The invention discloses a liftable automatic material turning system for rubber mould products, which comprises: the bearing disc is arranged below the rubber mold and is used for bearing the rubber product pushed out of the rubber mold; the turnover mechanism is at least used for driving the bearing disc to turn over for 90 degrees so that the bearing disc is vertically downward; the lifting mechanism is used for driving the bearing disc to lift; the linear vibrator is used for receiving the rubber product falling from the receiving disc; the two ends of the conveying belt are respectively connected with the linear vibrator and detection equipment for detecting rubber products; and a control unit. The rubber product pushed out by the injection mold can be collected and transferred onto the conveying belt, so that the detection is convenient, the butt joint of the injection molding equipment and the detection equipment is realized, the trouble of manually conveying the rubber product onto the detection equipment for detection is avoided, and the time and the labor are saved.

Background
Rubber injection molding is a production method in which rubber is directly injected from a cylinder into a mold for vulcanization. The rubber injection molding has the advantages that: although the method is an intermittent operation, the forming period is short, the production efficiency is high, the blank preparation process is eliminated, the labor intensity is low, and the product quality is excellent.
At present, the rubber product can be used in the aspect of people life, the rubber product is almost formed by utilizing the mold for heat molding, the rubber product can be ejected out by the injection mold after molding, the rubber product is collected by the collecting mechanism, and the collected rubber product is transported away for detection. However, the method of collecting rubber products requires manual or machine transportation to the inspection line for inspection, which wastes time and labor.

As one preferable scheme of the present invention, the turnover mechanism includes two turnover cylinders, the turnover cylinders are fixedly disposed on a bracket, the bearing plate is fixedly disposed on a fixing block, and rotation shafts of the two turnover cylinders are respectively fixedly connected to two sides of the fixing block.
Preferably, the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting cylinder, the lifting cylinder is fixedly arranged on the base, and a telescopic rod of the lifting cylinder is fixedly connected with the lower part of the support.
Still further preferably, the lifting cylinder adopts a double-guide-rod cylinder.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a cooling mechanism is further provided outside the receiving tray, and the cooling mechanism cools the receiving tray.
Further preferably, the cooling mechanism comprises a cold air blower.
As one preferable scheme of the present invention, both sides of the linear vibrator and one end close to the turnover mechanism are provided with a barrier.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the conveyor belt is provided with baffles on both sides thereof.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has at least the following advantages:
1) the rubber mould product lifting automatic material turning system provided by the invention can collect rubber products pushed out by an injection mould and transfer the collected rubber products to the conveying belt, so that the detection is convenient, therefore, the butt joint of injection equipment and detection equipment is realized, the trouble of manually conveying the rubber products to the detection equipment for detection is avoided, and the time and the labor are saved.
2) The cooling mechanism in the invention can cool the rubber product, thereby accelerating the self-cooling speed of the rubber product.
3) The linear vibrator of the invention can arrange the rubber products falling from the bearing disc and then convey the rubber products to the detection equipment in sequence.

the turnover mechanism 2 is fixedly connected with the lower part of the bearing disc 1, and the turnover mechanism 2 is at least used for driving the bearing disc 1 to turn over for 90 degrees so that the bearing disc 1 faces downwards vertically;
the lifting mechanism 3 is fixedly connected with the turnover mechanism 2, and the lifting mechanism 3 is used for driving the bearing disc 1 to lift;
a linear vibrator 4, wherein the linear vibrator 4 is positioned obliquely below the receiving tray 1, and the linear vibrator 4 is used for receiving rubber products falling from the receiving tray 1;

The turnover mechanism 2 comprises two turnover cylinders 21, the turnover cylinders 21 are fixedly arranged on a support 22, the bearing disc 1 is fixedly arranged on a fixing block 23, and rotating shafts of the two turnover cylinders 21 are fixedly connected with two sides of the fixing block 23 respectively.
The lifting mechanism 3 comprises a lifting cylinder 31, the lifting cylinder 31 is fixedly arranged on a base 32, and a telescopic rod of the lifting cylinder 31 is fixedly connected with the lower part of the bracket 22. It is further preferred that the lifting cylinder 31 is a double-guide-rod cylinder.
The receiving tray 1 is further provided with a cooling mechanism 7, the cooling mechanism 7 is used for cooling the receiving tray 1, and the cooling mechanism 7 comprises a cold air blower 71. The cooling mechanism 7 can cool the rubber product quickly, thereby facilitating subsequent detection.
Both sides of the linear vibrator 4 and one end close to the turnover mechanism 2 are provided with a barrier by which the rubber products can be prevented from falling off the linear vibrator 4. The conveyor belt 5 is provided on both sides with dams by which rubber products can be prevented from falling off the conveyor belt 5.
The working principle of the lifting automatic material turning system for the rubber mold product provided by the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
after the injection molding of the injection mold is finished, the mold is opened, the rubber product is pushed out by the mold, at the moment, the lifting mechanism 3 drives the bearing disc 1 to be in a jacking position, the bearing disc 1 bears the rubber product pushed out of the mold, and the blowing mechanism blows air to the rubber product;
then, the lifting cylinder 31 drives the bearing disc 1 to descend for a set distance, then the overturning cylinder 21 drives the bearing disc 1 to overturn, and the rubber product in the bearing disc 1 falls onto the linear vibrator 4;
the rubber products are arranged on the linear vibrator 4 in a vibrating mode, conveyed to the conveying belt 5 and conveyed to the detection equipment 6 through the conveying belt 5 for detection.
And in the process from pushing out the rubber product after the mold is opened to injection molding again, the lifting automatic material turning system completes carrying and conveying of the product.
