the test results are as follows:

In conclusion, the waterproof breathable fabric prepared by the invention has better performance.
Claims (8)
1. The preparation method of the waterproof breathable fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) soaking a PES hot melt adhesive film in a hydrochloric acid solution, taking out, washing, then putting the PES hot melt adhesive film into the solution, preserving heat at 40-50 ℃, adjusting the pH to 7.5-8.0, adding an additive accounting for 3-6% of the mass of the PES hot melt adhesive film, raising the temperature to 60-70 ℃, and continuing preserving heat;
(2) after the heat preservation is finished, taking out the PES hot melt adhesive film for air drying, coating glue on one surface of the air-dried PES hot melt adhesive film, covering a layer of waterproof breathable film on the glue, putting the glue on extrusion equipment for extrusion, and setting the pressure to be 2-7 kg/cm2Collecting the dried substances at the drying temperature of 80-85 ℃;
(3) placing the dried material in a humidifying room, setting the temperature to be 50-60 ℃, keeping the air humidity to be 70-80%, coating a mixture on one surface of a PES hot melt adhesive film of the dried material, wherein the coating thickness is 0.3-0.7 cm, and standing for 3-6 hours;
(4) and after standing is finished, obtaining a standing fabric, placing fabric layers on two sides of the standing fabric, and sewing and fixedly connecting elastic fibers with the diameter of 0.02-0.04 mm by using a fabric sewing machine to obtain the waterproof breathable fabric.
2. The method for preparing the waterproof and breathable fabric according to claim 1, wherein the additive in the step (1) is any one of sodium bicarbonate and ammonium bicarbonate.
3. The preparation method of the waterproof and breathable fabric according to claim 1, wherein the glue in the step (2) is formed by mixing hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, carboxymethyl starch and water according to a mass ratio of 4:3: 20.
4. The method for preparing the waterproof and breathable fabric according to claim 1, wherein the waterproof and breathable film in the step (2) is any one of a TPU film and a PTFE film.
5. The preparation method of the waterproof breathable fabric according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the mixture in the step (3) comprises the following steps:
A. uniformly mixing the cinnamyl-containing polyimide, the modified particles and a mixed solvent according to a mass ratio of 9: 2-4: 13 to obtain a base solution;
B. and (3) ultrasonically dispersing the base solution and tetrabutyl titanate uniformly according to the mass ratio of 12: 3-5, and vacuumizing and defoaming to obtain the mixture.
6. The preparation method of the waterproof and breathable fabric according to claim 5, wherein the modified particles in the step A are prepared by heating titanium dioxide, graphene, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and water according to a mass ratio of 7:3:0.1:20, filtering and drying.
7. The preparation method of the waterproof breathable fabric according to claim 5, wherein the mixed solvent in the step A is formed by mixing ethylene glycol and acetone according to a volume ratio of 9: 2-4.
8. The preparation method of the waterproof breathable fabric according to claim 1, wherein the fabric layer in the step (4) is any one of cotton fabric and silk fabric.
