Background
The handheld dust collector is popular in the market due to the convenience in use, and along with the gradual maturity of products, the use requirement and the user experience requirement of a user are continuously improved. At present, several core factors of a dust collector influencing user experience are as follows: firstly, dust pouring of the dust cup and cleaning of a filter in the dust cup, secondly, capacity of the dust cup and thirdly, size of suction are difficult to solve simultaneously, for example, the handheld device disclosed in patent CN109984669A, because the air inlet duct of the dust cup is consistent with the air inlet direction of a motor, damage of air flow suction is reduced, but the dust cup cannot be taken down from a machine body for cleaning, internal dirt accumulation is easily caused after long-time use, and the problems of mesh and filter blockage are influenced, in addition, the dust bucket bottom cover is opened for dust pouring when a metal filter screen is cleaned by scraping strips by moving the dust cup, so that dust is easily raised in the dust pouring process, secondary pollution is generated, and use experience of users is influenced, moreover, the structure is very complex, the manufacturability and the manufacturing cost are high, for example, the handheld dust collector device disclosed in patent 201821824234.8 bypasses the dust cup from the upper part of the dust cup to enter the dust cup and the motor, the suction loss is caused, the suction is difficult to be increased, the air duct occupies a large amount of space of the dust cup, and the capacity of the dust cup is difficult to be increased under the condition of the same size of the dust collector.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a handheld dust collector which is convenient to disassemble and clean, small in suction loss, large in dust storage capacity of a dust cup and good in user experience, aiming at the defects of the prior art.

The invention is convenient to disassemble and clean, the air channel design in the dust cup further reduces the suction loss, improves the cleaning efficiency, and simultaneously has prominent substantive characteristics and remarkable progress compared with the similar product that the capacity of the dust cup is increased because of reducing the routing structures of the air channel and the conducting wire.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-2, the present invention provides a handheld vacuum cleaner, which includes a machine body 1 and a dust cup 2, the dust cup 2 is located at the front side of the machine body, an air inlet 21 is arranged at the front end of the dust cup 2, the dust cup 2 is provided with an air outlet 23, a motor 7 is arranged inside the machine body 1, a handle 3 is arranged at the rear side of the machine body 1, a seat body 4 is arranged below the machine body 1, the handle 3 is located between the machine body 1 and the seat body 4, the machine body 1 extends towards one side of the dust cup 2 to form a support portion 5, at least part of the dust cup 2 is located at the upper side of the support portion 5, the dust cup 2 is detachably connected to the support portion 5, a bottom cover 26 is arranged at the front side of the dust cup 2, the bottom cover 26 is arranged.
As shown in fig. 3-5, the outer wall of the dust cup is provided with a buckle 24, and the supporting portion 5 comprises a supporting body 58 and a supporting cover 59 for supporting the main function; the supporting cover 59 is provided with a supporting cover recess 590, the supporting portion 5 is provided with a positioning pin 52 therein, the positioning pin 52 is supported inside the supporting portion 5 by a spring 521, when the dust cup 2 is connected to the machine body 1, the buckle 24 is inserted into the supporting cover recess 590 to be clamped with the positioning pin 52, so that the dust cup 2 is supported on the supporting portion 5 in an inseparable manner, and the rotation of the dust cup in the axial direction is realized, and the rear end of the positioning pin 52 extends to form a release portion 522, as shown in fig. 5.
The periphery of the machine body 1 is provided with at least one positioning protrusion 11, the inner side of the dust cup 2 is correspondingly provided with a positioning concave part 25, the opening part of the dust cup 2 faces the machine body 1, the positioning concave part 25 is inserted and rotated by an angle through the positioning protrusion 11, and the dust cup 2 is clamped on the machine body 1.
The releasing portion 522 is used for releasing the dust cup 2 from the machine body 1, namely, the function of detaching the dust cup is realized, and the releasing portion 522 is positioned between the handle 3 and the supporting column 6, so that the releasing portion 522 can be operated by one hand when the dust collector is held conveniently. When the releasing part 522 is pulled backwards, the compression spring 521 and the positioning pin 52 exit from the outer wall buckle 24 of the dust cup, at this time, the dust cup 2 is no longer clamped on the supporting part 5, the dust cup 2 can rotate in the axial direction by a certain angle (the angle is determined by the number of pairs and the size of the positioning protrusion and the positioning recess, in this embodiment, the angle is 10-20 degrees), the positioning protrusion 11 is disengaged from the positioning recess 25 when the dust cup rotates, the dust cup 2 is no longer clamped on the machine body 1, and at this time, the dust cup 2 can be smoothly detached from the machine body 1.
