Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Reference herein to "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment may be included in at least one embodiment of the present application. The appearances of such phrases in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments. Those of skill in the art will explicitly and implicitly appreciate that the embodiments described herein may be combined with other embodiments.
The existing port convergence method is based on the fact that the switching chip has a port convergence function and registers related to port convergence are directly configured, the method needs to be matched with the switching chip to support the port convergence function, and if the switching chip does not support the port convergence function, the port convergence function cannot be achieved.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides a port aggregation method based on port isolation, which only needs to support the port isolation function by the exchange chip, and realizes the port aggregation function only by the port isolation mode. The method solves the problem that the existing port convergence method depends on a switching chip in a switch to support the port convergence function, and if the switching chip does not support the port convergence function, the port convergence cannot be realized. The following description and description will be made with reference to various embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a port aggregation method based on port isolation according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method includes:
s1, forming a plurality of ports in a switch into a convergence port, wherein any two ports in the convergence port are mutually isolated.
S2, forming a port group by the other ports in the switch and any port in the convergent ports, and isolating the other ports except any port in the convergent ports.
Here, the ports other than the aggregation port include a switch normal port and a CPU port. Each port of the switch has a port isolation bit table, such as a 9bit bitmap (8 ports plus a CPU port) for an 8 port switch chip, with the default values of the bit table shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
The bit value of each port is 0, which indicates that the data entering from the port will not exit from the port, for example, the first bit of the bitmap corresponding to port1 is 0. In practical use, if port1 and port2 are required to be isolated, i.e. the data of port1 and port2 are not communicated, the corresponding bit is set to 0, for example, port1 and port2 are isolated, the second bit of port1 is set to 0, and the first bit of corresponding port2 is set to 0.
In this embodiment, port1 and port2 of switch 1 constitute one port convergence port. The data of port1 and port2 are not sent to each other, and the corresponding bit of the port bit table is set to 0, see table 2 in detail.

port3 and port1 are isolated from each other or port3 and port2 are isolated from each other, port4 and port1 are isolated from each other or port3 and port2 are isolated from each other
The configuration of Port5 through Port8 is similar to the configuration of Port3 and Port 4. The purpose of this configuration is to prevent broadcast packets coming in from port3 or port4, with two broadcast packets being sent from the port convergence fabric.
By the method, under the condition that the switching chip does not support port aggregation but supports port isolation function, the port aggregation function is realized only through port isolation in the switch.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in order to implement load balancing of the aggregation ports, when the other ports in the switch and the aggregation ports form a port group, the configuration should be balanced.
For example, for an 8-port switch chip (without a CPU port), if port1 and port2 are a convergence port, port3 selects port1 and other ports to form a port group, port4 selects port2 and other ports to form a port group, port5 selects port1 and other ports to form a port group, port6 selects port2 and other ports to form a port group, port7 selects port1 and other ports to form a port group, port8 selects port2 and other ports to form a port group, and CPU port selects port1 and other ports to form a port group.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the method further includes forming a port group from a CPU port in the switch and any one of the aggregation ports and other ports in the switch.
Specifically, in the port configuration process, as shown in table 2, the CPU interface forms a port group with port1 ports in the converged port, and forms a port group with all ports in ports 3-8.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the step of forming the plurality of ports in the switch into the aggregate port, where any two ports in the aggregate port are isolated from each other specifically includes: and forming a first port, a second port and a third port in the switch into a converging port, wherein the first port, the second port and the third port are mutually isolated.
The step of forming a port group by the other ports in the switch and any port in the aggregation port, and isolating the other ports except the any port in the aggregation port, specifically includes: and forming a port group by the other ports of the switch and any port in the convergent ports respectively, and isolating the other ports except any port in the convergent ports.
In this embodiment, several ports of the switch are formed into a converged port, for example, port1, port2 and port3 of the switch are formed into converged ports, where port1, port2 and port3 are isolated from each other, i.e. data of port1, port2 and port3 are not sent to each other, and a common port, i.e. port4-port8, can only be isolated from one of the converged ports in a group with other ports in the converged port, for example, port4 is isolated from port1 in a group with port2 and port 3; the port5 port and the port2 port are in a group and isolated from the port1 port and the port3 port; port6 is in a group with port3, isolated from port1 and port 2; port7 is in a group with port1, isolated from port2 and port 3; port8 is in a group with port2, isolated from port1 and port 3. The specific port phases are shown in table 3.
TABLE 3 Table 3
bit position | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 8 | cpu |
port 1 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 |
port 2 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 |
port 3 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 |
port 4 | 1 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 |
port 5 | 0 | 1 | 0 | 1 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 |
port 6 | 0 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 1 |
port 7 | 1 | 0 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 0 | 1 | 1 |
port 8 | 0 | 1 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 0 | 1 |
cpu | 0 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 0 |
On the basis of the above embodiment, the method further includes: acquiring state information of each port in the aggregation ports; and if any port in the convergent ports has a disconnection state, reconfiguring the port of the switch.
Specifically, in order to prevent the port converged by the ports from being disconnected due to disconnection, the states of the port1, the port2 and the port3 are monitored in real time in the actual operation process, and when one of the 1 ports converged by the ports is disconnected, the port isolation is reconfigured.
In summary, the port convergence method based on port isolation provided by the embodiment of the invention overcomes the problem that the traditional port convergence scheme is limited by the switch chip, and realizes the port convergence function through the port isolation method.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a port convergence system based on port isolation according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the provided system includes: a converged port configuration module 21 and a normal port configuration module 22.
The aggregation port configuration module 21 is configured to form a plurality of ports in the switch into an aggregation port, wherein any two ports in the aggregation port are isolated from each other;
the normal port configuration module 22 is configured to form a port group with any one of the ports in the switch, and isolate the other ports except for any one of the ports in the switch.
Specifically, port1 and port2 of switch 1 form a port convergence port.
According to the system, under the condition that the port aggregation is supported by the switch chip and the port isolation function is supported by the switch chip, the port aggregation function is realized only through the port isolation in the switch.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the normal port configuration module is further configured to 22 group the CPU port in the switch with any one of the aggregation ports and other ports in the switch into a port group.
Specifically, in the port configuration process, as shown in table 2, the CPU interface forms a port group with port1 ports in the converged port, and forms a port group with all ports in ports 3-8.
The port convergence system based on port isolation provided by the embodiment of the invention solves the problem that the traditional port convergence scheme is limited by a switching chip, and realizes the port convergence function by a port isolation method.
