To achieve the above object, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a self-service urination device includes a bladder stoma tube including an inner tube section located inside a bladder and an outer tube section located outside the bladder, a pressure sensor, a communication module, a urination pump unit, a power supply module and a warning unit, wherein a first urination orifice is provided near a distal end of the inner tube section, a plurality of circumferentially spaced air bags are disposed at positions close to a bladder wall, a second urination orifice is provided between the air bags, the pressure sensor is provided on the inner tube section for detecting pressure inside the bladder, the communication module is provided on the outer tube section for transmitting data detected by the pressure sensor to the warning unit, the urination pump unit is in fluid communication with the outer tube section, and the power supply module is used for supplying power to the pressure sensor, The communication module supplies power to the urination pump unit, and the warning unit is used for reminding a patient to operate the urination pump unit to urinate according to the pressure detected by the pressure sensor.
In an embodiment, the urination pump unit comprises a housing, a urination pump arranged in the housing, and a urination pump switch arranged on the housing, wherein an inlet of the urination pump is connected with the outer pipe section through a first urination pipe, an outlet of the urination pump is connected with a second urination pipe, and a urine outlet is arranged at the tail end of the second urination pipe.
In an embodiment, the bladder stoma tube is a three-cavity structure, and comprises an air bag cavity, a flushing cavity and a urination cavity between the air bag cavity and the flushing cavity, wherein one end of the air bag cavity is communicated with the air bag, the other end of the air bag cavity is provided with a check inflation inlet on the outer tube section, the flushing cavity is provided with a liquid inlet on the inner tube section and a check flushing port on the outer tube section, and the urination cavity is communicated with the first urination port, the second urination port and the first urination pipe.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following characteristics:

The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in order to more clearly understand the objects, features and advantages of the present invention. It should be understood that the embodiments shown in the drawings are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, but are merely intended to illustrate the spirit of the technical solution of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a self-service urination device may include a bladder stoma tube 1, a pressure sensor 2, a communication module 3, a urination pump unit 4, a power supply module (not shown), a warning unit (not shown), and the like. The bladder ostomy tube 1 is passed over the pubic symphysis into the bladder as the bladder fills. With continued reference to figure 2, the bladder stoma tube 1 is a three-lumen structure comprising a balloon lumen 16, an irrigation lumen 17 and a urination lumen 18 therebetween. In the particular embodiment shown, the balloon lumen 16 and the flushing lumen are each disposed on an outer wall of the urination chamber 18. The balloon lumen 16 communicates at one end with the balloon 14 and at the other end has a non-return inflation port 161 located on the outer tube section 12. Injection of mannitol from the non-return inflation port 161 expands the balloon 14 to prevent the bladder stoma 1 from backing out. The non-return inflation port 161 prevents the outflow of mannitol injected into the balloon 14. The balloon 14 is inflated to expose the second urination port 15, and the design is to prevent the first urination port 13 from mistakenly sucking the bladder wall to cause urine retention when the urination pump works. The flush chamber 17 has a liquid inlet port 171 located on the inner tube segment 11 and a check flush port 172 located on the outer tube segment 12. Thus, irrigation can be given to the bladder by injecting irrigation fluid from the non-return irrigation port 172, and irrigation fluid is discharged from the first and second urine discharge ports 13 and 15. If desired, certain medications may also be injected from the non-return flushing port 172 and into the bladder through the fluid inlet 171. The urination chamber 18 communicates with the first urination port 13, the second urination port 15, and the urination pump unit 4 (specifically, the first urination tube 44). That is, urine in the bladder enters the urination chamber 18 through the first urination port 13 and the second urination port 15 and is then discharged through the urination pump unit 4.
A pressure sensor 2 is arranged on the inner tube section 11 for detecting the pressure in the bladder. Preferably, the pressure sensor 2 is provided at the end of the inner tube section 11 to enable a more accurate measurement of the pressure within the bladder. The pressure sensor 2 may be a piezoresistive sensor or a piezoelectric sensor.
A communication module 3, for example a wireless communication module, is arranged on the outer pipe section 12 for transmitting data detected by the pressure sensor 2 to the alarm unit. The communication module 3 can be a wireless transmitter or a circuit board with a wireless communication function, and can also send data to the warning unit through a line. The specific structure thereof is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described herein.
The urinary pump unit 4 may be secured to the patient's abdomen by an abdominal belt (not shown) or may be suspended from the patient's abdomen by an applicator 5. In the embodiment shown, the urine pump unit 4 comprises a housing 41, a urine pump 42 arranged in said housing 41 and a urine pump switch 43 arranged on said housing. An inlet of the urination pump 42 is connected to the bladder ostomy tube 1 (specifically, the distal end port of the outer tube section 12) through a first urination tube 44, an outlet of the urination pump 42 is connected to a second urination tube 45, and the second urination tube 45 has a urine outlet 451 at the distal end thereof for discharging urine out of the body. Preferably, the first urinary drain tube 44 is engaged with the end port of the outer tube section 12 by a threaded connection. Specifically, the distal port of the outer tube section 12 is internally threaded and the first urinary catheter tube 44 is externally threaded. Of course, the urination pump unit 4 may take other configurations, for example, the housing 41 may be absent.

