Background
The high-speed tablet press is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, can produce high tablet yield and stable tablet quality, can produce round tablets, special-shaped tablets, cartoon tablets, annular tablets and double-layer tablets, and can produce double-sided character tablets. As pharmaceutical manufacturers have become more demanding on the quality of tablets, especially tablets with double-sided lettering, the upper and lower lettering of the tablets have to be aligned, which presents new challenges for tablet presses and the dies of the tablet presses, and improvements and innovations have to be made to meet the quality requirements of the products.
Generally, characters are arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of a pressed round tablet, convex characters are processed on the surfaces of an upper punch and a lower punch, the surface of the produced tablet is concave, an upper punch and a lower punch do lifting motion around a guide rail when working, and the punches do autorotation motion under the action of the guide rail, so that the characters on the upper surface and the lower surface of the pressed round tablet cannot be aligned, and the pressed round tablet looks unattractive. The middle position of some tablet shapes is also designed with a deep score line, the upper and lower surfaces are provided with scores and are aligned, and if half tablets are taken, the tablet can be conveniently broken from the scores;
according to the traditional processing technology, firstly, a key groove is processed in each upper punched hole of an upper middle punching disc by a key slot method, then a key groove is processed in each lower punched hole of a lower punching disc by a key slot method, and then the lower punching disc is assembled with the upper middle punching disc. The lower plunger of the tablet presses produced by a plurality of manufacturers is not provided with a key, the lower punching plate is not provided with a key groove, when the tablet presses are used for producing round tablets with characters, the lower plunger rotates in the lower punching under the action of friction force of the guide rail, and the produced tablets have different upper and lower character directions.

The embodiment of the invention provides a tablet press for pressing double-sided character-carrying tablets, which can solve the problem that the upper and lower surfaces of the tablets pressed by the traditional tablet press are not correct in font, is applied to a high-speed tablet press and meets the requirement of producing double-sided character-carrying tablets in batches in pharmaceutical factories; stable production quality and continuous mass production.
The embodiment of the invention provides a tablet press for pressing a double-sided tape type tablet, which comprises a tablet press rack, wherein a punching disc assembly and a forced feeder are arranged on the tablet press rack, and the punching disc assembly comprises an upper punching disc, a middle punching disc, a lower punching disc, an upper punching rod, a middle die, a lower punching rod, an upper pressing wheel and a lower pressing wheel; a middle punching disc is arranged below the upper punching disc, and a lower punching disc is arranged below the middle punching disc;
the upper punching disc is uniformly provided with a plurality of upper punching holes, an upper punching rod is inserted into the upper punching holes, an upper pressing wheel is arranged above the upper punching rod, a plurality of middle die holes are uniformly arranged on the middle punching disc, a middle die is arranged inside the middle die holes, a plurality of lower punching holes are uniformly arranged on the lower punching disc, a lower punching rod is inserted into the lower punching holes, and a lower pressing wheel is arranged below the lower punching rod;
a tablet outlet baffle is arranged on the lower punching disc of the tablet press frame, tablets are placed in the tablet outlet baffle, and one end of the tablet outlet baffle is connected with a tablet outlet box;

Preferably, the power mechanism comprises a main motor, a motor belt pulley, a synchronous belt, a speed reducer belt pulley, a speed reducer and a main shaft; the output shaft end of the main motor is provided with a motor belt wheel, the motor belt wheel is in transmission connection with a speed reducer belt wheel through a synchronous belt, the speed reducer belt wheel is installed on a speed reducer, an output shaft hole of the speed reducer is connected with the bottom end of the main shaft, and the upper end of the main shaft is fixedly connected with the punching disc assembly.
Preferably, the upper punching hole, the middle die hole and the lower punching hole correspond to each other one by one, and the upper punching hole, the middle die hole and the lower punching hole are positioned on the same reference axis; the aperture of the middle die hole is larger than the apertures of the upper punching hole and the lower punching hole;
preferably, characters are correspondingly engraved at one ends of the upper punch and the lower punch.
