The outer side of the second fixing plate 5 is also provided with: the total motor is coaxial with the second fixing plate 5 and is used for driving the second fixing plate 5 to rotate, and the second fixing plate 5 is connected with the first fixing plate 4 through the dust separation plate 14, so that the fixing assembly 2 integrally rotates to achieve the purpose of switching the workpiece 8. A dust suction pipe 15 is arranged between the first fixing plate 4 and the second fixing plate 5, the dust suction pipe 15 is coaxial with the first fixing plate 4 and the second fixing plate 5 and is used for sucking flying-out and falling powder of the workpiece 8 during spraying, and a plurality of dust suction ports are formed in the peripheral side of the dust suction pipe 15. The cooling assembly includes: the cooling head 20 and the bearing 21 arranged on the first fixing plate 4, the bearing 21 is connected with the first fixture 6, the first fixture 6 is hollow, the cooling head 20 penetrates through the bearing 21 and the first fixture 6 to communicate with the workpiece 8, the first fixture 6 is connected with the bearing 21, the first fixture 6 can rotate relative to the first fixing plate 4, when the workpiece 8 is sprayed, the workpiece 8, the first fixture 6 and the second fixture 7 rotate, and the cooling head 20 is fixed with the first fixing plate 4 and the second fixing plate 5.
The cooling head 20 is connected with a water inlet pipe 22 and a water outlet pipe 23, the water inlet pipe 22 and the water outlet pipe 23 are both provided with valves, and the valves can be manual valves or electric valves electrically connected with the main control module. When carrying out the spraying of a work piece 8, the valve of inlet tube 22 and drain pipe 23 on the cooling head 20 that corresponds is opened, and inlet tube 22 continues to input cooling water to cooling head 20, and in the cooling water got into work piece 8, it flowed out from drain pipe 23 to be full of work piece 8 for be full of the lower cooling water of temperature all the time in the work piece 8, carry out the spraying cooling to work piece 8.

The water discharged from the water discharge pipe 23 flows to the rotary connector 17 through the matching connector 19 and is output from the main water outlet pipe 29, and the water inlet pipe 22 and the water outlet pipe are integrated on the matching connector 19, so that the pipeline arrangement is greatly simplified, and the arrangement space of the pipeline is saved.
After the painting of a workpiece 8 is completed, the drain pipe 23 cannot quickly drain the cooling water in the workpiece 8. The rotating motor 9 drives the workpiece 8 to rotate through the second clamp 7. When the coating thickness gauge 26 detects that the thickness of the surface of the workpiece 8 reaches the set thickness required by the product, an alarm is given and displayed on the control panel, and at the moment, the main control module sends an instruction to the spraying part 3 to stop spraying and controls the powder supply bin to stop feeding powder. The main control module sends a command to the main motor 10, so that the main motor 10 rotates to the angle of the next workpiece 8, and spraying is repeatedly started. When the next workpiece 8 is sprayed, the electric valves on the water inlet pipe 22 and the water outlet pipe of the cooling head 20 corresponding to the previous workpiece 8 are closed, the valves of the quick air inlet pipe 24 and the quick water outlet pipe 25 are opened, the compressed air enters the pipeline of the workpiece 8 to discharge the cooling water, and the valves of the quick air inlet pipe and the quick water outlet pipe 25 are opened. After the spraying of each workpiece 8 is completed in sequence, the spraying piece 3 is controlled to stop spraying, the air suction pipe 16, all the water inlet pipes 22, the water discharge pipe 23, the quick air inlet pipe 24 and the quick water discharge pipe 25 are closed, each workpiece 8 is detached from the fixing assembly 2, and the spraying of a plurality of workpieces 8 is completed.
