Abstract
The invention provides an airplane onboard diet heating assembly. The assembly consists of a frame, a control panel, a heating box, a heating water tank, a water accumulating box, a storage compartment, a spare water tank compartment, a garbage can compartment and a garbage can. Wherein: the frame is fixed by adopting a honeycomb plate and profile parts through a screw connection and gluing mode; the heating box and the frame are electrically connected through an electric connector in a butt joint mode, and are fixed in a bolt and nut connection mode; the heating water tank is in butt joint with the frame through an electric connector and is fixed in a limiting mode; the storage compartment, the spare water tank compartment and the garbage can compartment are provided with door components which can be opened or closed, and each door component is provided with two door locks to realize double locking; the heating of food and drinking water is realized through the electric control system in the heating box and the heating water tank, and the whole device adopts a shielding cable and solves the electromagnetic shielding problem of airborne equipment through conductive oxidation treatment. Technical Field

Background
The special airplane has narrow structural space, low air pressure and temperature during high-altitude flight, large vibration bump and difficult food and water drinking guarantee for crew. Under the prior art condition, various sensors, heating pipes, fans, heat insulation materials, chips for circuit design and other electronic components are mature products, and mature food heating and drinking water heating equipment is also arranged in actual life, but is influenced by the working environment and the space environment of the airplane, and the equipment can not be simply transplanted to a special airplane. Therefore, an onboard diet heating component which can be applied to a special airplane needs to be researched and developed.

Referring to fig. 1, the onboard diet heating assembly of the present embodiment is composed of a frame 4, a control panel 1, an onboard heating tank 2, an onboard heating water tank 3, a large storage compartment 5, a small storage compartment 6, a spare water tank compartment 7, a garbage bin compartment 8, and a garbage bin 9.

The food is put into the onboard heating box, the cabinet door is closed, and heating is started. When the preset heating time and temperature are reached, the heating box keeps cyclic heating, and the heat is prevented from flowing outwards through the heat-insulating layer, so that the temperature of the food is kept within a specified range. When the food is eaten, the stop button is pressed to stop heating, then the power button of the heating box is turned off, and the heating box is powered off.
The power supply of the heating water tank is connected, the electric control system works, the water temperature in the inner container is continuously increased, when the water temperature reaches the set temperature of the control system, the electric control system cuts off the current to stop heating, and when the water temperature is lower than the set temperature, the electric control system is connected with the current to start heating; keeping the water temperature within a certain range.
The heating cabinet has the overheat prevention function, a temperature controller and a temperature relay are designed in the heating cabinet, the temperature inside the heating cabinet is monitored simultaneously, the temperature inside the heating cabinet is controlled by the temperature controller when the equipment works normally, and when the temperature controller fails, the direct current power supply of a system is directly cut off by the temperature relay within a certain temperature range.
The heating water tank has the function of preventing overheating, and the design of its inner bag bottom has the temperature relay of two different temperature points, and equipment normal during operation relies on the temperature relay control heating state that the temperature point is low, when this temperature relay accident goes wrong, if the temperature reachs another temperature relay's accuse temperature point, this temperature relay opens work, can effectual control heating temperature.
The electric control system in the heating water tank is also provided with an anti-dry heating protection circuit, and when the water level in the heating water tank is continuously lower than the set water level of the liquid level monitoring system, the anti-dry heating module can automatically cut off the power supply, so that the equipment dry heating is prevented from influencing the system safety.
The circuit breakers are arranged in the direct current circuit and the alternating current circuit in the electric control system, strong current is controlled according to weak current, and a three-phase alternating current power supply is switched on and off by power devices such as a direct current control relay when the current is overloaded, so that equipment fault diffusion caused by the current overload is prevented.
The electric control system adopts the shielding cable and adopts the conductive oxidation treatment, so that the electromagnetic radiation generated during the electric work can be shielded, the electromagnetic radiation is prevented from leaking to influence and interfere the normal function of the electric instrument of the special airplane, and the flight safety of the airplane is ensured.