The embodiment of the invention adopts at least one technical scheme which can achieve the following beneficial effects: when the punching disc assembly rotates, the upper punch rod is downwards extruded by the upper pressing wheel to enable the bottom end of the upper punch rod to enter the middle die hole, the lower punch rod is upwards extruded by the lower pressing wheel to enable the head of the lower punch rod to apply pressure to materials in the middle die hole, the materials form tablets with characters on the upper surface and the lower surface in the middle die, and the characters on the upper surface and the lower surface are aligned.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1-4, a tablet press for pressing a double-sided tape type tablet includes a tablet press frame 1, a die plate assembly 10 and a forced feeder 133 are mounted on the tablet press frame 1, the die plate assembly 10 includes an upper die plate 104, a middle die plate 106, a lower die plate 109, an upper punch 102, a middle die 105, a lower punch 107, an upper press wheel 101 and a lower press wheel 110; a middle punching disc 106 is arranged below the upper punching disc 104, and a lower punching disc 109 is arranged below the middle punching disc 106; fixing the upper punching plate 104 and the middle punching plate 106 into a whole in a hot assembly mode, processing an upper punching hole 111 and a middle die hole 112, then fixedly combining the processed lower punching plate 109 with the upper punching plate 104 and the middle punching plate 106 by using positioning pins and screws to form the upper punching hole 111, the middle die hole 112 and a lower punching hole 113 which are coaxial, then enabling the resistance wire to penetrate out from the upper punching hole 111 through the middle die hole 112 and then through the lower punching hole 113, and cutting a guide key groove 114 in the upper punching hole 111 and the lower punching hole 113 by a wire cutting process method, wherein the hole diameter of the middle die hole 112 is larger than that of the upper punching hole 111 and the lower punching hole 113, so that no mark can be cut in the middle die hole 112, and therefore, the method for processing the key groove by adopting one process of the upper punching hole and the lower punching hole ensures that the guide key grooves; and the fonts on the upper punch 102 and the lower punch 107 correspond to the guide key grooves 114; the middle die 105 is inserted into the middle die hole 112, the upper punch 102 with the key and the character is inserted into the upper punch hole 111 of the upper punch plate 104, and the lower punch 107 with the key and the character is inserted into the lower punch hole 113 of the lower punch plate 109, and the assembly is completed.
Evenly seted up a plurality of upper punch 111 on the upper punch plate 104, the inside grafting of upper punch 111 has upper punch 102, pinch roller 101 is installed to upper punch 102's top, evenly seted up a plurality of well die orifice 112 on well punch plate 106, the internally mounted of well die orifice 112 has well mould 105, seted up even a plurality of down punch 113 on the lower punch plate 109, the inside grafting of down punch 113 has down punch 107, pinch roller 110 is installed to the below of lower punch 107.
The tablet press frame 1 is provided with a tablet outlet baffle 3 on the lower punching disc 109, tablets 4 are placed in the tablet outlet baffle 3, and one end of the tablet outlet baffle 3 is connected with a tablet outlet box 5.
Guide key slots 114 are formed in the upper punching hole 111 and the lower punching hole 113, an upper punch key 103 is installed on the upper punch 102, the upper punch key 103 is inserted into the guide key slots 114 in the upper punching hole 111, a lower punch key 108 is installed on the lower punch 107, and the lower punch 107 is inserted into the guide key slots 114 in the lower punching hole 113.
In the prior art, when the punch moves in the die, the punch easily rotates along with the guide rail, the upper punch 102 and the lower punch 107 are limited and fixed through the lower punch key 108, the upper punch key 103 and the guide key groove 114, and the upper punch 102 and the lower punch 107 are prevented from rotating.
The upper punch rod 102 is mounted on an ascending guide rail 121, a punch baffle 122 is mounted above the ascending guide rail 121, a protective baffle 123 is mounted on one side of the punch baffle 122, a pressing-down guide rail 125 is mounted on one side of the protective baffle 123, an upper pre-pressing wheel 126 is mounted between the pressing-down guide rail 125 and the upper pressing wheel 101, and a corresponding lower pre-pressing wheel 128 is mounted right below the upper pre-pressing wheel 126.
A filling protection guide rail 129 is installed on one side of the lower pre-pressing wheel 128, a filling guide rail 130 is installed on one side of the filling protection guide rail 129, a filling quantitative guide rail 131 is installed below the filling guide rail 130, a pull-down guide rail 132 is installed on one side of the filling quantitative guide rail 131, a sheet discharging protection guide rail 135 is installed on one side of the pull-down guide rail 132, and a sheet discharging guide rail 136 is installed on one side of the sheet discharging protection guide rail 135.
