Abstract
The invention provides an anti-foam-flying eye-protecting safety helmet, and relates to the field of safety construction. The safety helmet of the present invention comprises: the helmet comprises a helmet body, goggles frames, a folding face guard and a mandible belt. The goggles are fixedly connected in the goggles frame. The goggles frame is hinged on the side part of the cap body. The upper edge of the folding face shield is detachably connected to the lower edge of the frame of the goggles. The folding face guard can be folded and stored at the lower edge of the frame of the goggles, and can be stressed to be opened downwards to the chin below the cap body. The mandible belt is connected with the cap body. The serious respiratory infectious disease is a serious public health safety accident, and once the serious respiratory infectious disease occurs, the serious public health safety accident brings a huge challenge to the safety management of the construction site of the engineering project. Construction sites are typically labor-intensive locations where lateral spray is inevitable during worker operations. In severe cases of epidemic situations, it is extremely easy to spread among workers. However, the construction site is faced with the situation of having to perform construction work, especially major engineering, key engineering and emergency work. The infectious virus or germ is mainly spread by the penetration of droplets and aerosols to the nostrils, oral cavity, eyes, etc. of other people. Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an anti-flying-foam eye-protecting safety helmet which can comprehensively protect the oral cavity, nostrils and eyes of workers in a construction site during respiratory infectious disease outbreak, block the transmission path of flying foam and aerosol and is easy to wear, disassemble and clean.

An anti-entrainment eye-protection headgear comprising: the helmet comprises a helmet body, goggles frames, a folding face guard and a mandible belt; the goggles are fixedly connected in the goggles frames; the goggles frame is hinged on the side part of the cap body; the upper edge of the folding face guard is detachably connected with the lower edge of the goggle frame, the folding face guard can be folded and stored at the lower edge of the goggle frame and can be stressed to be opened downwards to the chin below the cap body; the chin strap is connected to the cap body.
Preferably, the perimeter of the goggle is bonded in the goggle frame by a silicone structural adhesive.
Preferably, both sides of the goggle frame are detachably hinged to the cap body through bolt assemblies; the goggles frame can rotate upwards to the containing position on the outer surface of the cap body and is kept at the containing position, and can be pulled downwards to the position of the shade below the cap body and is kept at the position of the shade, and the position of the shade corresponds to the position of eyes of a user.
Preferably, the upper edge of the folding face shield is attached to the eyewear bezel by a plurality of sets of magnetic clasps.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an anti-flying-foam eye-protecting helmet includes: the helmet comprises a helmet body 1, goggles 3, a goggle frame 4, a folding face guard 8 and a mandible belt 11.
The perimeter of the visor 3 is sealingly bonded in the visor rim 4 by a silicone construction adhesive. The goggles frame 4 is hinged on the side part of the cap body 1. The upper edge of the folding face shield 8 is removably attached to the lower edge of the eyewear rim 4. The folding face guard 8 can be folded and stored at the lower edge of the goggles frame 4 and can be forced to open downwards to the chin below the cap body 1. The lower edges of the two sides of the cap body 1 are respectively provided with a strip-shaped opening, and the two ends of the mandible belt 11 respectively penetrate through the two strip-shaped openings and are sewn and fixed on the strip-shaped openings of the cap body 1.
Wherein, the two sides of the goggles frame 4 and the folding face guard 8 are both provided with arc-shaped gaps 12 for the ventilation of users. The arcuate notch 12 is flat relative to the user's nostril to mouth position.
During the spreading period of respiratory infectious diseases, field constructors can effectively protect the oral cavity, nostrils and eyes of the constructors by wearing the safety helmet, block the spreading path of spray and aerosol and reduce the spreading risk of epidemic situations.
As shown in fig. 3, both sides of the cap body 1 are provided with screw holes 2 for connecting with the plastic bolt assembly.
As shown in fig. 4, the bolt assembly includes a fitted plastic nut 5, a plastic screw 6 and a washer 7.
Both sides of the goggles frame 4 are detachably hinged on the cap body 1 through bolt assemblies. The plastic screw 6 inwards penetrates through the gasket 7, the holes on the two sides of the goggle frame and the screw holes 2 in sequence, and finally the plastic screw 6 extends out of the plastic nut 5 by about 2mm through the rotatable fixation of the plastic nut 5. The cap body 1 protrudes outward at the position of the bolt assembly, so that the bolt assembly does not contact the head of a wearer, and a cotton lining is arranged at the position of the bolt assembly to isolate and protect. Use plastics bolt assembly, both made things convenient for the dismantlement disinfection of goggles frame 4, when the safety helmet received the external force deformation, compare in metal bolt and can reduce again the injury possible to the user.
By the bolt assembly, the goggles frame 4 can be rotated up to the receiving portion 13 on the outer surface of the cap body 1, the receiving portion 13 is the top of the cap body 1 and is kept at the receiving portion 13, and can be pulled down to the shielding portion 14 below the cap body 1 and is kept at the shielding portion 14, and the shielding portion 14 corresponds to the eyes of a user. The up-and-down movement mechanism of the goggles frame 4 can protect the eyes of the user from being infected by droplets and aerosol, and is convenient for the user to wear and take off, rest in an open place, drink water and the like.
The upper edge of the folding face guard 8 is connected to the goggles frame 4 by a plurality of groups of magnetic buckles. In this embodiment, three sets of magnetic buckles are respectively disposed at two ends and a middle portion of a connecting edge of the foldable face guard 8 and the goggle frame 4. The folded face shield is folded into multiple layers. The magnetic buttons at the two ends fix all the folding layers of the folding face guard 8, and the magnetic button at the middle part fixes the innermost folding layer of the folding face guard 8. When the foldable face guard 8 is unfolded, the outermost folded layer of the foldable face guard 8 is pulled to the lower jaw to cover the mouth and the nose; when stored, the folding face shield 8 is folded back to the lower edge of the goggle frame 4.
As shown in fig. 5, the magnetic button includes a female button 9 and a male button 10, in this embodiment, the female button 9 is mounted on the goggle frame 4, and the male button 10 is mounted on the foldable face shield 8. In other embodiments of the present invention, the female buckle may be mounted on the foldable protective mask, and the male buckle may be mounted on the frame of the goggles.
Wherein, the goggles 3 are made of steel wire toughened glass. The steel wire is a thin steel wire, and the sight of a wearer cannot be influenced. The steel wire toughened glass is selected, so that the eyes of a wearer are not easily injured even if the steel wire toughened glass is broken. The folding face guard 8 is made of polyethylene terephthalate. The polyethylene glycol terephthalate is nontoxic and tasteless, has an application temperature range of-70-150 ℃, is soft and folding-resistant, and is suitable for the safety helmet. After use, the folding face shield 8 can be conveniently removed for cleaning, disinfection or replacement.
As shown in fig. 6, in other embodiments, the goggles 3 may also be anti-glare lenses, and after the foldable protective mask 8 is detached, the helmet can be used for construction workers to perform welding work on a construction site, so that the application range of the helmet is enlarged.
