Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems in the related field, the invention provides a triangular support data search platform for balance, which can search whether a tower crane is in a horizontal balance state on site or not according to the shape corresponding to a triangular support formed by a tower top, a crane boom and a balance arm, so as to correspondingly determine whether the tower crane is in the horizontal balance state or not.
Therefore, the invention needs to have the following two key points:
(1) detecting a triangular support which stabilizes the overall balance of the tower crane in the horizontal direction by adopting a customized detection mechanism so as to confirm a horizontal balance state when a triangular shape corresponding to the triangular support is detected, and otherwise, confirming a horizontal unbalance state;
(2) and storing a triangular shape corresponding to the triangular support in advance for subsequent detection, wherein the triangular shape is a shape corresponding to the triangular support formed by the tower top, the crane boom and the balance arm in a horizontal balance state.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a triangulated data search platform for balancing, the platform comprising:
the tower top is positioned on the tower crane and comprises a tower cap, and the tower top is connected to a crane boom and a balance arm through a pull rod on the tower cap to form a triangular support for stabilizing the overall balance of the tower crane in the horizontal direction;
the tower cap is connected with the tower body and connected with the slewing bearing to keep the balance of the whole tower body, and excessive twisting force cannot be generated in steering;
the real-time imaging mechanism is arranged opposite to the tower top and is used for performing real-time imaging operation on the periphery of the tower top so as to obtain a corresponding image around the tower top;
the point image restoration device is connected with the instant imaging mechanism and used for executing point image restoration processing on the received image around the tower top so as to obtain a corresponding point image restoration image;
the rotation correction device is connected with the point image restoration device and used for executing rotation correction processing on the received point image restoration image to obtain a corresponding rotation correction image;
an edge enhancement device connected to the rotation correction device for performing an edge enhancement process on the received rotation-corrected image to obtain an edge-enhanced image;
the shape detection device is connected with the edge enhancement device and used for receiving the edge enhancement image, searching a triangular shape corresponding to the triangular support in the edge enhancement image and sending a horizontal balance command when the search is successful;
wherein the shape detection device is further configured to issue a horizontal tilt command when a triangular shape corresponding to the triangular support is not searched in the edge-enhanced image;
the shape detection device further comprises a built-in storage unit, wherein the built-in storage unit is used for storing triangular shapes corresponding to the triangular supports in advance;
wherein the point image restoration device, the rotation correction device, the edge enhancement device, and the shape detection device are disposed opposite to the tower top.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a method for searching for balanced triangular support data, the method comprising using the triangular support data search platform for balancing as described above to search for a shape corresponding to a triangular support formed by a tower top, a boom and a balance arm in a horizontal balanced state in real time.
The triangular support data search platform and the method for balancing are stable in operation and effective in identification. Because the existence analysis is carried out on the horizontal balance state of the tower crane by adopting an intelligent detection mechanism, the unbalance state of the tower crane can be found in time.
Detailed Description
Embodiments of the balanced, triangulated data search platform and method of the present invention are described in detail below.
The image detection is to use a machine to replace human eyes for measurement and judgment. The machine vision system is that a machine vision product (namely an image shooting device which is divided into a CMOS (complementary metal oxide semiconductor) product and a CCD (charge coupled device) product) converts a shot target into an image signal, transmits the image signal to a special image processing system, and converts the image signal into a digital signal according to information such as pixel distribution, brightness, color and the like; and a system such as smart graph recognition system software that analyzes these signals and performs various calculations to extract the characteristics of the target, and then controls the field devices based on the results of the discrimination.
An exemplary image inspection system comprises: the system comprises a light source, a lens, an industrial camera (comprising a CCD camera and a COMS camera), an image acquisition unit, image processing software, a monitor, a communication/input/output unit and the like.
At present, if the appearance of some parts of a tower crane is mismatched with the appearance of the parts in a normal operation state in operation, the tower crane is generally a sign of inclination or even unbalance of the tower crane, for example, the shape corresponding to a triangular support formed by the tower top, a crane arm and a balance arm in a horizontal balance state of the tower crane is fixed, however, a processing mechanism for analyzing the state of the tower crane by using the characteristics is not provided at present, and a feeling behind the inclination or even unbalance scene of the tower crane is known.
In order to overcome the defects, the invention builds a triangular support data search platform and a method for balance, and can effectively solve the corresponding technical problems.
The triangular support data search platform for balancing according to the embodiment of the invention comprises:
the tower top is positioned on the tower crane and comprises a tower cap, and the tower top is connected to a crane boom and a balance arm through a pull rod on the tower cap to form a triangular support for stabilizing the overall balance of the tower crane in the horizontal direction;
the tower cap is connected with the tower body and connected with the slewing bearing to keep the balance of the whole tower body, and excessive twisting force cannot be generated in steering;
the real-time imaging mechanism is arranged opposite to the tower top and is used for performing real-time imaging operation on the periphery of the tower top so as to obtain a corresponding image around the tower top;

an edge enhancement device connected to the rotation correction device for performing an edge enhancement process on the received rotation-corrected image to obtain an edge-enhanced image;
the shape detection device is connected with the edge enhancement device and used for receiving the edge enhancement image, searching a triangular shape corresponding to the triangular support in the edge enhancement image and sending a horizontal balance command when the search is successful;
wherein the shape detection device is further configured to issue a horizontal tilt command when a triangular shape corresponding to the triangular support is not searched in the edge-enhanced image;
the shape detection device further comprises a built-in storage unit, wherein the built-in storage unit is used for storing triangular shapes corresponding to the triangular supports in advance;
wherein the point image restoration device, the rotation correction device, the edge enhancement device, and the shape detection device are disposed opposite to the tower top.

Meanwhile, in order to overcome the defects, the invention also builds a triangular support data searching method for balance, which comprises the step of using the triangular support data searching platform for balance to search the shape corresponding to the triangular support formed by the tower top, the crane boom and the balance arm in a horizontal balance state in real time.
In addition, the shape detection device may be implemented using a generic array logic device GAL.
General Array Logic GAL (general Array Logic www.husoon.com) devices were the first electrically erasable, programmable, settable encryption bit PLDs invented by LATTICE. Representative GAL chips are GAL16V8, GAL20, which are capable of emulating almost all types of PAL devices. In practical application, GAL device has 100% compatibility to PAL device emulation, so GAL can almost completely replace PAL device, and can replace most SSI, MSI digital integrated circuit, thus obtaining wide application.
The biggest difference between GAL and PAL is that the output structure of the GAL is user-definable and is a programmable output structure. Two basic models of GAL, GAL16V8 (20 pins) GAL20V8 (24 pins), replace ten PAL devices, and are therefore called pain programmable circuits. The output of the PAL is well defined by the manufacturer, the chip is fixed after being selected, and the user can not change the chip.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to program instructions, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program performs the steps including the method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: Read-Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