After the tablet 4 is processed, the tablet discharging guide rail 136 drives the lower punch 107 to move upwards to eject the tablet 4 out of the middle mold 105, then the tablet discharging baffle 3 above the middle mold 105 keeps the tablet 4 in the tablet discharging box 5, the tablet discharging protection guide rail 135 is used for limiting and protecting the lower punch 107 to prevent the lower punch 107 from being ejected too high to push the tablet 4 to the tablet discharging baffle 3, the lower pull guide rail 132 drives the lower punch 107 to slowly pull downwards for a certain distance, so that the forced feeder 133 feeds the middle mold 105, the filling quantitative guide rail 131 drives the punch of the lower punch 107 to eject upwards, and the powder scraper 124 scrapes away the materials which are filled too much; the upper punch 102 and the lower punch 107 are driven by the upper pressing wheel 101 and the lower pressing wheel 110 to extrude the material in the middle mold 105, and the material forms the tablet 4 with characters on the upper surface and the lower surface in the middle mold 105.
A material blocking rod 134 is arranged on one side of the forced feeder 133, and a powder scraping plate 124 is arranged on the other side of the forced feeder 133; the powder scraper 124 is used to scrape away the overfill.
The bottom of the tablet press machine frame 1 is provided with a power mechanism 2, and the upper punching disc 104, the middle punching disc 106 and the lower punching disc 109 are fixedly connected through positioning pins and screws.
The power mechanism 2 comprises a main motor 21, a motor belt pulley 22, a synchronous belt 23, a speed reducer belt pulley 25, a speed reducer 26 and a main shaft 24; the output shaft end of the main motor 21 is provided with a motor belt pulley 22, the motor belt pulley 22 is in transmission connection with a speed reducer belt pulley 25 through a synchronous belt 23, the speed reducer belt pulley 25 is installed on a speed reducer 26, an output shaft hole of the speed reducer 26 is connected with the bottom end of a main shaft 24, and the upper end of the main shaft 24 is fixedly connected with the punching disc assembly 10.
The upper punching holes 111, the middle punching holes 112 and the lower punching holes 113 are in one-to-one correspondence, and the upper punching holes 111, the middle punching holes 112 and the lower punching holes 113 are located on the same reference axis; the hole diameter of the middle die hole 112 is larger than the hole diameters of the upper punch hole 111 and the lower punch hole 113.
Punches are arranged at one ends of the upper punch 102 and the lower punch 107, and characters are correspondingly engraved on the punches.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: starting the tablet press, the main motor 21 drives the motor belt wheel 22 to rotate, then the speed reducer belt wheel 25 is driven to rotate through the synchronous belt 23, the output shaft hole of the speed reducer 26 is connected with the main shaft 24, the upper part of the main shaft 24 is connected with the punching disc assembly 10, the punching disc rotates, materials are added into the middle die 105 through the forced feeder 133, the forced feeder 133 is fixed on the tablet press frame 1 and positioned above the middle punching disc 106, when the punching disc assembly rotates, the upper punch 102 is downwards extruded by the upper press wheel 101 to enable the bottom end of the upper punch 102 to enter the middle die hole 112, the lower punch 107 is upwards extruded by the lower punch 110 to enable the head of the lower punch 107 to apply pressure on the materials in the middle die hole 112, the materials form tablets 4 with fonts on the upper and the lower surfaces in the middle die, and the fonts on the upper punch 102 and the lower punch 107 are aligned, because the upper punch key 103 and the lower punch key 108 are respectively arranged on the upper punch 102 and the lower, the guide key groove 114 is machined at one time, the vertical direction precision is high, in the rotating process of the punching disc assembly 104, the upper punch rod 102 and the lower punch rod 107 can only move up and down and cannot rotate under the action of the upper lifting guide rail 121 and the punching disc key groove 114, the alignment of upper and lower face fonts of produced tablets is guaranteed, the punching disc assembly 10 rotates to another station, the tablets 4 are pushed out of the die 105 by the lower punch rod 107, and the tablets are blocked to the tablet outlet box 5 by the tablet outlet baffle plate 3 and flow into the tablet collecting barrel.