The bottom cover 26 is arranged transversely to the axial direction of the dust cup and forms at least part of the dust cup 2, the bottom of the bottom cover 26 is provided with a release push rod 261, the release push rod 261 can move on the bottom cover 26 through a spring 262, the bottom cover 26 is provided with a bottom cover rotating shaft 260, the outer wall of the dust cup 2 is provided with a bottom cover buckle 240, and the bottom cover 26 can be opened through rotating the bottom cover rotating shaft 260 and the bottom cover buckle 240 from front to back relative to the supporting part 5; the supporting portion 5 is provided with a push button 53 for driving the release push rod 261, the front end of the dust cup 2 is provided with a hook 29, and the front end of the release push rod 261 is provided with a clamping end 2611 corresponding to the hook 29. When the bottom cover 26 is engaged with the dust cup 2, the engaging end 2611 is engaged with the hook 29, and in the present embodiment, a seal ring 263 is provided on the bottom cover 26 in order to ensure the seal between the bottom cover 26 and the dust cup 2, as shown in fig. 4.
The front end of the dust cup 2 is provided with a conductive port 27 for connecting an electric dust suction accessory of the dust collector, such as an electric floor brush, an electric bed brush and the like of the dust collector. At least one conducting wire accommodating groove 28 is formed on the outer side wall of the dust cup 2, a conducting strip 270 is arranged on the outer side wall of the dust cup, a conducting wire (not shown in the figure) is accommodated in the conducting wire accommodating groove 28, two ends of the conducting wire are respectively connected with the conducting port 27 and the conducting strip 270, a sealing cover 280 is arranged on the outer side of the conducting wire accommodating groove 28, a conducting electrode 100 corresponding to the conducting strip 270 is arranged on the supporting part 5, and after the dust cup 2 is fixedly connected with the machine body 1, the conducting strip 270. In the present embodiment, the number of the wire accommodating grooves 28 is 2, and the wire accommodating grooves 28 are respectively disposed at two sides of the dust cup 2, and the conductive accommodating grooves 28 extend along the upper edge of the bottom cover 26.
In this embodiment, when the vacuum cleaner is turned on, the dust-containing airflow enters the dust cup 2 from the air inlet 21, is filtered by the cyclone filter 200 and then flows out from the air outlet 23, the filter 230 for further filtering is disposed at the air outlet 23 of the dust cup 2, and the clean airflow enters the motor 7 and is discharged from the air outlet 111 of the vacuum cleaner. The air inlet 21 and the air outlet 23 are arranged parallel to the axis of the motor, which helps to reduce the pressure loss of the air flow and improve the suction force of the dust collector, as shown in fig. 4 and 5.
Preferably, the bottom cover 26 is moved forward by the release push rod 261, the push button 53 and the spring 531, the engaging end 2611 of the release push rod 261 is disengaged from the hook 29, and the bottom cover 26 is rotated forward and backward relative to the support portion 5 to be opened at an angle a of 0 to 90 degrees, as shown in fig. 7.
The base 4 is used for supporting the machine body 1, the dust cup 2 is partially located on the upper side of the supporting portion 5, in order to increase the supporting force of the supporting portion 5, a supporting column 6 is arranged on the lower side of the supporting portion 5, the supporting column 6 extends from the lower side of the supporting portion 5 to the base 4, the base 4 comprises an upper base 41 and a lower base 42, a cavity is formed between the upper base 41 and the lower base 42, and the cavity can be used for placing a dust suction accessory 43, as shown in fig. 3. In this embodiment, the power supply device 8 is a cylindrical structure and can be disposed at the rear end of the motor 7. The power supply unit 8 is detachable from the body by a power supply unit release button 10. Of course, the power supply device 8 may be configured as a flat structure according to the design requirement, and the power supply device 8 may be placed in the seat body 4.
