Background
In the existing plastic bag making machine, the bag making machine generally makes plastic bags by heat sealing and cutting a plastic film through a heater and a cutting mechanism; when a plastic bag with curved side edges is manufactured, a plastic film is intermittently fed in the longitudinal direction thereof, and when the plastic film is stopped, a cutter moves toward the plastic film and a support table to cut the plastic film on the support table, thereby manufacturing the plastic bag.
When the cutter cuts the plastic film, a plurality of tiny connecting parts are left along the cutting line, and the plastic film is in a half-cutting state with fixed depth; in this case, the cutter must be pressed against the support table with a large force to cut the plastic film once.
Further, the following problems occur: 1. in order to cut the plastic film with a large force, a large power mechanism is required for driving; 2. if the force applied by the cutter is not uniform, the plastic film cannot be reliably cut off, and the cutter is damaged due to local compression, and the problem is more obvious when the cutter is in various shapes; 3. in order to avoid damage to the cutter, it is necessary to maintain parallelism between the cutter and the support table, and the movable tool holder to which the cutter is attached and the support table are required to have rigidity, which increases the weight and the size of the whole apparatus, and makes it difficult to move the movable table.
