Based on the method, graphite powder needs to be dispersed in a solvent and subjected to oscillation treatment by the conventional graphene production equipment, but the conventional dispersion and oscillation are generally separated, the uniformity is poor, due to problems such as errors of proportioning and the like, errors are easily generated in the solution prepared in front and at the back, the uniformity cannot be guaranteed during subsequent ultrasonic treatment, and meanwhile, the uniformity of ultrasonic oscillation is difficult to guarantee.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, an efficient dispersing and batching apparatus for graphene production includes a base 11, a dispersing and mixing tank 12, an ultrasonic dispersing tank 4, a rotary connection and circulation mechanism 6 and a rotary support mechanism 2, wherein the dispersing and mixing tank 12 is fixedly supported and arranged at the top of the base 11 by a support frame 7, the ultrasonic dispersing tank 4 is arranged at the inner side of the base below the dispersing and mixing tank 12, the rotary support mechanism is adopted to rotatably drive the bottom of the ultrasonic dispersing tank 4, the top of the ultrasonic dispersing tank is rotatably connected with the bottom side of the dispersing and mixing tank 12 by the rotary connection and circulation mechanism, a batching liquid in the ultrasonic dispersing tank and a batching liquid in the dispersing and mixing tank 12 circularly flow, and at least one ultrasonic generator 5 is arranged in the ultrasonic dispersing tank, so as to carry out dispersion oscillation treatment on the dosing liquid by using the ultrasonic generator; during the batching dispersion treatment, the rotary supporting mechanism drives the ultrasonic dispersion tank 4 to rotate, and meanwhile, the dispersion mixing tank and the ultrasonic dispersion tank are connected by the rotary connecting mechanism and the circulating mechanism to perform mutual circulation flow of dispersion liquid.
In this embodiment, the top of the dispersion mixing tank 12 is provided with a powder inlet 1, the bottom of the dispersion mixing tank 12 is further provided with a first connector 8 and a second connector 9, the first connector and the second connector are located on the inner side of the support frame 7, and at least two sets of stirring mechanisms arranged up and down are arranged in the dispersion mixing tank 12.

The rotating connecting piece 17 comprises a bearing 30, a supporting convex seat 29 and a sealing sleeve 31, the supporting convex seat is fixedly arranged at the top of the center of the ultrasonic dispersion tank, the supporting convex seat extends into the fixing seat 10 in a rotatable manner by adopting the bearing, and the downward through pipe 26 and the upward through pipe 25 are fixed in the hole of the fixing seat by adopting the sealing sleeve, so that the downward through pipe 26 and the upward through pipe 25 are fixed and can not rotate.
The lower end of the upward flow pipe 25 is further connected with a connecting pipe 27 perpendicular to the upward flow pipe in an extending manner, the connecting pipe extends along the radial direction of the ultrasonic dispersion tank, a liquid inlet pipe extending downward is arranged at the end of the connecting pipe, and a plurality of liquid inlet holes 28 are arranged on the liquid inlet pipe in an array manner.
The upper end of the upward flow tube 25 is connected to the second joint through a second connection tube, and the downward flow tube 26 is connected to the first joint through a first connection tube. The volume of the ultrasonic dispersion pool is less than one fifth of the volume of the dispersion mixing tank 12 and more than one twentieth of the volume of the dispersion mixing tank 12.