As shown in fig. 4, the bottom of the housing 41 is designed with a sealing cover 411, which can be opened and closed by a sealing cover switch 412, a sealing pad 413 is arranged in the sealing cover 411, and the sealing pad 413 is tightly connected with the urine outlet 451 when the sealing cover 411 is closed, so as to prevent inconvenience caused by residual urine and external seepage. Urine outlet 451 is designed to be tapered to collect urine and prevent the urine from spreading around during urination.
The power module is used to power the pressure sensor 2, the communication module 3 and the urine pump 42 to enable them to operate. In the illustrated embodiment, the power module includes dry cells and button cells. Wherein dry batteries are arranged in the housing 41 for powering the urine pump 42 and button batteries for powering the wireless communication module 3 and the pressure sensor 2. In particular, the pressure sensor 2 is connected to the communication module 3 by a membrane microcircuit (not shown) in the bladder stoma tube 1, and a button cell is provided in the communication module 3 to power the pressure sensor and itself. The warning unit is used for reminding the patient to urinate according to the pressure detected by the pressure sensor. Preferably, the bladder ostomy tube 1 is made of a soft silicone material. A self-service urination device is characterized by comprising a bladder stoma tube, a pressure sensor, a communication module, a urination pump unit, a power module and a warning unit, wherein the bladder stoma tube comprises an inner tube section positioned in a bladder and an outer tube section positioned outside the bladder, a first urination port is arranged near the tail end of the inner tube section, a plurality of air bags which are circumferentially spaced are arranged at positions close to the bladder wall, a second urination port is arranged between the air bags, the pressure sensor is arranged on the inner tube section and used for detecting the pressure in the bladder, the communication module is arranged on the outer tube section and used for sending data detected by the pressure sensor to the warning unit, the urination pump unit is communicated with the outer tube section in a fluid mode, and the power module is used for supplying power to the pressure sensor, the communication module and the urination pump unit, the warning unit is used for reminding a patient to operate the urination pump unit to urinate according to the pressure detected by the pressure sensor.

The self-service urination device according to claim 1, wherein the urination pump unit comprises a housing, a urination pump arranged in the housing, and a urination pump switch arranged on the housing, wherein an inlet of the urination pump is connected with the outer pipe section through a first urination pipe, an outlet of the urination pump is connected with a second urination pipe, and a urine outlet is arranged at the tail end of the second urination pipe.

The self-service urination device as defined in claim 2, wherein the bladder stoma tube has a three-lumen structure comprising a balloon lumen, an irrigation lumen and a urination lumen therebetween, the balloon lumen having one end in communication with the balloon and the other end having a non-return inflation port on the outer tube section, the irrigation lumen having a fluid inlet on the inner tube section and a non-return irrigation port on the outer tube section, the urination lumen in communication with the first, second and first urination ports.
4. The self-service urinary drainage device of claim 1, further comprising a patch adhered to the abdomen of the patient, the patch having an aperture therein through which the cystotome tube can pass.
5. The self-service urinary device of claim 4 wherein the applicator is made of a skin-friendly adhesive material.
6. The self-service urination device as recited in claim 1, further comprising an abdominal belt for securing the urination pump unit on the abdomen of the patient.
7. The self-service urination device as defined in claim 2, wherein the power module comprises a dry cell for powering the urination pump and a button cell for powering the communication module and the pressure sensor.
8. The self-service urinary drainage device of claim 1, wherein a membrane microcircuit is provided within the cystostomy for connecting the pressure sensor and the power module.
9. The self-service urination device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bottom of the housing has a closable flap, a sealing pad being provided in the flap, the sealing pad being in close contact with the urine outlet when the flap is closed.
10. The self-service urination device as recited in claim 1, wherein the warning unit is a smart phone, a tablet, or a smart suit.
